Fast delivery. Ordered Christmas sacks for dogs with photos on. Didn’t expect great quality for price, but they are fantastic quality. Absolutely thrilled with them. Definitely will be ordering again.

Ordered two baubles with identical pictures. One was blurry, the other perfect. Got in touch with the company late Sunday afternoon, they replied almost instantly (must have been within 5 minutes) apologising and saying they will have another sent to be delivered on the Tuesday. Well by midday on Monday it had already arrived. I don't even know how its possible that they managed to get it turned around this quickly, especially as this was on 17th December so a time when deliveries can be delayed too. Thank you so much, will definitely use them in future. Outstanding customer service and product as expected!

The most friendly, prompt and professional company I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I ordered a gift for a friend of mine and I unfortunately uploaded the wrong logo for engraving. I emailed to ask if I could change the logo. Which they quickly responded asking me to send the correct logo over, not only did they go the extra mile put my order on hold until the correct logo was sent through. The correct logo was the wrong format and they converted it for me saving me time and hassle. 10/10 all round brilliant service!

Ordered 2 personalised frames from them and they arrived promptly. Unfortunately 1 of the frames engraving wasn’t clear in the middle, I emailed them and they replied first thing the next morning asking for a photo of the engraving. As soon as I sent that, they’ve emailed back saying a replacement will be dispatched to me the same day.

Mistakes happen but the customer service to handle it has been AMAZING! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow! The items I ordered were absolute perfection….. From choosing items to delivery Keep It Personal were super! I was overwhelmed with the glass and all it’s beautiful wrapping the nurse who it is for will love it! The 2 personalised keyrings I ordered are stunning and excellent quality perfect stocking fillers -my daughters are going to love them!
Will definitely be a regular customer and highly recommend Keep It Personal to anyone who is looking for that special personalised gift!

Excellent service, decent quality product and a good price. Delivery was impressively fast.
The only thing spoiling it was charging extra to have the glass in a box which felt like a bit of unnecessary and opportunistic upselling for something that should have been included, but not enough to detract from an overall 5* rating.

Just recieved my order and am blown away by the quality and wrapping, will certainly be using this company again and will tell all my friends to do so ,excellent.

This is the second time I have ordered a product from this amazing company, I made a mistake with my order and a lovely lady emailed me said that I had duplicated my order, was it two a needed. She sorted the order out for me and the order was there two days later. My purchase is beautiful, my friend shed cries of happiness when I gave it to him. My daughter loved the mug I designed for her and it was delivered so quickly to the promised timescale. A really nice idea for her just moved into uni digs and a good price. I snuck in a lovely little hug token too, she loved them both.
