Well WOW what a company this is. Firstly i buy lots of guns as i now run a shooting range so i thought id try these guys as they pop up every time on Google. i purchased a pistol to test the water and wish i never bothered. i live about 2 hours away from them and i could of walked to pick it up faster than the Snail Mail service they provide here..12 days TWELVE!! to deliver a gun at £30 charge and every excuse there is they give you. Amazon can get a parcel to you next day ordereed 10pm the night before at minimal cost and these bananas cant get a gun out to you in less than 12 DAYS and yes the gun was in stock on website when purchased. Also called them and got a rude reception and someone who couldnt be arsed to discuss it obviously to busy looking at my gun they hadnt sent , i could of made it myself and to finish it off they ignore emails too only took 5 before they replied with a short message to basically say Wait!!!. yeah well youll be waiting a very long time for my cash again like maybe 2000 and never. SORT YOUR BUSINESS OUT PEOPLE AND YOUR MANNERS TOO....

AVOID THIS PLACE...go to PellPax instead they know how to do it right.

Terrible customer service, including poor delivery service. Do not waste your hard earned money with this company. Emails constantly ignored and so wish I had checked Trustpilot before my purchase. Listen to others who have made their views be known... we can't all be wrong.

I can't fault my experience when purchasing my new Kusey PCP air rifle. Their warehouse and shop are not too far from me so I visited in person. I was new to the airgun scene and had problems acclimatising myself with the new gun that were solved very efficiently by the staff at Just Air Guns.
Great service I would thoroughly recommend them.

Gave me a time for delivery between 2pm - 6pm, I gave them my post code to confirm I would be home like requested, I had waited in all day till 8pm and nothing what so ever not even a message to say delayed or anything and they cant even say they that they attemted delivery as I was sat out the front of my property from 1:30 till 2:45 talking to a neighbour and my front door is right next to my living room where i was sat the rest of the day. And with it being easter weekend I can not contact them till Tuesday.

i gave these lot a really good review . had my brand new niksan air rifle came on time people where nice gun was supposed to be 11.4 ft pound full power 6 ft pound low power . had to w8 a month to get diving bottle to go shooting .got my bottle filled up gun . went shooting .i shot 3 rabbits all ran of .i thought im sure i hit them so came home and borrowed a friends chronograph a few days later tested gun expecting 8 or 9 ft pound because how week it seamed , it was 5 ft pound full power pellet didnt come out the gun on low power , so i emailed them , about sending back they made it so difficult and said it wood probably get lost in the post and ill loose it and if if it did get to them it had to be in same cardboard box and instructions of what,s wrong and all sorts .and if they decided there was something wrong they will send it back to turkey .i would have to pay for all this sending , .so in the end i had to take it all apart and repair it my self ..plus you cant get any parts for it any where niksan them self's don't sell parts . so i hope nothing brakes on it..it cost me an extra 30 pound to get it working .

Can't Fault my experiance when purchasing my Air Pistol Bundle. I had picked out 2 Pistols and then ordered the wrong one. I rang and spoke with the team the following morning and they made sure that my order was updated and the correct Pistol was sent. Using the door to door delivery service was very easy. The driver arrived on time and following his checks I was able to take delivery of my Air pistol. I will be happy to order again from Just Air Guns and hope to be able to visit the shop in the future.

Avoid at all costs guys, absolute cowboys, waste of time even trying to resolve any sort of issue, always the customers fault. Had to resort to trading standards. Do not, I repeat do not give these people any of your time or money.

Placed my order beginning of the week and it was delivered promptly 3 days later. Air rifle is in excellent condition and shoots accurately. Customer service is first class and communications perfect. I could not be happier.

Would give no stars if I could, this company are happy to take your money but if anything goes wrong forget it, wish I'd seen all the reviews before giving them my money.
Bought a Gamo gx40 for my son and first time he used it the magazine jammed, this happened several times so tried a different magazine and the gun works fine, returned the magazine after having to send videos of the fault,
Just air guns say there's nothing wrong with it and want £10 to send my own property back to me, I complained within a week of buying it but they don't believe me when I say it jams,
they will never get another penny from me and I urge everyone else to avoid this bunch of cowboys,
happy to take your money but don't expect any help if something is faulty

I must say, I was worried with some of these reviews. However, my rifle turned up today and I couldn't be be happier. Slight delay with delivery but communication was fine and the rifle looks and shoots great. Thanks alot "just air" happy customer here. Manchester (Connor)

Bought a red dot laser for pistol, the batteries had to be fitted, which involves undoing a cross head micro screw, I have a micro screwdriver set, could not undo the screw, as it was tight, so I emailed justairguns and the customer service was terrible, after asking if I could send the red dot laser back for a refund, they were as awkward as possible and some emails later, the last email received from them was asking for a video from me? I am in the process of getting my money back with the credit card company.

Great company, efficient customer service, very knowledgeable about their products, courteous courier, highly recommend them.

Ordered on Sunday evening, was kept informed through out. When contacted regarding delivery for the Saturday my delivery slot was between 11-4, i informed them I was out from 1pm. Guy said he would try and sort it with his delivery driver and try prioritise my delivery. I live in hull and know it was a long journey for these guys to deliver my air rifle delivery driver arrived at 12:45. Excellent service excellent product don’t be put off by other bad reviews these guys are brilliant.

Was delivered a faulty air pistol this company are now ignoring me after several emails.
Very unprofessional I will now have to go to my credit card company to pull back the money.

Easy to order and pay your money but god help you if there is anything wrong after that. Delivery was emotional with the driver trying to get me to meet him on the motorway and this cost £40.00 Gloucesterhire!! Then the CO2 pistol arrived and I tried it on the range absolutley useless below 1ft/lbs should be 3. Requested a return within 4 days of getting the gun and they sent a lable. Posted back and still waiting a refund18 days later now but they hide behind there T&Cs and say if opened and returned no eligble in the 7 days refund, but then its 28 days if opened but with me they said might take 6 weeks as they need to send it back to the supplier. I have told them that is their problem selling for defective goods I should not have to wait under the consumer protection act so just give me a refund but nothing as at the 24th Dec. So onto credit card company now to dispute and more work for me. My advice use Pellpax or Range and Country but give this lot a wide berth!!!!!

I made a mistake when ordering an air rifle sling for my grandson and chose a very expensive delivery option. When I queried it they came back to me within 24 hours and gave a refund.

Ordered and received confirmation, left id and all came back fast and confirmed delivery would be 2-4 days. I heard nothing for a week and called them. They said it would be the following day. Never turned up and had to get credit card company to refund as they stopped responding. Buy at your own risk, can confirm whoever Mr Aggressive is he’s a detriment to the company.

If you get a working item first try, then I guess your experience with JAG is going to be positive, but God forbid there are any issues with your item(s)...Emails may be ignored, calls might be dropped, and if you manage to get through (after multiple call attempts and emails with videos etc), you are likely going to be blamed for the issue and be advised to purchase a replacement item from them...
FYI, this is the first negative review I have ever written. I can't believe that you could spend £300+ to get some items, and then be blamed for them being faulty out of the box.

Received a text Monday afternoon stating delivery would be Tuesday afternoon.

Good communication from delivery driver and delivered WAAAAY before I expected.
