We've been using Just Go Russia for years for holidays to Russia and the former USSR and they're our go to travel agency for any trip there. We recently visited the Hero Cities of Volgograd, Moscow, and Leningrad [St Petersburg]. It was a truly fantastic trip, not just the sights and excellent guides but that everything is always so well organised. It always makes us want to come back and spend more time. JGR arranged all our flights and the 4 star upgrades [which was really worth it] and the visas. It's just so well arranged and it takes out the stress of multi-city travelling allowing us just time to really enjoy that marvellous country and all it has to offer.

Unsere Reise nach Sankt Petersburg und Moskau war einfach unvergesslich! Beide Städte haben uns mit ihrer beeindruckenden Architektur, der reichen Geschichte und der besonderen Atmosphäre begeistert. In St. Petersburg haben uns vor allem die wunderschönen Kanäle, die prachtvollen Paläste und die kulturellen Sehenswürdigkeiten fasziniert. Moskau beeindruckte mit seiner Mischung aus Tradition und Moderne – vom Roten Platz bis zu den modernen Vierteln war alles sehr spannend zu entdecken. Die Organisation der Reise war hervorragend, die Menschen waren freundlich und hilfsbereit, und wir haben viele einzigartige Eindrücke gesammelt. Besonders das Essen, die Metrostationen und die abendliche Stimmung in beiden Städten bleiben uns lange in Erinnerung. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, den wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen würden!

Our trip to Saint Petersburg and Moscow was truly unforgettable! Both cities amazed us with their stunning architecture, rich history, and unique atmosphere. In Saint Petersburg, we especially loved the beautiful canals, magnificent palaces, and incredible cultural landmarks. Moscow impressed us with its fascinating mix of tradition and modern life — from Red Square to the vibrant modern districts, every moment was exciting.
The entire trip was very well organized, the people were friendly and welcoming, and we created so many wonderful memories. The food, the impressive metro stations, and the evening atmosphere in both cities will stay with us for a long time. A fantastic vacation that we would highly recommend to everyone!

Leonid is very helpful. As i was travelling solo it was a really good idea to give my number to the guide. Also for my airport transfers arrival and departure the guide Baya gave me the drivers name and licence plate number. A very good idea especially if you are travelling alone. Food very good. Restaurants, guesthouses and hotels very clean. Friendly people. Guide very helpful and pleasant

I travelled solo across Russia in July-August, 2025 for 30 days. 15 days in the western cities and 15 days on the Trans-Siberian Railway. My central hotels, seamless transfers, and private tours with some of the best guides I have ever had, were all arranged by London-based Go Russia. They are brilliant and the best priced of the lot currently offering services to Russia. I absolutely loved Russia, and it was all thanks to Go Russia! Am already planning my second trip with them. :)

Knowledgeable consultant, Prompt response; understood our requirement and gave us a good tour plan. Some areas could have been a bit more efficiently managed with timelines though.
Guides and drivers and the personalization when one arrives in the country and its different cities, was excellent!

First time visiting Russia. Attended the May 9th Victory Day Celebration. Very pleased with the hotel and street view. The fireworks were breathtaking over the Moscow River. Visited the Kremlin Armory, several cathedrals of of Russia's Czars and Emperors. Also, the 2nd largest Diamond Collection in the world. The Tour Guide went above and beyond in pointing out facts on the attractions and additional sites within walking distance. Felt very welcomed. Moscow is a combination of New York City and Washington D.C. Very clean, safe and people are friendly. Subways are absolutely spotless and is an attraction in itself. The Russian Ballet was excellent!!! Traveled from Detroit, Michigan USA.

Great and efficient travel agency for people who would like to book or organise a hassle free trip to Russia. I got all questions answered and excellent guidance for the visa application, which is successful. Also their website offers extensive advice. Thank you!

Just got back from the St Petersburg tour. It was spot on.
Had a tour guide and driver just for me, like being in a dream. It was a pleasure just to hang around with them, and the guide had knowledge like an encyclopaedia. Never had an experience like that before.
And the hotel staff were so sweet they were like chocolate cakes with smiles.
The whole thing ran like a Swiss watch even the flights.

