First thing that drew me to this company was that the Air Arms Ultimate Sporter, in .177, was more than £200 cheaper for exactly the same gun in my local RFD. Result. The online ordering was a breeze, and I opted for home delivery which whilst I was sceptical about, worket pretty much without a problem. Website could clearer re order status, but messaged the day before and same day as delivery booked and my new air rifle is perfect - exactly as I hoped it would be! Very happy customer!

I ordered a PCP package from jag on Saturday 27th July. After ordering I sent 2 emails, 1st being a technical question about the gun an the 2nd asking if they knew when the order would be dispatched. Both emails were answered within a couple of hours. I live in zone 5 so the gun should take between 3 and 7 working days to arrive. Mine took 8. I was informed of the date 2 days before the delivery with a time slot. The delivery went ahead without any issue. I'm more than happy with the service and don't see any issue with this company. Just because they don't have an evri tracker doesn't mean they're dodgy LOL.

Company is operating from London. The further you are away, the more complicated and expensive it will be. Please check the delivery pricing structure beforehand. I was in the £50 pound zone in North Yorkshire but they made a real effort to deliver in time. It arrived on Sunday at 6:50 am. I panicked when I read the bad reviews and tried to cancel the order. Luckily they basically just ignored me and proceeded with the order. I am really happy with the product and it was incredible value for money. The staff was really friendly. The response time was pretty good too. If you want a great selection and great prices I can definitely recommend Justairguns. If you want more service, especially if things go wrong or if you are a bit impatient, maybe better visit your local shop.

Placed an order , quite simple order , gun storage box , co2 bottle , gun cleaning kit . So package is delivered by companies own driver , rectangular box in shrink wrapped plastic . . Did not think any at time so signed and took delivery .. next day opening package age realised original manufacturer box way in pac with co2 bottle & gun cleaning kit but it was not in plastic case I ordered. Contacted then immediately and today I get a message saying can I photo shipping package to prove my claim .. bloody hell I’m being called a lair .. I didn’t wrap it , we never had this approach to a forgotten non shipped item .. well I won’t buy again . And so pissed off being asked to prove I’m not a lier if it’s not sorted in 7 days I’ll sue . No wonder their reviews are so bad !

I ordered from this company because they had a deal, to good to pass up. This was my first experience with dealing with this company, & overall I’m really happy with the service. Placed order on a Tuesday, & it was delivered on a Thursday. The customer service was slightly abrupt but I can live with that. I’d definitely recommend them to my fellow shooters, & will definitely use them again.

Terrible. Still trying to get the right gun I ordered with no response after many messages. Missing part on the wrong gun also which they haven’t resolved. Had to chase them for the delivery even with a £50 price tag on the delivery took 2 weeks to arrive but the 5 days stated. Disgusting company with terrible customer service and do not follow trading standards guidelines. I am putting in a complaint to trading standards tomorrow if they don’t reply to one of my many messages. Never buy from these guys. You will be disappointed and any issue you have they will ignore and try and keep your money.

Just bought a Karl Jumbo Hi cap Camo to find the one magazine was not working. Advised Justairguns who dealt with my enquiry professionally and the end result was a replacement on its way within 24 hours. Great job guys and thank you for your support👍🏻

Very bad company staff are very rude and disrespectful had to cancel my order because 2 weeks and they still hadn’t sent it out very terrible service won’t be using again

excellent website ...easy to understand and review the product most suited to all ages abilities and usage ...excellent notes on the law etc ....easy ordering great communication and prompt delivery

Despite the negative reviews making me slightly nervous, I have to report a very positive experience with J.A.G. If I was being hypercritical they could improve their communication a bit, but the kit itself is excellent and I'm more than satisfied. As I actually went to the showroom to pick up my purchase, they very kindly, and promptly refunded the delivery charge. Like many things in life, you speak as you find and I have no complaints at all about Just Air Guns. On the contrary.

Purchased two identical items, one had a loose catch. Fast forward a week of sitting on the phone, emailing and other attempts to communicate until I finally got sent a return label after mentioning trading standards. I think the emails are responded to out of the UK as are phone calls until it becomes obvious they cant help then you are passed to rude men in Feltham. The return instructions are complex, almost as if they want you to fail a tick box to refuse a refund, i have taken comprehensive photos as I still have fears they are going to try and avoid refunding me for a faulty product.
Never again, pay slightly more and buy elsewhere.

Terrible customer service!
I ordered an air rifle from their website which promised a 2-4 day delivery. They then cancelled my delivery and were unable to say when they could do it.
In the end I took nearly a 200 mile drive to collect a what was (they tell me) a brand new gun which had the Scope and mounts missing from the box. They provided me with an "Upgraded" Scope which I found was the same price as the original one. It would not fit in the box so the salesman threw the packing away.
On trying it for the first time I found the Multishot Magazine was faulty (They say no fault found) Several people looked at it including my local shop and range and confirmed it was faulty. It was returned as per the instructions which cost me another £8. I was told it would be examined the following Thursday. They finally told me that it was OK (it wasn't) on 26th! After many unanswered calls and emails the second time I used it, on replacing the CO2 cartridge the O ring disintegrated and all the gas escaped rendering it useless. Several un answered calls later I was asked to return the gun and was told they would issue a refund straight away. I returned it, and guess what they said it would be examined on Thursday! (sound familiar)? It then took several more calls and a long email and eventually after almost a month of enjoying my hard earned cash they have agreed a refund after pointing out that the packaging was missing from the box and the gun was scratched by fitting the Bi-pod. (the salesman fitted it in the shop and threw out the packaging)!
Maybe sometimes they get it right but certainly not with me! I have now purchased a much higher priced gun which I am delighted with from my local shooting range and shop. I will never buy from them again.

The product works well and is good value for money - I bought the rifle plus telescopic sight and pellets.

I ordered an Umerex Trevox .177 on the 15th February and it arrived on the 26th February. Slightly longer than I expected going by other reviews and their delivery info that said they have their own delivery crew who deliver on Saturday and Sunday and aim to deliver within 3-5 working days. I was a little concerned on unwrapping the package that the Umerex box had a slight hole in it but on closer inspection it had a piece of tape over it, so it was not damaged in transit. However, the gun was fine and as I was purchasing a hard shell case for it, the damage was of no consequence.
All in all I’m very pleased with my purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to use Just Air Guns again.

Supersonic delivery by hand, very professional service. Item was well packaged and would recommend.. Good prices and good communication, from start to finish. Would recommend!

good product with great prefessionality of creation

I made the mistake of not leaving a gunshop address for delivery, I then used the incorrect email to update , I then used the correct Jag email and got no response, so I called them to confirm receipt of email to be spoken to in a rude unprofessional manner for simply asking approximate delivery date, and told I was being rude and then the guy hung up ....I won't be using anything to do with Jag in the future , hopefully the rest of the transaction goes smoothly.

Great experience with JAG and the team, from the initial first phone call to the delivery of my airgun.
Excellent will use again.
