Good service and value. Had easily placed the order for the Kral Devil rifle package before checking any reviews. Although initially apprehensive I'm impressed with the service I've received. Product as expected although the ammunition wasn't the most accurate and soon replaced for Diablo Jumbo Heavy. Some fine tuning on the scope but good accuracy at 20 yards. Delivery on the day, given that I live in rural northwest Durham and didn't fully understand it would be actually hand delivered i commend the driver for his efforts although understandably a couple hours late, it is quite a trek. If you get the service I've received you won't be disappointed ☆☆☆☆☆

Bought an air rifle that had a fault after a few shots, then read the reviews after and thought ohh sugar. But they promptly exchanged for something else and refunded the difference pretty sharpish, was really good all round.

My last visit to the shop was exactly that. Whilst the range of guns in store is good, it's more like a museum. Look but don't touch, until you've paid for it! Apathetic sales staff both in person and in the back office. The prices are very competitive but.... the after sales care is non existent. Take a look at their policies and understand that they don't give a damn about you once you hand over your money. If you buy an item that goes faulty within a week, they'll blame user error and send it away for the manufacturer to sort. All this is from me actually visiting them. Looking at the Google reviews, I can see if you order online, you should count yourself lucky that it turns up in one piece or at all!.
For what you gain in price saving, you sacrifice EVERYTHING else.
I'm just hoping that I don't get any issues with the rifle I bought from them. Avoid.

Despite being misled by some online reviews (after purchase) into thinking I had fallen for a trap, these guys genuinely delivered. I live in a remote area of the South West and these guys got my order to me within 7 days of purchase.

The courier to begin with was "late" and I received a call from two separate numbers with reasons as to why the delivery was late, making me think I had somehow been scammed. This was absolutely not the case, the courier had been delayed due to a closure of the A39 which was a fact and made his way from London to the South West to deliver 2 hours past his scheduled time.

I will admit to sending an email I quickly regretted as these guys are superb, just give their delivery guys a chance!

Bought a C02 pistol off their website.
Was charged £50 for delivery and took over 8 days to arrive.
Magazine went faulty within 1 month, less than 250 pellets.
Was asked to take videos and send even though the fault was very dangerous (leaking co2).
It was suggested it was my fault/improper use!
Then recieved canned response saying i would have to pay for return postage before any other action would be taken.
Not at all what is acceptable in my book.

I used JustAirGuns for a transfer of an airgun I had brought at auction. Mike was very quick to response and offered clear advice. The most help vendor I have found in London.

Thank you uk.trustpilot.com! Your reviews stopped me from pressing the order button with this company. Their website is almost unusable.

Appalling! Their web site is misleading, I thought I bought a 'bundle' whereas I actually only bought a rifle. My mistake, however mislead by the web site.
Delivery is a joke!
Rifle ordered on 23/06/26, rifle arrived 01/08/25! They deliver in 'areas' however, they don't tell you what day is your 'area'! You get 24 hrs notice to say they're delivering. If you're not about, you have to wait another 7/8/9 days for another 24 hr notice text.

Mike from the pre-sale team gave very helpful advice and the delivery was extremely quick; it arrived within 36 hours. The team were also helpful in answering queries I had and addressing trouble shooting once I received the gun. Selling guns is highly regulated and there are inevitable hurdles that need to be followed but I thought the whole process was extremely well handled. Well done.

The order process was simple and great selection of items. This is my first purchase of a Air pistol. Only waited just over a week for delivery. However, here is the issue I received a text message with a delivery date of Monday 14th July, I contacted the "shop" attempting to explain I was in work on that particular day, I was told "just answer the text message", as instructed I texted back explaining I would not be in that particular day and gave my days off when I would be in to receive the Item. Monday arrives and I receives a call saying my item was being delivered and he was 20 minutes away, the delivery man was most upset when I explained I wasn't at home and I would have to make my way back home, when he started to explain he had other deliveries to complete, so is it my fault if the system they have in place for deliveries isn't fit for purpose or are we just dealing with people who cant follow a simple instruction. If I had seen all these negative reviews I would have been very sceptical placing an order. Come on Justairguns you have a great product and website, you are doing yourself an injustice not trying to resolve these issues and be more transparent.

My first & last purchase from Just Air Guns. I spent £300 on a gas blow back Pistol and an extra £50 on delivery. The plug that holds the Co2 cartridge and ammunition in the magazine wouldn't screw into the magazine so I have been unable to use this item. I emailed them to ask for a replacement plug as the thread on the one sent was cut incorrectly. It was cut straight with no pitch to match the thread in the magazine. They dismissed my complaint without even seeing the item and told me to buy a new one (£170 for a replacement magazine assembly). I will never buy from them again and suggest you look elsewhere too.

There was a bit of a hiccup around the payment for my order but this was promptly resolved. I was a bit concerned about the negative reviews on here, but decided to give them a chance. 4 days after the payment issue was sorted, my items arrived on a Saturday. I was given a time slot the day before, and the delivery drive phoned me 90 mins before arrival to give me an estimated time of arrival. So I can't really fault the ordering and delivery process at all.

Ordered on the 13th June. No contact and then a delivery for last weekend which did not show up. Promised he would chase and nothing. Asking for my money back. Shocking.

still waiting after 3 weeks for item, was given a delivery time 4-8 and then turned up 6 hours before, then claimed no answer at door, but 4 people were all in. few more days then im cancelling order.

Ridiculous. Every week id ask for updates for them to keep telling me its definitely coming before the weekend. 3 Weeks later I requested for a refund and no email back.

Decent selection of air guns and good prices however what lets them down is the delivery. This is the second air gun I bought from them. First one took about 3 weeks to turn up, 2nd one is going onto 3 weeks and still no sign of it. When you contact them they won’t provide any delivery details so you’re just expect to wait for god knows how long. Charge you £25 for delivery and then you have to wait weeks before they get enough orders in your area to justify delivering it .

Had a problem with my item two months after purchase and reached out to them asking about bringing the rifle to the shop for servicing, but since the shop takes me two hours each way to get to, and I can't go during weekdays I ended up putting it off. Close to the ending of my warranty (11 months after purchase) I reached out to them again asking if I had to also bring in the accessories to get it looked at. Still the same issue, still within the warranty period but they denied my warranty and said I'd need to pay for repairs.

My product box says I'm entitled to a one year warranty, which they claim is only applicable to remote regions and direct international sales. There is no asterisk or anything indicating I don't have a one year warranty nor was there any attempt from them to cover up what would be misleading information on the product they're selling.

Absolutely vile practice and disregard for my consumer rights. Not to mention that according to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 under S19 subsection 14 it states that if a fault is found within 6 months it is to be taken the fault was present from the start of the contract which should entitle me to repairs. And S23 subsection b states that if the consumer requires the trader to repair the goods the trader must bear any necessary costs incurred in doing so including postage, but I initially asked if I could ship the item (2 months after purchase so both within the warranty time they state I had and within the one available to me on my product box) to which they said I'd need to pay shipping which is a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Took the money quick enough - then rubbish after sales service. Arranged a delivery - I took the afternoon off because you have to sign, and they didn’t turn up.
It’s been four days since the failed delivery, and they still haven’t been able to arrange an alternative delivery date.
Wouldn’t use again.

would have got a 2 star but they just ignoring me, so a 1.
Bought an air rifle combo (comes with scope), and added pellets & case, the rifle, pellets & case turned up with no scope.
I contacted the help team and said they had checked with their packing team and said it was in the box. No scope and now they not responding, gave them plenty of time, so going to the FOS to see if they can help.
