My first time taking out finance on a car and sam talked me through every step and made me feel very comfortable with the decisions I made.no pushy tactics just a good communicator gave me all information to make my own mind up

Buying a used car was a big financial commitment for us so we were naturally very anxious about spending so much money. From the moment we arrived at Keywise Car Sales, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly, and understanding. The manager, in particular, was exceptional, taking the time to answer all of our questions, reassure us, and make us feel completely comfortable with our decision. We’re absolutely delighted with the vehicle we purchased. For extra peace of mind, we also chose to take out an extended warranty, and throughout the whole process the team made sure we felt confident and well looked after. The manager even carried out a few extra jobs on the car before we collected it, which really showed his commitment to customer satisfaction and really helped us feel even more secure about our purchase. What started as a very nerve wracking experience turned into a genuinely positive one thanks to the professionalism and excellent customer service at Keywise Car Sales. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car and a dealership that truly cares about its customers.

Put the wife car on an online auction , got a bid from Keywise Cars Ltd which we accepted ; happy happy car sold ; then we wait and wait and wait and wait and no contact whatsoever regarding collection .Tried ringing can get sales ever so easily but the buyer is never available ; not only to us but to the auction company .So if you think you have sold to them you may not have after all .

Pleasant chap came, short drive to check car, inspection of car and paperwork reviewed, original bid price was agreed. Bank transfer happened straight away. Car taken away on a truck. Found the car I needed , had a test drive and then picked the car up sooner than I had planned , it was serviced and ready at short notice !
