The owner of this company spent a lot of time on the telephone explaining the difference between various guns and the benefits of the most appropriate one. He then arranged personally for delivery as soon as possible.

However, an anonymous text gave a six hour delivery slot. It turned out that I was the last on the list. It would’ve been really helpful to have known.

Buyer beware! Awful customer service. Yes they have a decent range in stock and there are not many airgun dealers local BUT spend your money elsewhere if you want anything resembling customer service. Complete apathy in store, goods broke after 200 shots. Advised by justairguns that 2 hours plinking with a £400 air pistol is sufficient to break pellet mags as they are plastic - buy more is their answer. Thankfully the manufacturer agreed with me and sent 3x replacements without quibble. Bunch of absolute jokers and will not be going back.LOL so apparently as I have left them a bad review they no longer wish to deal with me. Errr too late, the manufacturer resolved the issue and I’ve already voted with my feet and won’t be back.

Very good and professional… however the the delivery guy didn’t have air conditioning in his van..I’m in a health safety role and this is not on in 2022. Your delivery team are a credit to your company and the guy whom delivered was cheerful and very professional I will order from you again just for the delivery team. But seriously give them air conditioning for god sake. The delivery man called me twice before arriving so they are very good and I wouldn’t trust the negative reviews on here.

My order arrived on time and I was contacted the day before to confirm a date, had an issue with an accessory which after emailing a replacement was processed immediately in a very short time as well.

I don’t tend to read reviews before I purchase as it’s a bit like Dr Google ‘bad news’ for me it was excellent.. ordered the gun, sent off ID as explained when ordering, received a text within the time scale pointed out at the point of ordering so I was well aware of what’s what. Very security conscious and rightly so, took a little doing to get the gun delivered at work so it’s best to be at home where your ID is and it’s a straight forward process. Thank you JAG excellent service, gun, experience and value. Note # they have to deliver the gun so if you don’t like the delivery costs remember the cost of a secure van, fuel, driver, insurance ect… nothing comes for free.

Bought a Gamo Fox last May, after one day the air pump gauge burst and leaked oil everywhere, took it back and they gave me a new one. I have waited until I meet a friend last Sunday as he's is more experienced than me and again we try to pump it up and once more the pressure gauge burst again . I was out and looking to do some vermin control, removed the gauge from my friend pump and screwed in my pump and managed to filled my gun . Obviously it was a faulty gauge and I did sent it to the shop . Got an email
Saying that the warranty was void because I did removed the pressure gauge. What was the point to send the whole pump if only the pressure gauge is faulty, how much would have cost me and them in postage? Ridiculous way of treating customers. No way I will ever buy anything from these people as it seems they don't like to deal with faulty items.

Terrible customer service, lacking any level of common courtesy or effort on their part. After being referred to JAG by their sister company Trimex and outlining my query on their pricing, they asked me to provide a link to the URL of the companies offering cheaper option for the product I was after. I provided them with 5 links. It's been a week and after following up with them, I had not had one response to acknowledge or comment. I wanted to give them the option for the sale based on Trimex referral, but will be making my purchases elsewhere as a result. Not a clever way to build rapport with potential customers. I suggest others do the same and go via the below companies to get a better deal for the Umarex 850 M2 Emprire Kit. Particularly after doing their competitive research for them! JAG's price of £499 + VAT and Delivery versus the below pricing....

Read a few bad reviews but will comment on my experience. Ordered a rifle for garden shooting ( cheapest rifle they had ) before sale my questions were answered politely and fairly quick. Once ordered had all confirmation needed with instructions once I receive delivery. Delivery was put back due to unforeseen driver illness but was very quick to rearrange new delivery had call day before with estimated time on the day I had a call 15 mins before delivery. Very professional and everything went the way they instructed it to. I will buy from these again when needing any extras for my rifle. Had a few questions after purchase and was answered politely and fairly quickly

Nor in for delivery and after called once to pay for delivery charge they waited 1 day to charge me £20 for missed delivery and cancel my order with non full refund

A bit of a pain, texts that you cant reply to. Saying they have contacted you when they have not and then terrible customer service, like really awful!

I ordered a product and after 5 days had heard nothing so decided to do a chargeback. However I did receive an email so decided to go ahead. I gave EXPLICIT instructions on where the property was. The driver was late, telephoned me (even though I had said there was poor to little coverage), and demanded I stand outside my property. I told I knew where he was and how to get to my property and did he have the instructions. He arrived. He was offensive and rude and blamed me for giving unclear instructions. I asked him if he had received the instructions I had emailed. He said no. Gave me the delivery slip with the instructions I had emailed CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE NOTE. I was intending to buy two of this product but after my experience, no way. The sort of service you wouldn't even expect in the Thirld World. Do not use this company you will regret it. Ignorant, rude, stupid, unprofessional and non-communicative.

