After my existing lease car supplier let me down on the availability of my new car, Key2lease stepped in. Thomas was absolutely superb, sourcing exactly the car I wanted on a very good deal. I will always be grateful to them for bailing me out, and couldn't recommend them highly enough. Extremely professional and reliable service....thank you!

Good service, would recommend

Thomas was very helpful and professional through out the process.

Outstanding service from Thomas throughout, who communicated exceptionally with updates from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and it was a very easy process. I would definitely recommend his excellent service.

Outstanding service from Sales Manager Thomas Thacker. Very competitive price for BMW 118 M Sport, smooth application process and prompt delivery. Can’t recommend highly enough! Thanks Tom, it’s been a pleasure dealing with you!

Outstanding service throughout. Our car was a little delayed on the manufacturers side, communications were great.

Thomas was superb in going through all different car options. Once the car was ordered I was kept informed as to the status of the delivery. 100% recommend Key2Lease. Thanks!

100% Would defiantly recommend

Staff could do any more to help. Exceptional

Thomas was great he’d initially helped me a year ago when I wasn’t ready to make a decision. I’d been looking for a few months and really struggled to find a bmw in stock. I enquired on one with Thomas and within 3 weeks I had my car. The process was smooth and simple. Absolutely love the car thanks for your help Thomas!

Honestly the best experience I have had in leasing a vehicle. Nothing was too much trouble and I received constant updates. There was some uncertainty at one point with lead times from BMW but Tom kept me up to speed with the changing lead times. Both myself and my husband will definitely use Key2Lease when we are due to change again

Excellent correspondence throughout, thank you to Thomas and Graham for making the experience so easy and keeping us informed throughout the whole process, would recommend anybody looking for new vehicle to get in touch with them . Thank you once again

Thomas has been communicative throughout, from initial enquiry through to delivery.

Tom and the team have smashed it again!

This is the third car I've had from Key2lease and as always the service is nothing short of exceptional.

Tom managed to find the car I wanted (after exploring lots of other options at my request) in a very challenging market and held my hand all the way through the process, even supporting me with handing back my previous vehicle to the finance company.

Nothing is ever too much hassle for the team at Key2lease, I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

From beginning to end the whole process was simple, helpful and informative. Thomas was very knowledgable and helped answer the many questions that I had in relation to purchasing my first electric vehicle.

Great service and a great deal fromthese guys, Tom was very helpful with the lease and getting me the right car which I took delivery of yesterday.

All the guys I spoke too were very helpful every time I rang.

Key2lease have been a pleasure to deal with - Jamie was always happy to help and responded quickly to calls and emails. They have been completely straightforward throughout the process from quote to order to delivery, with no hidden charges and no nasty surprises.

The car was delivered this morning by a pleasant and helpful chap, and it looks great. Would happily use them again.

Great honest reliable service. Jamie is very efficient at answering any queries. Great service. Highly recommend

I contacted Jamie at Key2lease after being recommended by a friend.

I am new to leasing and not really a ‘car person’ but had an idea of what I wanted. Jamie helped me decide on the best car for me and has been on hand from day 1 to answer any questions that I’ve had.

Car arrived earlier than expected which was a bonus, and hasn’t disappointed, I love it!

Thanks again for all your help, I won’t hesitate to recommend and will see you again in 3 years!
