Where do I even begin with this disaster of a delivery service?
Chronically Late Deliveries: This isn't a one-time issue â it's a pattern. Last week I had to physically drive to the restaurant myself to collect my food after waiting over an hour with zero delivery. This week? Same story, different humiliation.
Rider Left My Food Unattended â Or Worse: The rider showed up to my showroom (AGMC Mini Showroom, Al Waha St., SZR) while it was temporarily closed, and instead of doing the bare minimum â calling, waiting, or returning the food â he dumped it somewhere and marked the order as delivered. My food was either left to rot on the street or eaten. There is no other explanation.
Customer Service Actively Protected the Rider: When I contacted Keeta's support agent "Eslam," he openly admitted the rider left the food in a random location â and then explained that the rider did it to avoid being penalized. So Keeta's system is designed to protect negligent riders at the customer's expense. I paid for food I never received, and the company's own support confirmed why.
Zero Accountability, Zero Resolution: No refund offered. No genuine escalation. Just hollow apologies and the complaint being "forwarded to the riders team" â which we all know means absolutely nothing.
Bottom Line: Keeta takes your money, lets riders abandon your food wherever they please, and then has customer service agents explain to you why that's actually your problem. If you want your food delivered on time, hot, and actually to you â use literally any other service. Keeta is a complete waste of money and time. ð«

I ordered food from one hydrabadi restaurant unfortunately it was not available so I cancelled the order and requested to refund my money back intoy credit card.Customer sales representative said we can't refund in cc but we can in keeta app wallet I said no issues please refund.1 month every week m following up with different different representative it reflects
status refunded successful but if you check in your wallet money is not available.At last I got fed up and left the 42 aed I spent to order food from keeta .

Worst delivery ever
Worst delivery ever. We received the food after 1 hour of receiving it from the restaurant. It was cold and smelly. They didnt bother to refund or do anything althought they promised to do that. Horrible disgusting behavior and false promises. On top of that the driver was lying to us, and we could see him roaming around in his motorcycle thru the live tracking service and not delivering the order. Talabat, deliveroo and smiles never did that at all.

We had worst experience today with Keeta Bahrain. Half of the items were missing from my order and they refused to refund money as well. This was my first and last time ordering from them. I had ask to speak to the manager but they didnât respond to my request.

The customer service's English is worse than I expected. I was checking an item and was about to apply a coupon, and I didnât even touch anything â the order got placed automatically. LIKE BRUH WHAT?
My bad luck was that my card was already saved, so the payment went through without any confirmation code.
Then I contacted customer service and asked to cancel. The service agent said they would contact the restaurant for cancellation, and almost immediately said the restaurant refused to cancel. Like⊠that fast? When did restaurants start refusing instant cancellations like that?
The message was written in very poor English, and honestly it just made the whole thing feel unprofessional.
It was 28 SAR for one shawarma? An average shawarma for 28 SAR? And they didnât let me cancel the order or get my money back. What even is this?

Keeta food delivery app here in Saudi misleads customers by offering fake really tempting discount vouchers worth 100s$ if you get them new customers thru their so called referral program and when you get them what they want and the new customer process thier first order both parties will be awarded by valuable discount vouchers and one gets talked into this kind of malpractice as it seems simple and with things working out initially till the voucher entitlement is done you're so far satisfied but the crooked, misleading and unprofessional on another level shady side of theirs beings to unfold when the customer who got them the new client tries to make use of one of these vouchers in his food or grocery order no matter what one does making sure their parameters and slas are met and inline with all the stated terms and conditions a message pops up with utter nonsense which absolutely makes no sense stating the discount can't be processed in this order and will show you super exaggerated price of the order you just made way over the initial price of a certain meal or grocery product that you are trying to buy of of their app...
Cherry on top of the cake unveils it self when you try to reach out to the help desk executives, you would be totally bamboozled to realize that they are not even replying you on the subject matter at hands just random gibberish which clearly indicates they have got no ideas on why this app behaves in such a way and the customer is suffering due to this, in the end automated message pops up your issue has been escalated and will be resolved soon (in another life time that is, today is day 4 on complaints but no resolution so far), just watch out y'all don't let these crooks scam you in this manner just for the sake of new client acquisition.
