I place an order on Jan 31st this year. I have only received a portion of it. Every time I email, I get the same automated email response. This is not good enough. As customers, we should not be the ones having to chase up our orders. Either they have what we order in stock, or they don't. It's not hard. Either deliver what customers order, or give us a refund. It doesn't matter if they say there are long delays in responding to customers because they are closing down. Just do the right thing.

I ordered two pairs of chinos online. After 10 days they still hadnât been dispatched. After 3 weeks my order finally arrived and when I opened it instead of two pairs of black size 16 chinos, it was two different white lace dresses, size 10!! Couldnât have been more wrong. The delivery slip even had my chinos listed on it!! I phoned customer service who were incredibly unhelpful and basically said they couldnât refund me or send me the correct items I ordered until I returned the incorrect products! Not worth my hassle. Iâll never be ordering online from Katieâs again.

This company takes yours money and delivers nothing. Received the pillow cases straight way they cancelled on a piece of clothing because they couldnât supply it. Took numerous emails finally rang today after placing my order 11/5/23. After ringing today apparently my items are ready for dispatch Iâll believe it when I see it. Refused to cancel the rest of my order and refund my money . Will never shop there again.
Item not delivered and no refund issued
I ordered 4 items from Katies 2 months ago to be sent to a collection point. 3 of them arrived, the 4th didn't. I have been chasing it through Australia post (a few calls) who advised that it was sent back to sender. I have made numerous calls to Katies who have been assuring me that they will look into it and call me within a couple of days. No contact whatsoever so I kept calling. They confirmed that they have received the item back but refund wasn't sent. Today they wanted me to pay again for the item to be shipped to me, although it was their failure to deliver and I had been very clear that I wanted a refund. So, 2 months later, so many phone calls and no refund. Not an acceptable customer service. Will never ever shop at Katies again.
Nice Clothes, Fast Shipping
I read the reviews on here after I'd placed my order and was worried I'd have a bad experience like so many on here but was pleasantly surprised. It only took 2 weeks from the time I placed my order to receive it here in New Zealand. I ordered 2 skirts and am pleased with the quality although they are both too big for me even after I sized down, so if I order from them again I think I'll try sizing down 2 sizes from my regular size. Overall can't complain :)

Ordered from this company on the 1st December. Did not receive a confirmation of my order so I contacted them with my proof of purchase. Emailed numerous times and just kept getting the same answer that they would look into it and thanking me for my patience. Eventually I realised I was not going to get anywhere. Basically the company took my money end of story. I donât know how they get away with doing this to people.
Terrible customer service- Avoid!
I very rarely go to the effort to post a review but I felt inclined to share my experience with Katieâs so others donât have to go through the same trouble. I was incorrectly charged for delivery to NZ even though their website clearly stated for the cost of my order that it would be free. I made endless attempts to contact them through their online customer service page as well as place an official complaint and they either donât reply or if they do itâs about 3 weeks later and the reply doesnât even make sense or resolve your issue. I eventually went to their instagram page and wrote a comment under their latest post to explain I had been experiencing poor customer service and could someone please send me a direct message so I could sort out the refund I was owed. If anyone is having issues getting responses, this seemed to be the trick for me! They deleted the comment I made and direct messaged me straight away. I explained the situation and they tried to fob me off but said they would refund me this money on this occasion only even though they said they didnât need to - despite the fact that I sent them screenshots of my basket and terms and conditions clearly indicating eligibility of free delivery. They basically tried to blame it on me and make it out like they were doing me a favour giving me a refund when it wasnât their fault (which it clearly was). The nature of the responses was also pretty rude and not particularly helpful or friendly. Iâm very relieved I got my refund in the end (to be fair it was only $12.50 and I stopped caring about this but it was more the principle of the lack of service and disregard for their customers that made me pursue it). Itâs a shame as the clothes I ordered are actually really nice so this could have had a very different ending. After my experience though I know for sure that I wonât order from them again. They donât appear to care about their customers and that does not sit right with me. I wish I had checked reviews first as I am shocked to see so many negative reviews. Disappointing that so many people have had bad experiences with this company.
Katies - no customer is safe
Seriously think twice about purchasing with this retailer. Their online brand and in-store brand are 2 separate entities even though they have the same name.
You cannot redeem credit notes that have been issued in store, you have absolutely no chance of dealing with anyone in Australia - their call centre is in the Phillipines and they could not care less about you or assisting you.
They all read the same script and if theyâre not able to help you or donât like it when you know your rights and speak up, they simply hang up on you.
Our Australian consumer law literally does not apply with this company and we have no leg to stand on - regardless of us supposedly being protected.
If a garment is faulty or inconsistent with their sizing guide, itâs up to you, to pay for the return postage but no money will be refunded and donât even think about an exchange. Thatâs not even an option!
I will never ever support, recommend or purchase from this brand ever again.
Itâs disgusting how they are able to get away with treating their customers this way without any blatant regard or accountability.
Seriously think twice, do your homework before making any purchases. There are so many ways they trick you into thinking you will be safe making a purchase from them, but NOTHING could be further from the truth.

Very disappointing experience and terrible customer service. After three weeks some items of the order still haven't arrived. What has arrived is absolutely appalling - colour, fit, and shape are nothing like the pictures. Sizing is completely off and the quality is very poor. In all honesty you'd be better off taking your business to Kmart.
Don't expect anything from the customer service team either - unhelpful, pointless, and frustrating.
I might as well have poured money down the drain. Unfortunately it is what it is, but hopefully this review may at least spare someone else the same experience.

Worst customer service ever !! I have bought multiple items from different companies ( Katies - EziBuy and W.Lane ) and had to return some items. Since my first purchase on the 22.11.2022 (item returned) I have never received a single dollar of my refund!!!
All these companies are now under the same contact and I can only warn you - DO NOT BUY FROM ANY OF THEM!!! I have sent several eamils with proof of return ticket from Australia Post , but only got the usual - we ar very busy right now answer. Where is my over 200,- in refund owed?
Where are my goods or refund?
I purchased and paid for two items online at the end of September 2022, my parcel arrived on the 8th November 2022 but one item was missing, I notified the company and was given a ticket number and an apology.
I have now received seven apologies with various excuses for the delay in delivery, it is now nearly February 2023 and this company no longer responds to my enquiries. I do not have the item I paid for nor have I been offered a refund. I will never purchase anything from them again and advise extreme caution when dealing with any Mosaic brands.
