I ordered a garden tractor and within half an hour Just Lawnmowers rang me and asked if they could deliver the following day! They had a van coming to near my postcode so delivered the lawnmower as promised the following day. The delivery driver rang me when he was half an hour away, delivered the garden tractor, showed me exactly how it worked and even parked it in my shed for me. Unfortunately it's so wet I haven't been able to use it yet.

When I placed the order I chose the cheapest option with a delivery date of 13th January. The delivery duly arrived in the morning of 13th January, even though storm Gareti arrived on the evening of Thursday 8th January, with the associated snow, power cuts and fallen trees etc.
Should the delivery have been delayed because of the weather I would have understood but it came on time with a most helpful delivery driver.

As always 47 Skin delivered what I ordered and when I expected it.

It was very easy to book my appointment at the pharmacy most local to me. I wasn't kept waiting long at all and the pharmacist was a very lovely man and the injection didn't hurt at all.

I ordered for delivery between Christmas and New Year. That day someone rang and asked if I had run out of oil, I explained that I'd just moved and wasn't sure how much oil I was using. He said to be on the safe side they'd deliver the following day. They'd delivered by 9 a.m. the following morning. Fantastic service.

It was easy to order using the Boden website. The dress arrived when expected and was lovely, styling, fabric and finish were superb, unfortunately it was too long. The returns process couldn't be easier.

It was incredibly easy to return my parcel. No queuing, instant receipt of the return.

I ordered the three bay, reverse roof log store. It arrived promptly and was quite easy to assemble and stood up to storm Darragh! It has been admired by several people and I almost certainly will purchase a second one.

I've a very bad opinion of SkinStore. They sent the wrong product and I emailed asking for a returns label and it has been ignored. I have tried to log in to them and it doesn't recognise my password so I asked to reset it. Now it is saying my email address doesn't match the one they sent the reset password to. This has now happened twice and their customer care phone number is USA so I'm not prepared to ring them from the UK.

£17.43 down and a product I don't even want!
