What a sour way to end an holiday, you awful company.
Booked a hol with easyjet whichâŠ
Booked a hol with easyjet which included transfers with Jumbo tours to Alcudia from Palma. The first transfer to the hotel was fine, even though it took us for ever and the driver seemed to go a crazy way round. The return home transfer didnt happen. We were waiting for 50 mins before we rang the helpline. The agent said the bus had arrived 5 mins earlier and we were not there. They then said we should get a taxi...which cost 80 euros. Looking at reviews about this company, it seems to be a common occurence. Our first time booking a whole package with easyjet. Easyjet need to bin this company. There were lots of coaches dropping off tourist but at no time did a driver get off and call our name. Not very good communication about which coach would be turning up either. We cant go running up to every coach that pulls up to drop people off.

No clear information on where rep was,once found arrival to destination all good, no show on return to airport, lied to the receptionist of hotel to say they had been,which the receptionist at Puerto Caleta apts spoke to the lady at airport who apologised and said we should get a taxi!!! if it wasn't for receptionist we d have missed our flight

In 2023 my friend and I went to Paris. Jumbo was to transfer from airport to hotel and hotel to airport. Going they provided. Coming home they were a no show. Thanks to the help at the front desk we were to able to speak to them who informed us they were there (an hour before our pick up time) and we were a no show. ( I must point out that from what we could understand when front desk spoke to them Jumbo were very rude to her). We requested they send a driver to pick us up and told no. We ended up needing to pay for a taxi to get us to airport as we had a plane to catch.
This past September 2024 we went to Spain. Un beknown to us it was the same company. This time there was no transfer from airport to hotel. With documentation in hand we went to transfer point to find that we weren't in the system. We waited and hour after an 8 hour flight. Again told a not show. We took a taxi to our hotel.
I am disgusted that with the negative reviews that Air Transat is still using this company. They are corrupt and scammers.
Airport transfer no show.
They were supposed to pick me up for my transfer to Malaga Airport. They didnât show. This was booked with them by EasyJet as part of a package holiday. I phoned EasyJet and they tried to phone them but got no answer. EJ told me to wait longer. I was the only pickup, was alone, and VERY stressed. I waited an hour in total and I then had to get a taxi to the airport. This is disgraceful and unacceptable.
Great service
I've booked holidays and transfer via love holidays. I was a bit worried about the transfer because of the reviews and the fact that we arrived in the middle of the night. I was pleasantly surprised that the transfer went very smoothly. Jumbo tours kiosk was still open at the airport and the customer service was very polite and helpful. Waited only a couple of minutes for the driver, despite our flight was delayed by an hour. Return journey went also smoothly. Driver picked us up from the hotel at the agreed time.

No show transfer
Just come back from Estepona. Had both transfers included in my EasyJet holiday. Could not fault the arrival one very nice polite driver with an immaculate car very comfy ride to our hotel. The return transfer did not even turn up we were given pickup time by text and could access this via the confirmation email received. Phoned EasyJet told to wait a further 10mins and if no show to make our own way to airport. Ended up paying an extra â¬120 if left it any longer we would risk missing our flight. Itâs totally unacceptable service. We like to be at airport early as Malaga was so busy and it ended up been very stressful with little spare time to do anything. I only booked this again as last year in Palma it was excellent service with both transfers.

The outbound Journey we had to wait over an hour for the service and on the inbound journey, the provider didn't turn up! Instructions given advise to check the website 48 hours before to check pick up time. This was checked and a time advised with the pick up location being "the same place where you was dropped off". The place I was staying at is a self catering apartment and the drop off was in the car park on the outbound journey.
On the return journey, the transfer didn't turn up and when phoning the emergency line, was advised it turned up although it hadn't. It must have been a ghost bus or turned up elsewhere as I'd waited 20 mins before the given time and 20 mins after and nothing arrived. The operator just said get a taxi and put a claim in when you get home and showed no interest in arranging an alternative.
Sometimes, in this complex, other providers pick up from the Bus Stop at the end of the road and, if this was the case in this instance, it should have clearly been advised on the pick up notification rather than just stating "at the same place as where you were dropped off" or, if the driver on the outbound should have dropped off at the bus stop, there should have been no deviation from this.

