I purchased 3 items from KATIES which were nothing like the photos. I contacted MOSIAC for instructions on posting items back. I was told to put invoice etc into postbag. This was October 2021. I have been in contact with Mosiac regarding no refund. they could not find my order. I had an email from the Post Office in Nov to say parcel had been received. girl from Mosiac then looked up my email address and was able to describe the items I purchased, she asked me to send a copy of parcel received by Mosiac, which I did. She said I would hear from someone. I received an email about 2 weeks ago from a Janelle, who asked me to give the invoice and order number. I emailed to say I had put all paperwork in the return bag and that a girl from Mosiac was able to look up details from email address. (This is the only order I have ever purchased online.) I explained this in the email. I am still waiting for a reply. I have been a good customer of Katies (walk into shop) for many years. sadly to say I will not be shopping with them again.

Bought a few hundred dollars worth of clothes and received 2 tops and then was sent someone elseâs order. This was January and still waiting for a refund in March.
Disgusting customer service wish l saw the reviews before buying l would never had purchased anything from them.
Basically, l received a order for which none of it was what l ordered and returned it to them.
So after doing the right thing sending the wrong order back Katieâs still have not refunded me despite stating they would. The worst part is l paid via Afterpay and unfortunately there is no buyer protection.
Unlike PayPal which is extremely good at making sure you have a avenue for reimbursement if something went wrong.
Afterpay stated there was nothing they could do except push the payments back.
So never buy from Katieâs and be very careful with Afterpay if you buy goods and donât receive then they will not help you itâs a loss all round.

Never ever again! In fact I wonât even be shopping in storeâŠthe quality has gone to s#@t! I recently tried to purchase a top in store, tried four of the same and they were ALL FAULTY! Lopsided, gaping neckline, button front splaying off to the sideâŠpoor quality! Even our trusty Kmart is better quality than this! I have ordered few items on January 14th. The items are not even processed. I have been sending mail to refund my money, if it cannot be processed, but I am receiving some automated reply like warehouse problem and so on. There are other online sites also exist which process the items within hours. What are they thinking. ?Customer are not stupid. I wish I had read this reviews before I order. Please don't get into trapped by ordering from this site. This is not a trustworthy or reliable site to order.

Absolutely appalling online service. I ordered a pair of pants on the 13th of Jan and still haven't received them. I ordered something else from one of their third party suppliers which was received in a timely manner so it's not Australia Post. What Katies are doing amounts to theft and fraud in my opinion - taking money under false pretenses ie - we give them money and we receive something in return. We are, in reality, only giving them money - for nothing.

The worst online order Iâve ever placed except for the time I got scammed. It has been 3 months since I placed my order and I am still waiting on items! Have emailed numerous times in case they have simply provided an incorrect tracking number- no response apart from 'automated we are very busy'- NO WONDER- all the enquiries from people who never received their goods. Total scam. I was willing to give some benefit of doubt with COVID et al, but beyond disappointing, and will never purchase from them again, nor would I advise anyone else to do so. Placed order with Katieâs online store 15/12/2021. Hoping order would be delivered by the end of the year. What a Joke.
7 weeks later (2/02/2022) still no delivery.
Received an email about 3 weekâs ago saying my order has been delayed it should be dispatched by the end of that week . Blaming Australia Post for the delay.
I have even sent an email to their customer service asking where my order is to date no reply. I ordered items from other companies on the same day and a few days after my Katieâs order and both delivered by Australia Post within a week of ordering.
Katieâs. Why blame Australia Post when itâs your lousy incompetence service thatâs at fault. You keep sending promotional email with all these great offers but you can not honour them. Katieâs you are thieves you take our money but canât send out the product.
This is not the first time Iâve had bad experience from the Mosaics Brand. An order from Rivers also took close to 2 months to get delivered.
This is the last time I will be purchasing any item from any store of the Mosaic Brand both in store and online. You have lost me as a customer. And warn anyone else considering ordering from Any Mosaic brand to think again.

Does anyone actually work at Katieâs (Mosaic Brands)? I ordered a few week ago and they still have not even sent out my items. I have sent CS a message and still no reply.
They are blaming AusPost for their bad service but they would of been able to provide a tracking number if the order was prepared. Probably give them a miss if you are thinking of ordering from them. If my items are not sent this week, I will be reporting them to the ACCC and encourage other to do the same.

Terrible experience and very stressful. Ordered online nothing sent as yet, never get an email if anything is despatched with a tracking number. Seem to have a phone line for all the dress companies WLane, Katies, BeMe, Rockmans etc. Been waiting on a jacket from WLane since 6th September 2021!!!! Ordered 20.12.21 from WLane also had Katies dress and Rockmans. Still not received. Ordered 15.1.22
four dresses however nothing as at this date. I have rung numerous times, they seem to have the same spiel and nothing is ever done. All I get are emails with a ticket number and thanking me for their patience. I have no trouble with other companies I have dealt with their service and communication is great. They blame Australia Post however that is not correct Aust. Post is very efficient. How can Aust. Post deliver if the goods haven't been sent. I rang again today and got the same spiel from someone I could barely understand so I finished off saying that if nothing is done in one week I will report to the Government department, Australian Competition
Consumer Commission, how unethical these companies are in taking our money upfront and not delivering. I will not be ordering again online with these companies which is a shame as I am endeavouring to keep isolated at home away from covid as I am vunerable!!
