Great Service from start to finish, they even ordered & fitted a roof rack for me which I needed for work.
Also, very prompt with replying to any questions I had, either by e-mails or phone calls.
I also traded in my old car with them & they matched the price I was quoted by 'we buy any car' which was great.
I totally recommend Keywise Cars.

Professional, friendly, and trustworthy. You can tell it's a family business. Nice dealing with them.

They dont honor reservations. You call and they dont answer the phone. Horrible customer service and they will try to delay your refund. STAY AWAY!!!

Avoid at all costs.

Sold us a car engine blew up in under 6 months, not covered on warranty, think they are bigger then the consumer rights act. Complaint has been logged, looks like it will end up in court as they won't agree to sort out the repair. After speaking to multiple people this garage is known for selling dogey cars, proper cowboys. Avoid if you want a reliable motor.

Purchased a Fiat 500 from keywise 3 months ago and have never had any problems, overall a good experience and professional throughout the whole process. Would definitely use keywise again.

I bought an astra gtc from keywise about 5 years ago with a 3 month warranty. The car developed a turbo issue, obviously annoying but keywise and especially there head mechanic jerry had it sorted within the day, ive now put 50k on the clock and have no issues at all with the service or the aftercare

My daughter purchased a car from Keywise. It was important she had a car that was reliable as she has lots of hospital appointments with her two daughters.
After three months she experienced a problem with getting the car into gear. The fault was intermittent and was still drivable.
Phoned Keywise and they booked it in and replaced clutch and slave cylinder and both lower front arms.
Would highly recommend if you want a reliable car and good after sales service.

Absolutely first class service, especially from Kyle. I bought the car from eBay without seeing it. It was 15 years old and my expectations were realistic, but when it arrived I was thrilled with it, better than I expected. It had a bit of a funny noise which was the auxiliary belt, and a leak from the boot, but the car was collected, sorted, and returned to me. They also found a problem with the air con that I hadn’t noticed and was also sorted (used parts given to me for transparency). Highly recommended, when I change this car I’ll definitely go back to Keywise. Big thanks, especially to Kyle.

My overall experience with this garage was great to begin with until I had to deal with Brett in customer care. It feels harsh to give a one star review based on one individual however the service he's provided has been truly terrible. I purchased a van from Keywise and broke down the first day driving the vehicle home. I've now had to take the vehicle to two separate garages on five separate occasions all within the first 6 months of having it. My only request was for someone to collect the vehicle and fix it which Brett declined. You certainly should not have someone in customer care who doesn't care to help nor listen. I've had to repeat myself multiple times, correct how he's recalled conversations and pretty much been called a liar. Having said that I would like to say Kyle in management was easy to deal with and had the van collected within a few days. Good luck to anyone who deals with Brett as he has set extremely poor standards and unfortunately I believe he's the only person within that department. I'm not one to complain but this was enough for me to avoid this garage in the future unless someone else takes his position in the care department.

Visited with my son. Josh gave us as many keys as we wanted and left us to look at the cars on our own. We saw a car arrive that I liked and I enquired about it. Even though it had just arrived, they brought it out for me to look at. I came back the next day with my husband and we bought that very car. Very relaxed sales. It was nice to feel that I wasn't being pressured, especially as a woman looking on my own - other places I visited made me feel like I should commit to buying there and then.

Just purchased a Mk1 Nissan note, no 'pushy' sales tactics just shown the vehicles and allowed to examine.
Having decided to buy and having examined the MOT reports, on line. noted advisory re front discs and pads.
Perfectly legal and not their responsibility but when I raised the issue the offered to fit new discs and pads in the purchase cost.
Collected this morning all documentation ready, at request taxed for us.
Seems to be a great little car and delighted with the service. Highly recommended in our dealings.

