I dont recommend them as a food delivery company as they always delay in delivering the food more than 1 hour from the expected, dont deal with them for health purposes
Terrible customer service and support…
Terrible customer service and support system. Avoid. They can be cheaper at times, especially with promos - but if you ever have an issue their support is terrible. I’ve ordered from them three times, TWO of those times there were issues with missing items and ruinined food - they refused to give refund, offering a token 15% voucher as an apology. Absolute joke - stay with the reliable firms.

Extremely disappointed with Keeta. I received spoiled food from Pasta Amore restaurant on their platform —the pasta smelled sour and was clearly unsafe to eat. Instead of taking responsibility and providing a fair resolution, I was told there was no refund. A food delivery platform should stand behind the safety and quality of the food sold through its service. Customers should not have to pay for food that is spoiled and potentially harmful. I expected much better customer support and a customer-first approach. Until Keeta introduces a fair refund policy for cases involving unsafe food, I cannot recommend using this platform.

Ordered from Keeta and there was one missing Item and released it when I received the order itself ,the rider had no option to raise the issue .
When I raised the issue ,the customer support needed the product receipt and when gave the summary what's on the app (where could have checked ) and then asked for pictures ,how will have a picture of non delivered product.
These can happen but the service provider has to have solution ,I had similar issues with Talabat but they checked and the funds were reversed .
Will not recommend the app to anyone.

It’s been almost 3 hours and I still haven’t received my order. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I’m literally starving here waiting for food that should’ve arrived hours ago
Worst delivery and customer support experience
I faced issued twice back to back and so I deleted my account and provided the feedback. 1st instance - The delivery was cold and reached me after 90 mins (delayed by 45 mins). 2nd instance - The delivery guy was struggling to find the address and delivered it delayed by 30 mins. Shocking part was he reached my home and showed me the order bag asking me - Do u want this ? Why did you not share location on whats app ? As if i was begging for the order.
The customer support was unmoved by this and gave a standard robotic reply.

Worst experience ever. One item was missing in my order and when I reached out for support they first asked me to send a picture if the item. I mean seriously how can someone send picture of missing item and then when i send the picture of items that i received they said you must have eaten the item

Missing Items Ignored by Support
Absolutely unacceptable experience with Keeta. An item was missing from my order and when I contacted customer service they refused to take any responsibility even though the food had already been eaten by the time we realized the issue.
Instead of doing the bare minimum like checking with the restaurant they dismissed the complaint and told me to keep evidence next time. That is not how a serious company operates.
This shows a complete lack of accountability poor customer service and zero effort to resolve legitimate issues. Customers are expected to prove everything while Keeta does nothing to investigate or support them.
I will not be using this service again and I strongly advise others to be careful. If something goes wrong do not expect any real help.

This is honestly one of the worst applications I’ve ever used. There are constant issues with orders, delays, and overall poor service. What’s even more frustrating is that their only solution every single time is offering a 5 AED or 10 AED voucher, which is barely even a fraction of what I actually paid.
It feels like they’re just throwing small vouchers at customers instead of fixing real problems. I’ve faced multiple issues, and every time I get the exact same scripted response with no real resolution.
There’s no proper way to contact a real person, and customer support is completely ineffective—they just repeat the same lines over and over again.
Overall, it’s a complete waste of time. I’ve made the right decision by deleting my account and I definitely won’t be using this application again.

I saved my card on the Keeta app and ordered from it a few times. The day before yesterday, I woke up to find 4 orders charged to my card that I never made. I contacted customer service 3 times since then, and every time they say management will call me, but no one ever does. Honestly, please remove your cards and avoid using this app.
