Keine Information am Flughafen man muss sich erstmal durchfragen wo man hin muss und man wird dann noch abgezockt doppelte Abbuchung und andrehen von Versicherung die man eh schon bei Check 24 abgeschlossen hat. 👎🏻

Ueber DoYouSpain haben wir hier einen Wagen gebucht. 1800€ Kaution zahlen muessen obwohl ueber DoYoiSpain schon die Versicherung Vollkasko abgedeckt war bekommen wir nun fuer absoluten Bullshit von der Kaution nur knappe 600€ zurueck. Schaeden welche im Vertrag VORHER schon aufgewiesen wurden, werden nochmals mit 400€ berechnet. 2 volle Wasserflaschen im Auto liegen lassen werden mit 60€ Sonderreinigung berechnet. Auf Emails wird grundsaetzlich nicht geantwortet und bei der Hotline geht niemand ran. Wehe Dein Flug geht um 06:30h, Du hast KEINE Moeglichkeit den Wagen morgens abzugeben. Sagt einem vorher natuerlich niemand. Absoluter Betrug ! Nie wieder!

Vorig jaar zomer een auto gehuurd bij K10, waar we eerst 2,5 uur hebben gewacht was er een andere auto beschikbaar.
Auto prima en volledige verzekering erop afgesloten, geen borg enz.

Na het inleveren is er ineens €45,- ingehouden vanwege een gereden boete, de boete niet ontvangen waardoor we deze niet konden voldoen.
Nu een jaar later de boete binnen gekregen, met een verhoging omdat K10 verzaakt heeft deze door te sturen. Boete betaald, maar de €45,- wordt niet terug gestort.
Meerdere contactpogingen via telefoon en mail maar geen gehoor.

Nicht zu empfehlen! Das Vorgehen des Vermieters grenzt an Betrug. Unsere Kreditkarte wurde nicht akzeptiert, stattdessen mussten wir 250 Euro (mit der gleichen Kreditkarte, die dann auf einmal wohl funktionierte) für eine zusätzliche Versicherung bezahlen, um das Auto vor Ort zu bekommen. Diese war überflüssig, da wir über Check24 schon eine Versicherung hatten. Reine Abzocke und unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, die nur sehr schlecht englisch sprechen, was die Kommunikation zusätzlich erschwert. Ich kann nur jedem davon abraten, hier einen Mietwagen zu buchen. Lieber zahlt man direkt etwas mehr bei einem seriösen Anbieter, dies ist am Ende genauso teuer und man hat weniger Ärger.

Arnaque par rapport l’assurance j’ai payé l’assurance avec le site lastminute pour un séjour j’ai tout payé et à l’arrivée pour récupérer la voiture il me demande une demande une carte de crédit et 1200€ garantie et demande d’autre assurance
Imaginez le local loin de centre ville pas de transport donc obligé de tout payer pour récupérer la voiture attention au site lastminute et k10 location mallorque qui

Pior empresa de sempre. CUIDADO ao decidir. Podem parecer preços bons mas depois inventam coisas pra cobrar mais. Se não fizer seguro total, mais caro que o proprio aluguel, corre o risco de cobrarem o que quiserem na entrega. Esta empresa é scam e lesa os clientes. Só não dou estrelas negativas porque é impossivel.

Auto war für 12:00 Uhr bestellt und war um 14:30 noch nicht fertig. Das Personal wollte unbedingt Geld machen und hatte Autos da aber für die sollte man aufzahlen!
Never again!

Attention arnaque ! Fuyez cette agence surtout. J'ai loué une petite voiture. A la réception, personne ne nous accompagne pour vérifier son état mais nous avons filmé et photographié le véhicule. Le séjour se passe hyper bien et au retour, en toute confiance étant donné que nous n'avions rencontré aucun problème même pas un trottoir, nous la ramenons. Et là, il nous montre une minuscule trace noire sur une jante, une espère de petite griffure d'un cm à peine. Malheureusement, tellement petit qu'on a pas réussi à voir un si petit détail sur la vidéo. Résultat, 342 euros de réparation. Nous étions furieuses mais un peu démunies, ils étaient sans scrupule, l'arnaque est bien ficelee. Que faire ? Quel dommage de finir son voyage comme ça

Booked K10 through Skyscanner for 4 weeks as the price was good from 4th June to July 2nd..
Leaving Liverpool we had a 3 hour delay which took us late into the evening and on top of this a factory close by Ibiza airport was on fire which caused absolute chaos around Ibiza airport..
We decided to walk over to K10 as you don't really need a shuttle its that close and we was greeted by a lady called Daniella who was amazing. She dealt with everything professionally and made us feel at ease as the fire had caused so many problems with cars and staff getting around in the area..
Our car had some dints and scratches on it and she said take a video of everything for when you return just incase.
The car was great and when we returned it we cleaned it better than when we got it which the lady called Alisa had noticed.. she was fantastic. She had a look around the car as we explained the whole situation regarding the fire when we picked up the car and she said ' no problem i totally understand' .
We was a little worried taking the car back because of the circumstances in which we picked the car up but these 2 ladies made the whole process stress free . They are a credit to K10 and have made me a returning customer..