Excellent travelling company, with great service and duty of care, even in the current situation. Amazing itinerary and fairly priced. Can't recommend enough

Went for almost 3 weeks (2nd part of June) to Moscow, St. Petersburg, Suzdal, Vladimir, Bogoluybovo, Velikiy Novgorod - this was part of the Golden Circle tour. Each guide gets 5* from me, including all drivers. I cant even begin to describe what an amazing experience this was. It certainly exceeded all my expectations and I am absolutely looking forward to going again. Each city is so beautiful, full of color and flowers and CLEAN! I never felt so safe walking in the streets or taking the metro as I did there. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, the food was delicious (you have to try oblipihoviy chay - wow) - it was just an incredible experience. The only thing I would change is not take the 12 hour train from Vladimir to St. Petersburg.. Already thinking of when I will go again and which other cities I will explore!

Hola , aconsejo no contratar nadie con esta empresa. Una vez ingresado el dinero ya no tienes servicio y como están fuera de España no puedes hacer nada. A mi me han estafado y aconsejo que nadie caiga en esa red delictiva.

Unfortunately my ideal contact with this company wasn’t great. However, they did redeem themselves and gained my business. Jelena was great and was also quick at replying. They were very responsive via WhatsApp, even at later hours. In the end we purchased two visas for Russia. They did make the process a lot less stressful and answered other questions I had regarding the trip that weren’t visa related. We got there in the end and I would definitely consider this company if you need help with visas. Thanks!

We've just arrived home from our Highlights of the Trans-Siberian journey having loved our trip to Irkutsk, we were sorry it ended. The Highlights of the Trans-Siberian is a great option if you really want to spend as much time as possible seeing the Russian leg of the train journey and are on a budget as we got to see Kazan which is a must see. We enjoyed it so much we want to do it all over again! We opted to go first class [on account of all the luggage] but all classes of ticket were high quality, decent meals - the Kazan leg was like the Orient Express in terms of comfort and service - and being real working/commuter trains you see life in the Urals and Siberia for ordinary people on the go. The company organised everything from our flights to a stop over and tour in Istanbul whilst in transit to extra time in St Petersburg at the end of the trip in an excellent city centre hotel. We loved the independence of the itinerary which really suited our plans. If we were to do it again we would make extra time on the journey as there was so much to see and do a return visit is needed and the restaurant and bar scene in the provinces really is taking on Moscow in terms of quality and offering. The guides were all excellent, we learned a lot and met lots of people on the journey. Only sorry it's all over.

I found this company to be up-front, reliable and realistic in the current "conflict climate" that affects all travel to Russia from western Europe. They routed out a journey for me through the north Caucasus on a limited budget. I stayed at modest but comfortable hotels, my final hotel stop at Vladikavkaz was an upgrade to a higher standard of hotel but not a big pinch on my budget. Russian people are still keen to receive tourists provided you understand their position and respect their opinions, but there was no need for me to much mention the current climate in politics. Officials were fine and as long as your tourist visa and paperwork match up there is no need to worry provided you stay on your designated route. I did enjoy seeing the impressive downtown reconstruction of Grozny, Chechnya. And then onto lovely kept fields of grain and tidy woodland across Ingushetia which reminded me of lowland Scotland. Before entering Ossetia, my final stop before returning by the Darial Pass through the Caucasus mountains to Georgia. In case of an accident or emergency GoRussia provides an emergency telephone number. I thoroughly recommend this company and a visit to the Caucasus this year.

Nous avons été impressionné par la qualité du service d’un voyage standard même si les circonstances étaient particulières.
Tous les acteurs, les guides et les chauffeurs étaient vraiment impliqués.
L’itinéraire était très représentatif de ce que nous souhaitions visiter.
Les services publics étaient très présents et la qualité des transports par train irréprochable.
Les commerces proposent tout ce qu’on trouve en France. La nourriture est copieuse et variée, nous avons toujours pu commander du vin pour accompagner les repas.
La sécurité ne nous a jamais paru un problème, en particulier quand nous déplacions sans guide en ville, et cela sans police ostensible.
La barrière de la langue est surmonté pour les questions courantes avec l’aide du mobile et l’orientation dans les villes avec le GPS.
Nous n’avons pas fait de différence avec les capitales ou grandes villes de l’union européenne.
Les conversations avec les guides français n’ont pas soulevé de problèmes : histoire (création de la Russie, période soviétique), religion, pas d’allusion aux événements sinon les répercussions sur leurs métiers, sur leur pratique du français, sur le nombre de visiteurs dont l’absence n’est pas compensée.
Nous emportons l’image d’un peuple accueillant.

I have been in a tour in Moskow! I saw The Kremlin, Lenin s grave, St Basil Cathedral, Arbat Street, Moskow University, big and beautiful parks!
