Waited 2 months for my order, no email or explanation about it until I called, still took another 3 weeks. Got alot of dribble about why it took so long and how there was no stock. Went to my local Katies on the weekend and all items were in stock on the shelves. I will never buy from Katies ever again

Exactly the same thing happened to me!!!! They donât send you what you order and pay for, but then send you someone elseâs order. Still waiting for my item, 5 months after ordering. Shame on you for stealing from trusting customers, Mosaic. Katieâs used to be good, but not any more. Youâve lost my custom.

Absolutely THE worst online shopping mob that I've ever dealt with. Same as all other negative comments here - my order never arrived, feedback non existent except when they sent me someone else's order, they quick smart sent me a return label for it, even followed up a week later when I hadn't bolted to the post office to return their precious item. Meantime, they continue to bombard me with promo emails (200+ since early May) Why keep promoting sales when you can't deliver. It's blatant dishonesty. Mosaic need to employ more staff to handle emails and orders, I'm sure they were well 'looked after' with Jobkeeper as one of the LNP mates but they obvs didn't spend it on keeping staff ð€¬ð¡ð€¬

I placed on order a month ago. Phoned a fortnight later as I had no tracking information. To be told it hadnât despatched yet. As I wanted the clothing to take in holidays. I asked for order to be cancelled and kept getting generic replies.

The worst quality I had ever bought. I bought"Katies Zip Fleece Jumper" but the material is not fleece. Cheat customers and it is very bad quality. It is said I can not refund it so I had threw it to rubbish bin. WASTE MOMEY! BAD EXPERIENCE TO BUY FROM KATIES FASHION. NEVER COME BACK TO BUY AGAIN. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

I went into the orange store to exchange a pair of jeans received as a gift for mother's day.
The staff member was very rude. I didn't have the receipt, but the tags were still attached. I explained 4 times that it was a gift, so no receipt was given. Staff reluctant to even exchange for the smaller size. Said that they didn't have anything in the smaller size. Not happy with the discourteous and rude service.

I was very pleased to be served by Shelly at Northland. She has been there for quite some time. Always has a smile on her face and always very busy keeping the store in order. I never walk out empty handed when Shelly works there as she always tryâs to assist in finding what I am looking for in my size.

Worst service from big store. After purchasing over $100, I immediately send msg to cancel one of the order and called nxt day to double check if its been canceled but what I hear is even its not been dispatched they canât cancel once order is place and if i want to return I have to return on my cost. This is my last purchase from this store n will definitely return all that I purchased , just to give a lesson. No business from my side.
I should say shein has better customer service there is option to cancel in limited time and if its been dispatched then they send return postal code.

After being a huge customer and fan of Katieâs for many years I decided to start shopping online. I purchased 3 products I was wanting to take away for my honeymoon and after 3 months they never showed up. The items never arrived for my honeymoon. After contacting the customer service centre and the lack of response / automated responses it took another 7 weeks to finally escalate and be refunded. I continuously gave them my contact phone number and asked them to call me and they never did. Talk about infuriating!!!
Moral of my story, they have lost a VERY GREAT CUSTOMER they have lost this Katieâs customer for life!!!!

I have been waiting for 5 months for my order... 3 items randomly arrived but still waiting for the last 5. There have been 23 emails and lots of excuses but nothing else. I am bitterly disappointed with the service from this company and I would not recommend purchasing from them. Avoid this company and deal with a company that has good reviews and good customer service.

Order took weeks to partially ship. You only ever get automatic replies from customer service. Had to follow up again as they closed my ticket once the first part shipped. Still waiting months for one top that wasnt sent. Pretty sure it will never come and I will never get a response. Will never shop here again.

Then the sent two of my items mid February and a third last week (mid-late March) Still waiting on the last item. Out of season to wear now. I emailed to complain and apparently my ticket has been logged and occasionally I get an email say weâre so sorry for the delay, your ticket is progressing!! Meanwhile my inbox is flooded with their latest sales gimmicks!

Katies is totally dropping the ball and has become a completely dysfunctional company. Order from them at your own risk. My sister ordered an extremely expensive item from the online store, and two months later, it still hasn't been delivered. After multiple attempts my my sister to contact the store by email and via this Facebook account, and having been totally ignored, she called Katies on the phone today and then informed her that the wallet couldn't be sent by the third party seller. They hadn't even bothered to reach out and tell her this, or to refund the money. To make matters worse, the wallet is still for sale on there website. How can you call this a company? It's a complete disaster

Purchased 5 items early Jan, received 2 items (that actually came from Millers) and then only after querying where my order was. Nothing since and the standard reply is always the same, experiencing delays etc. They sent me a $10 voucher to use, where I am not sure because I will never be buying from them again. I can get orders from overseas quicker that Katies online. Terrible service and will never ever buy from them again, instore or online and will definitely be spreading the word to my family & friends

Will never shop either online or instore at Katies or any store owned by Mosaic. Order placed 04/11/2021. 3 Pieces - first piece received after 1 month, second piece received after 2.5 months. Have just been advised today that the last piece has finally been shipped today 23/03/2022 - over 4 months. The final piece is now being sold online for 80% less than I paid for it in November. Terrible customer service - so much time wasted chasing up order. Never Again!!!!!