State lontani da questi autonoleggio...riportato la macchina stamattina alle 8.45....controllano l auto tutto ok.mi dicono che nel giro di un paio di giorni mi riaccreditato i 200 euro di cauzione gasolio e chiavi macchina.mentre attendo la navete mi dicono che mi tengono 40 euro dalla carta perché l ufficio apriva alle 9....la truffa continua.non noleggiate da loro....

Via de vakantiediscounter een auto voor 11 dagen bij K10 gehuurd op Ibiza. Auto was prima maar afhandeling slecht. Bij inlevering moesten wij lopen over een te drukke weg naar het vliegveld. Bij thuiskomst nog een rekening van 40 euro omdat wij om 07:00 hebben ingeleverd. Dit staat nergens en is ook niet vermeld bij de verhuur. Wij gaan hier niet meer huren. Vakantiediscounter verhuurt wel maar bemoeit zich verder niet met de afhandeling. Slecht geregeld dus!

Ich habe auf Mallorca einen Fiat 500 gemietet und ihn vollgetankt zurückgegeben. Die 250 Euro Kaution, die sie einbehalten haben, habe ich nie wieder gesehen. Reagieren nicht auf Email anfragen, booking com über die ich gebucht hat braucht eine Endabrechnung von K10, die ich nie erhalten habe, sonst handeln die nicht... Habe die 250 Euro jetzt abgeschrieben unter Lebenserfahrung und aufgehört meine Energie damit zu vergeuden

I booked and pre paid for my hire car months in advance with full insurance. I waited at the designated meet point on arrival into Ibiza and no one came after an hour. No response on the phone lines. I got in a taxi to the office which was a short trip. So short the taxi driver was abusive to me after being annoyed he had qued for passengers to drive a few hundred meters. He demanded 20 euros. The staff told me the meeting point had changed and blamed booking.com for not letting me know. To add to the stress when I arrived to collect the car I was told I was not insured and would have to personally pay for damages. I was pressured to take out insurance which doubled the cost of my initial outlay. The staff can’t speak English and when trying to discuss the booking.com booking they just look at you blankly. I booked this company initially as the costs were lower than the on site companies. Clearly they make their money up other ways. I wouldn’t recommend. You don’t end up with a better deal. Book with an onsite reputable company in my opinion

Alles sehr gut verlaufen. Die Abholung am Flughafen, die Fahrt zur Vermietung. Die sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin Patrizia hat uns alles sehr nett erklärt und innerhalb von 15 Minuten waren wir mit unserem Mietwagen schon auf der Autobahn in unser Domizil. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen 👍🏼

Sehr unfreundlich, grob und unprofessional.
Wie haben das Auto für eine Woche gebucht und sowie bezahlt. Aufgrund der Stornierung des Flugs hatten wir ein Tag Verspätung. Der einen unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter hat gemeint, dass wir das Auto nächsten Tag nicht abholen können, das Geld wird nicht zurück überwiesen und wir müssen alles selbst mit Booking abklären und das was. Keine normale Alternative und plus dazu Unfreundlichkeit ! Inakzeptabel

Took money from my credit card over a month after a hired the car. Claiming a speeding fine. No evidence of this at all, can’t tell me when or where this was. No date or time no evidence this happened. Just took money from me. Disgusted this can even happen and that they can take money months later with no evidence or warning

Pessimi! Metto una stella perché zero non si puó. Ho chiamato prima di prenotare per spiegare che avremmo avuto un volo presto il mattino e per chiedere come gestire la prenotazione online. Quando sono arrivata per ritirare l’auto mi hanno proposto di lasciare la macchina incustodita con chiavi dentro in un parcheggio vicino, ma mi sono rifiutata. Cosi mi hanno chiesto di lasciare l’auto in un altro punto e il giorno prima, promettendo un rimborso. Non solo non è mai arrivato, ma il customer service é inesistente. In più dopo 1 mese é arrivata una multa con prelievo senza nessun giustificativo. Da dimenticare, il peggior rent-a-car fino ad ora. Sconsigliatissimo.

Geboekt via sunny cars voor ons verblijf op ibiza. We werden met een shuttle opgehaald bij het vliegtuig om naar het bedrijf te gaan voor de auto. De shuttle is boven in de parkeer garage. Wat ik niet duidelijk vond. Gelukkig kon een man na wat gezoek dit wel vertellen. Ophalen verliep soepel.carla heeft ons goed geholpen, had ook lijstje met tips. De auto was schoon en de tank was vol. Een hele fijne auto was het. Echter wilde de bij boeken en waren daarvoor naar het bedrijf gegaan. Hij was echt niet vriendelijk en pas nadat sunnycars zich ermee bemoeide kon het geregeld worden.. zonde van de tijd en onnodig lijkt me..
