Bought a budget air rifle from these people, when it arrived I tested it with many different brands of pellets of varying weights, it was rubbish! sent it back after sending a video and description of problems, consisting of only 7ft/lbs of energy via chrono and groupings similar to a shot gun. they denied there was anything wrong with the rifle and that 7ft/lbs was acceptable. At the end of the day they only offered a half price refund. avoid these people.

So i purchased a Kral Mortal on 16th May 2024. Put 200 rounds through it and by November the trigger/cocking mechanism had gone faulty and. The rifle was sent back and due to the xmas break I received the gun back on early jan 2025. As of May 24th the rifle developed the same issue. Now JAG have refused to help out siting that they only offer a 6 months warranty on the rifle. This contradicts the sale of goods act and should be 12 months. Not only that the repair is less than 6 months old. So again should be covered under warranty. JAG have refused to help out and want to charge me for the privilege.

Took the plunge and purchased my first air rifle Winchester 55-RS Break Barrel.

These people are morons. If you buy a gun from them and it is OK they are very cheap but the moment anything goes wrong you are on your own. You may as well head but a wall. They know nothing about the guns. The adverts are copied from some other source and may not be in any way what you receive. If this is the case they mess you around until you give up. I bought two guns from them that were not as advertised. They said the company did'nt make guns as they were advertising them but seemed to think that was allright. when I said that if they could not get the guns as I had ordered them I would have a different gun and pay the difference. After two weeks I contacted them to see where the other gun was
they told me that it was too late to change the guns despite the fact that I told them on the day after they were delivered so I now have two brand new guns that I don't want. There are many better dealers and you will find this just by talking to them. If you order a gun from JAG and it is what you want, fine but if not you are in a world of frustration. MORONS!!!!

I received my order (a gun) the same week by personal delivery. The gun is brand new in its own Trimex box. A great quality gun and service. I have ordered another gun.

This company sent used items. Once returned and asked to refund- they acknowledged with email, however after a week still no refund and no replies to emails. Will wait few more days before taking legal actions! Not happy how this all being handled! Very poor experience so far.

I recently got a Glock 17 Gen5 and I decided i would give it a try (BIG MISTAKE) I loaded in the CO2 canister and it almost instantly cross threaded. I look at the site again to find a replacement/buying a new one is £57.99! I understand how these things can be expensive, but really? The actual gun itself is good. Funny enough it’s actually described as rugged but it turns out as very poor.

Raised an issue with a pump purchased alongside buying a rifle. No hassle at all, I returned the item and they kindly sent a replacement the next day. Would recommend and will be buying from them again.

About 6 weeks after purchase my Umerex S25 developed a fault, I returned the gun to them by post, they sent it off to Umerex under the 12 month warranty, they said the repair would take about v3 weeks, just under 2 weeks later they phoned me to say it had been repaired, UPS delivered it the very next day.

The saga continues, as does the nightmare of my dealings with Just Air Guns. They sent me initially a faulty gun and would not replace it with a new one or refund my money. I had to send it back at a cost to me of £80, for them to "repair" it.... Repair a brand new gun ???.
It has now been returned, but with damage to the grip, which was not there before. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Sold a defective gun (c.£3k), cost to send back for repair £80, confirmed faulty but no refund on postage for us. When the gun was sent back the grip was damaged. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

My pistol had damage from a fault , I had to pay to send it back, had to pay for fix even though it was under warranty and cost me almost £20 to get it back. It came back with damage to magazine from someone using too much force plus it was exactly the same as when I sent it to them! The after a dozen or so emails they said it was out of warranty though I have it in writing that they would honour the warranty, though they charged me for it? The warranty should have covered it , the whole thing was under warranty but after saying it was repaired and test fired which was impossible because the damage prevented it so they lied so because they failed to fix it the warranty should still cover it as it was covered at the beginning of the whole farce. Not professional whatsoever so use them at your own peril.

Air rifle finally delivered over 4 hours late by a very rude delivery driver. Not the best experience. Try knocking on the door instead of sitting in your van you rude a@@@ hole !!!

Awful experience. I was given incorrect information about a scope, which I returned unused within 14 days, with proof of delivery. Their website suggested that return shipping costs might be covered, but a rude customer service advisor insisted they wouldn’t. A few days later, I received a call falsely claiming I had used the product—they likely damaged it themselves. I ended up purchasing a scope elsewhere, as the one from them lacked parallax adjustment. I reached out to my bank to resolve this, and they initially informed me that they would issue a refund. However, I later received an email from this fradulent company stating that the product is being returned to me, along with an associated charge. I would never have bought from this company had I known they operate this way, as they might be selling fake items.

Great choice of guns, reasonable prices and professional service and quick postage.

Fast pick up. Informative sales team. Fully equipped with all your airgun needs all in one place. Bought a Victory CP2 0.22 calibre CO2 driven air-pistol. Light-weight accurate and easy to use. Good for controlling rats and squirrels.

Faulty cartridge holder. Constantly loosing gas. Returned at my own expense. Ages to return. It worked for a short while then fault returned. Asked for a replacement at my expense. Sorry none in stock. No response to further emails. Purchased a replacement from Wolfman. Be warned .