I was so worried as the time come close to the end for delivery however the guy came within the time frame was ever so polite and my air soft pistol is beautiful and works brilliantly better than described the colt defender an absolute must buy thank you guys

I recently placed an order from Justairguns.co.uk, I first made the mistake of filling my address wrong, I emailed Justairguns with a swift response with the updated address from Mohit. Then I failed to realize I needed to produce identification for my purchase, so I cancelled my order, again I received a swift response from Prab, cancelling my order and returning my funds back to me.

I then came here to post my experience and read through the crazy negative review comments and I noticed a lot of bots 1 starring. I'm guessing either somebody had a bad experience and made fake accounts with the dire mission to damage justairguns reputation or just a competitor.

Anyway, I also checked scamadviser and Justairguns gets a 94/100 score over the past 9 years which is great, I felt inclined to write and extend this review because I think it's unfair that Justairguns is getting smashed by these 1 Star Bot/fake reviews.

I may have cancelled my order but my experience with Mohit and Prab, responding to my emails within a hour of sending helping me immediately without any problems what so ever. Justairguns also have another website JustBBguns.co.uk and scamadviser has a rating of 100/100 with 5,765 reviews on Trustpilot, I also checked the comments and it's the same situation, you only have to see the timeline to spot the beginning of the bot/fake wave, tons of bots/fake accounts posting bad reviews.

Purchased an item not fit for purpose; a mount for my new scope. It was totally off-centre, and poorly made (hard to imagine for a mount). After a back and forth thread of emails where I was asking for a prepaid returns slip (as per their website), and them asking me to prove the item is faulty with a photo (of something which cannot be proved with something shorter than a 3-5min video explaining everything in detail (and I only have two hands..), they decided to give me a call to perhaps clarify the matter.. but when I once again clearly explained that it wasn't possible for me to do and that perhaps they could investigate it themselves when I returned the item, the fella replied "well you only spent £13 on it and it's for regular rifles so.." as if to say, my fault for buying a budget product.

Mate.. it has one job. To hold the scope in line with the barrel. It failed to do its only job. It's a poorly made product, wonky, with visible components not fitting together as they should.. it's not fit for purpose. If it's my fault for buying a budget "only £13" product that doesn't work, then DON'T SELL IT. That way this situation doesn't happen.

Test your products.

But hey ho.. based on all the other reviews on here, I have to assume you operate a scam, and I fell for it.. that's £19 I'll never see again (P&P included).

Avoid at all costs, saying the attempted delivery but nobody in- was in all day? 3rd time lucky- nothing!! No surprise here, they wanted another £40 for re- delivery!! No thanks!! I want proof you tried to send it! ‘We don’t use calling cards’ Customer service is AWFUL! Took my £40 off the refund!!! Rude arrogant little twerp on the phone too who wouldn’t give me his name!

Utterly terrible. Completely incompetent. I phoned to ask a question about an air rifle measurement and they refused to supply it, saying that they would not help me unless I paid them first. The salesman 'Jack' then passed me on to his 'manager' who refused to give me his name and said the same thing. I do not believe they even had the gun in question and may well be a scam. Avoid!

Had a horrendous experience last year with their "justbbguns" dept so I dont know why I expected any different since it's the same customer service.
I emailed regarding a price match - as stated they do on their website - about a .177 gamo junior hunter air rifle, only to receive an offhand reply about how the scope they were offering in a bundle was better quality than on the link to a site I'd sent them (same bundle, over £50 less elsewhere) and no response or attempt to price match the air rifle itself on its own that I'd seen for over £30 cheaper on a different site.
When I queried this again they stated they contacted that supplier, the gun was out of stock and so they don't have to match the price - and quoted that dealer would charge £30 delivery to a RFD and then the gun shop would charge £30 for me to collect. I had already checked all this and it would have been half that.
So after the reply of "how can we offer price match on a gun they stock but is out of stock?" I was a bit surprised at the abrupt and poor customer service.
I replied that I thought their response was a bit rude and asked if they would they make an effort to match the prices I'd seen. The reply was, and this is a direct quote:
"we are in business to make money not to give you replies that will suit you".
Shocking customer service, rude and very unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. Their prices are above the market value, their customer service and aftercare is horrendous.
Their response about 'just being here to make money' could not be truer. Do not deal with under any circumstances, they will fleece you.
