Poor service. Not given any clear information or paperwork without chasing for it. Was told car was serviced prior to collection and only evidence is a made up word document with a tick list, that took over a month to supply. Responded to complaint with incorrect information. Do your research before purchasing from here.

Absolutely no idea and no interest in…
Absolutely no idea and no interest in carrying out warranty repairs. Kia Sportage 2022 petrol, is not fit for purpose, this was confirmed by Kia customer services as the vehicle is incapable of completing short journeys, this was not explained to us during purchase from Ben or any other, well not until we had parted company from our earnings. So along with other owners we have been scammed by an unscrupulous dealership and manufacturer. If you want/forced to have the PPF regeneration, it will cost you £149 + VAT and it doesn’t last two minutes, what an absolute pile of scrap. Customer Service at Kia/Ford, Keighley, West Yorkshire is garbage. My advice is take your Kia for repair or purchase your vehicle from Kia, Bradford.

Simply Brilliant
Keighley Kia went over and beyond what would be expected after a terrible experience at Lloyds Kia Morecambe. We had a repair under the warranty & then asked for it to be serviced as we were so impressed with the garage. This meant we did not have to take our car back to Morecambe. Simon was brilliant to deal with & we had the same service from all other staff members we encountered at this branch. Everything was actioned promptly & we were given updates as progress made. Thank you to all at Keighley.
Do not use Kia Keighley if you can…
Do not use Kia Keighley if you can avoid. Booked in for recall only to be told that they can order the part which has lead me to rebook. If it's a recall don't Kia know what the recall is for therefore the one visit!! Why the 2nd visit needed. They're a joke. Avoid if you want to avoid inconvenience ie days off work etc.
Booked Ford transit in for service
Booked Ford transit in for service. Collected van to be told no issues and all checked. Then to find out it had no coolant in, back break light was not working and battery fault on dashboard. As already paid they arnt interested and promising me a manager will call me back but havnt.
Extremely poor customer service once the deal has been closed
Having just spent nearly £25k on a 2nd hand car, I find it unbelievably disappointing that I’m left with a car that still has relatively significant scratching. Some of the stone chippings have been repaired, but there remains a 2-3 inch scratch and other smaller scratches around the front and rear passenger doors. These had been ’buffed’ when I picked the car up so as to make them less visible in order to get the car off of the forecourt, I’m sure.
The salesman said it’s a 4 year old car, which it clearly is, but it’s an almost £25k 4 year old car, so I would have expected any blemishes to be made right. This has left an extremely bad taste in the mouth and clouded completely my judgement of the overall experience of dealing with Mazda Keighley, which I’ll certainly never be doing again.
Excellent Understanding and Service.
We ordered a new Kia Niro from Keighley Kia and paid a £250.00 deposit. Unfortunately due to a change in our circumstances we had to cancel the order. James Hargrave arranged for the return of our deposit and we received it the same day. Excellent understanding and service. If our circumstances change we would use Keighley Kia again.
KIA KEIGHLEY AVOIDT…
They came to pick my car up at 9 am for service and urgent parts to be replaced/ according to their email. No courtesy car was available so I cancelled an appointment. Car was returned at $pm with no service or parts replaced??? hardly any petrol and no excuse or apology...? weeks later they try again. No courtesy car PS Im disabled) It came back at 4pm this time service and parts were done yet again no paperwork? Plus added bonus of a SCRATCH BUff all down front of passenger front end of car??? No apologies advisor sat on my wall and shrugged. No one will take responsibility for this. PS no courtesy clean as most garages do as norm. AVOID I was treated like dirt...
Complicated sale handled well by Ben
Ben Spencer looked after me very well right through the process from booking viewing, test driving and eventually preparing the new (previously used) car for collection. Ben insisted that a minor but complex issue with the door handle be completely corrected before completing the sale. It took a lot of effort from him to get it sorted, but all was good on collection, and having had the car for a few weeks now I am very satisfied. Communication was excellent throughout. Thanks Ben!

Very happy with the service we received from Ben Spencer at Keighley Kia. All our questions were fully answered and we took plenty of time to familiarise ourselves with the new car as this was the first automatic my wife had driven. There was no high pressure sales techniques and the whole process was handled in a professional and friendly manner.
Brilliant service.
Brian Spencer sorted out out all paper work and had the car ready for me ahead of the original date. This is the first car that I have owned and tbh the paper work and sorting out tax is something I could do without. I am over the moon with the service that I have experienced. Thanks again Brian. The staff at the showroom made my experience with Keighley Kia & Mazda relaxed, easy and enjoyable. They had a good choice of cars, as well as ways to purchase, warranty packages and insurances. There were no high pressure sales tactics the staff simply explained the difference products and allowed me to decide what I wanted within my budget. I would definitely be a return customer when I am ready to change my car again.
