They sold me a broken air pistol that would not function and are trying to blame the user - even they provided a manual which was for a different model and hence had no instructions to follow. They want me to pick up the cost of returning the item, but also will refuse to pay me if they think it was me that damaged it rather than their fault. Which since it isn't an independent test means they can blame me anyway and refuse to refund. How about you guys test your products before you send them out??

Website was easy to navigate, I was kept up to date throughout the transaction. Ordered on 20th December arrived on Christmas Eve. Great service!

Ordered a Winchester 55 in a deal. ( Brand new of course) £25 delivery to Stratford upon Avon seemed fair.
Driver was 15 to 20 minutes late on Saturday night. ( I can live with that.)
All appeared to be packed well.
Although we've got no results yet of its workings til after Christmas, I know nothing of it's function yet.
On reading other reviews of broken items, I've not experienced this.
The rifle certainly was Brand new.
Mike online e.mailed me to ask if it had arrived.. Which was quite nice.
As I say I was happy with my experience, let's hope we have no problems with it...🙏

Bought a supposedly new Walther reign mk2, gun was supplied without air in the tank, when I tried to fill it the probe supplied with the gun didn’t fit, so took it to local gun store( who were a lot more helpful). They tried to fill it but couldn’t, the seals had gone, luckily they sorted out a warranty fix with the supplier. Wouldn’t use justair again, just want your money.

Awful Awful Awful. I bought a Snowpeak air rifle and they sent an SMK. Although they look identical I bought a Snowpeak because they are better made. They refused any kind of replacement or partial refund (as they advertise the SMK at a cheaper price but say out of stock) I had a few emails from Mike but then spent 2 days emailing them but no reply. I called and was promised an answer but never happened. When I tried to call back clearly they knew my number and just didn't answer. Finally I had enough and asked for a pre-paid returns slip for a full refund and was told by Mike that I have to cover the cost of shipping!!! I am really upset by the way they treat customers. From start to finish (the drama is still not over yet) I have been appalled. Also the delivery guy didn't want to come to my house so I had to meet him outside the local co-op shop!! How is that legal???

Saw a rifle in a shop, found the same gun on just air guns for much cheaper,. Bought the air rifle, uploaded my ID with no problems. Received a text message asking to confirm a delivery spot they had for me which I did. Got a phone call on the day,at the specified time telling me he was outside with my new gun. EXCELLENT service from start to finish. (Saturday evening, to Tuesday evening) I'm over the moon. Would highly recommend J.A.G. and will definitely be shopping there again!! Six stars out of five 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Everything went well. Organised, quick delivery, nice delivery driver. Spot on.

Easy to use website. PCP package was delivered several days earlier than quoted. Box had been opened and hastily re sealed and shoddily too. I was assured that it was so the number could be recorded off the item. So far so good with the accuracy very good after zeroing the scope. Would have been five stars if box was as it should have been. Presentation is everything people!

‘Read the reviews before buying’ I ordered an air pistol & paid £50 for shipping which had to be on a date which which also suited them. A magazine was damaged which I returned & they returned it still damaged. All-in-all not an enjoyable experience atall.

I've just been reading through some of the reviews, and there are a few regarding "communication". Maybe it's a small team or mad busy, and I agree the communication could be improved a little with maybe a WhatsApp messaging service. Me personally, despite a little confusion over the restricted messaging, my experience with Just Air Guns has been excellent. In a week, I have placed 3 separate orders and have been VERY happy with the speed, the quality of products and the helpful responses by email. I have no hesitation in ordering more products in the future from these guys. As mentioned before, maybe consider a WhatsApp number to improve communication and response times (based on other people's reviews). Thanks again guys.

The loading pin jammed and when I used hand pressure the loading pin broke. Emailed the company with photos but nothing back. Established user. Now sent the gun to a local guy I know to try to repair. Unreliable in this instance to say the least.

Ordered a PCP rifle. Very competitive price. Good communication about delivery, which was very prompt. Rifle arrived in good condition. Absolutely no complaints.

Web site easy to navigate and to place an order. I can only speak as I find and the transaction and communication was very smooth. Predicted a 3 to 5 day delivery and the rifle arrived the next day. Due to the bad weather at the moment I have not had a chance to shoot it but all looks good at the moment.