After a long day we arrived at El Karma aqua beach resort hurghada eygpt we booked through Love Holidays 29/8 for 10 nights.
On our arrival at hotel late at night we was told they had no booking or payments from the service provider (jumbo tours) ..we asked for a rep who did not exist and was sat In reception from 11:15 pm to 4am..we was not offered any water or a drink and the hotel wanted £100 off us to pay for a room for the night (4am)..I have mobility issues and this was explained to reception but unless we paid the money they were not willing to give us a room??
My husband did pay and they gave us a sea view room some 1000 metreâs from reception area which we had to follow the bell boy..once at the block we was told there was no lifts and the room was on 4th floorâŠI was very exhausted and had to then climbed up stairs to get to the roomâŠit took 3days for reception to sort this out they said it was the tour operator that was at fault and they do not provide a representative..after 3 days off our holiday been upside down we eventually got a room but not what we had paid forâŠLove Holidays are still pursuing thisâŠWhat a Nightmare..NEVER USE this company!!
If these problems ever get resolved I will remove this complaint only if itâs satisfactory.

Horrible experiences with Jumbo Tours. I had 3 things booked with them - 2 airport transfers and one tour. The first airport transfer went pretty well. However, they cancelled my tour with no reason and did not refund me until weeks later when my travel agent had to repeatedly ask. Then for my 2nd airport transfer, they say "you have to call to confirm" - but they give no number! So I'm in a foreign country and trying to track down a number. Finally after 4 attempts I get to the right place but they can't look me up without a booking number - which Jumbo didn't provide! Once my travel agent finally got the time set, they gave the transportation company the wrong time to pick me up! Then they had the audacity to call me and say "you missed your pickup, if you want a ride you have to pay for another one"! Terrible, terrible experience - I will never book anything with Jumbo Tours again as long as I live.

Left abandoned at Fuerteventura airport
This review is for an airport transfer company called Jumbo Tours of Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands.
We flew out to Fuerteventura on November 2nd 2022 and the flight landed at 16:30 exactly as scheduled. However, there were an additional two flights that landed more or less at the same time and there was a huge queue for passport control. Although the line moved fairly quickly, it took 45 minutes to clear passport control and it was a full 60 minutes from the plane touching down to us emerging into the arrivals hall.
After a fruitless search for the Jumbo Tours rep, we phoned their office and was told we would be called straight back. 19 minutes later, I phoned them again only to be told the Jumbo Tours lady had gone home for the evening. I asked what do I do now and the person on the phone said I don't know, let me find out and I'll call you back. This time they did phone back and told me I'd have to catch a different coach as ours had already departed. The new coach arrived shortly afterwards but there was around 45 wait whilst he picked up all his scheduled passengers.
We eventually arrived at our accommodation just over 4 hours after landing at Fuerteventura.
I made a complaint through the British company I booked the transfer with and they investigated.
After a couple of weeks they got a reply from Jumbo stating that 'I understand the customer got their transfer to and from the accommodation'.
Well, he's right, yes I did.
However, I would most strongly suggest that you stay well away from this terrible company.
They say an elephant never forgets, well due to their disgraceful service I will never forget Jumbo.

Bus driver was 30 minutes late as 2 people decided to sleep in! Got to the airport with only 1.5 hours to spare to check in our luggage. I was a nervous wreck. Never will i use this company again!

This transfer company has the been the worst company Iâve had to use, firstly the pick up time from my hotel to the airport was at 5pm. I had waited 30 minutes after this time to see if he would come but he didnât, therefore I had called the company to know his whereabouts, when I told them about the situation, they said thereâs a new time for 6pm, a whole hour after the given time!!!!! Thereâs was no communication of this and I wouldnât have known if I hadnât asked. Also have given a new time, this was fairly close to my departure time, which means having to rush in the airport to get on the plane on time. This company is appalling and shouldnât be in service. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.
