Bought a PCP package. When delivered, no scope and air pump couldn't connect, it had screw fittings not bayonet. Contacted, no problem send us video of what I have, sent photo's as not pc literate. They sent me a scope and a valve adapter (as well as already recieved scope mounts). The pump blows the valve adapter out of the cylinder. The rifle I hope is great, the rest of the package is Poundstretcher and JAG are not interested in helping because it's been over 7 days due to their original foul up and I'd have to pay for a courier to send back. Avoid, go local.

Fault with gun and they just blame me, "I fu##ed up" was there words. Been an engineer for years but can't put a co2 cartridge in haha. BEWARE

No customer communication. After telling them 3 or 4 time I could not make their deliver slot and cancel the order twice, it just went over their heads. The guns was not delivered but Just Air Guns have stopped responding and I'm still waiting for the refund.

JAG were refusing to allow me to send back a gun that I showed them to be of inadequate quality. This was a loosely fitting rear open sight that could far too easily be moved around (Youtube search for 'BSA Comet Evo Silentium rear sight - moves around - new gun after 'repair' by BSA).
Eventually today I received a full refund 20th July, having bought the rifle from JAG in March 2023. I obtained legal advice from Which? magazine which said I had a right to a full refund. JAG fought this, arguing that as I had fired a few shots with it and I did not keep the box (!) it was now second hand therefore couldn't be returned, even though the gun was of demonstrably inadequate quality. Also, the Scope they sent initially had a broken adjuster - clearly second hand! I had to send them a total of 32 emails, them replying to me (eventually) with 24 emails, many phonecalls to them and me sending the gun back twice. They refused to reason and were deceptive and lied to me saying the sights were solid when they were not (compare the first video - Youtube search for 'BSA Comet Evo Silentium rear open sight - moves around when pushed' with the above video after 'repair'). JAG refused to apologise for all the hassle and inconvenience (on a WhatsApp call). Save the hassle and buy from elsewhere - I have now.

Absolutely awful - disgusting customer service, been nearly 14 days since ordering with barely any communication. and still no order delivered. Each day it gets delayed by another day or two. Really annoyed I didn't pay on a credit card

They have the worst customer service, stupidly overpriced items, and very stingy. Congratulations JustAirguns, you are the worst RFD in the UK.

Good selection of options on the website. I purchased an air pistol bundle comprising the pistol, CO2 canisters, BB pellets, Case, Target and rapid reloader. A great bundle giving you everything you need to start shooting. The security aspect is good too ensuring the correct person receives the item providing ID on delivery before signing over the parcel. The gun delivery price is quite high which is my only major qualm. Otherwise it would be good if instructions or user guide were provided on the website for items like the reloader and target just so you know what you're doing out of the box. The gun comes with instructions which is great. Overall positive service and would use again. Recommended to new and experienced marksman.

Really wish I looked at the reviews. This company are refusing to refund me for a dodgy laser sight i purchased, and sent back and sent video evidence of the problem the laser was broken upon arrival the torch worked but the laser didn't, I will now be contacting Trading standards, with this issue as the laser sight was 80 pounds 80, and there telling me I need to pay 7 pounds to have product returned to me please please avoid at all costs.

Don’t bother. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. They failed to deliver the gun I purchased. The driver phoned and said there was too much traffic to get to me. This was after I had waited until 8pm he then phoned me at 10pm. I have asked to cancel and refund by email as I’m wishing my cooling off period and have not taken delivery. I have mailed and got no response. I missed a call today and phoned them back they said they couldn’t help as it was somone from another team and I would have to call back. Don’t bother with this company. Coms are poor and you can’t get any real service. I won’t be accepting delivery of what is now a late order based on these reviews.

Shocking customer service. The order was placed, when paying there is a space for "notes" regarding the delivery. I requested delivery to my work address and noted that the building was open until 5pm. Delivery was made at 8.30pm. I was unable to reschedule and had to sit in our car park for 3 1/2 hours waiting. The rifle was found to be defective, and they were informed, but the response time was like watching continental drift! They initially informed me that the issue was clearly with the 2 brand-new scopes I have, after being told that the scopes were purchased elsewhere. When I finally spoke with someone, after sending multiple messages and even having to upload videos to Youtube (???) they said that I would have to return the rifle at my own expense, knowing full well that these items cannot be sent by couriers! They are clearly unaware of their own responsibilities regarding customer rights. I went to a local dealer who were kind enough to inspect the rifle and in fact repaired it without charge. I would not use this company again, and encourage others to look elsewhere. An offer online may look good initially, but the customer service on offer may well have you asking why you tried to save a few quid!

It was real easy dealing with this company, very happy with the response I got back. I will deal with this company again, support was fast and delivery was on time :)

I’ve got to be honest,the last 3-4 deliveries I’ve had have been spot on.no complaints here.when I order stuff,I expect it to be pristine when it arrives and give them their due,everything has been.

Probably the worst gun shop in the uk customer service are absolutely terrible not English like talking to a brick wall stay away from this company I wouldn’t even give it 1 star it’s terrible

Faulty product which appeared to have been previously used. Air pistol repeatedly jammed when tested. Immediately reported to JAG who insisted that I return the item at my own expense so they could ‘take a look’ at it. Not prepared to discuss a replacement or refund. Not interested when I referred to my consumer rights having been provided with a product that is “not fit for purpose”. Air pistol is now on its way back to JAG at considerable expense via a courier. I will update this review one way or the other when/if I achieve a resolution. But really wish I had read and believed the negative reviews before trusting JAG. There is a clear pattern!

Ordered and delivered on time. No complaints, so far.