Aaron dealt with my needs professionally, cheerfully and respectfully. The process of trading in and purchasing a replacement was easy and friendly with no hard sell at all and no haggling over trade-in price. The paperwork was explained simply and comprehensively and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. The replacement car had half a tank of fuel and whilst there was debris between the top of boot when opened, and vehicle, this was due to it being parked under a tree, and was easily removed with an oily rag. To date I have only done about 30 miles in the car, so this review is very early, but I have every confidence in Keywise garage and from my perspective would recommend others to go there with an open mind and a smile. Had an issue with the car last week and dealt with the mechanics side and again, excellent experience. No drama, friendly service and all sorted promptly.

If I could leave no stars I would. All of this is true please don’t believe what they respond, so I purchased a Hyundai i40 from them around 10days ago for £12,290 . As people advise I took a mechanic with me my son who is also a mot tester. He also test drove the car and looked it over. We pointed out the problems ie there was 3 times the amount of oil in the engine that there should have been, a noise coming from the left hand side of engine a new windscreen and a mot.
We paid a deposit whilst all this was done. Picked up the car a week later. I was going to do a long journey a couple of days later so son said I will take it to work to make sure all ok . Put the car on a ramp and it still had 3 times the amount of oil in the engine, noise had stopped but the brakes pads and disks are so worn and should have at least been an advisory on the mot but weren’t. I phoned the garage that day (so day after bringing it home) he said not our problem you need to speak to service centre. Who are part of keywise. They promised new brakes and disks but would need to be done after journey. Took car in very rude Brett in service centre first of all didn’t know who I was ! Car was booked in . Then went to get a courtesy car for us ! Then back into service centre speaking to a mechanic then off to sales ! All in all around 20 minutes I was left outside. He the said not a problem I have the brakes and disks all ready here will be ready tomorrow.
Well they haven’t replaced the brakes as they say nothing wrong with them. Even though when I sent pictures he said oh that’s not good!
This car was motd the day I picked it up no advisory oh but they did offer to replace the brakes and disks free of labour I just had to pay for parts!! I would not trust them
So after paying £12,290 for the car I am going to have to replace the brakes! They have been reported for the mot

I wanted to buy a car from this garage that I found on ebay. Spoke on the phone and the car was still available. Drove all the way from Swansea to Exeter. One of the guys, A, told my that the car is waiting for me and if I want I can check the car. As I was very tired after I was driving, I said" no, I am trusting you". BIG mistake. I didn't know on the site were two cars same brand, same model, same colour. What I have choosed was bit expensive than the one he shown to me and I have bought. I didn't noticed at that time as the cars were almost identical and I didn't know on the site are two almost identical cars. On purchesed day, the seller assured me that the extended warranty is included in car price. When I got home and I checked the car screen shot I took before going to buy I noticed that the car has different registration number. Called the seller and explained that he sold to me adiffereent car, he ansered that what i have bought is cheaper than the one what I wanted. On my financial contract the car price was slightly higher than the one I wanted. The seller explained that on top of the car price is the extended warranty. On ebay advert said that the car has rear parking sensor. The one what he sell to me has no rear parking sensors. Just three of the heating fillaments on the rear window are working.
No appologise, no nothing. I wanted to give the car back, but A. said that the car was paid already to them by the broker. Apart of the money what they put on my contract as extended warranty. Still waiting for it.
So the car I have seen was £8790 they gave me the one at £8490 and on my financial contract the car price is £8839.
I am wonder why they gave me a cheaper car instead the one what I wanted?
The financial contract it was sent to be signed on my email. So I couldn't see all the details, but A. was very careful to show me where to sign.
After all my experience with them, its show me that they wanted to get rid of that car and I was the stupid one for trusting them.
Never mind they have offered £1200 on the phone for my old car and in fact I have received just £700.

UPDATE-Shame is not a repley option. I did not opted for an extention waranty. I have been told that is included on price. On the site were to very similar cars. Same brand, same model, same colour. The car price was not shown in the window and I haven't check as I didn't know there are two quite similar cars. About my car price you should check my car hystory before you give the offer.
