The online shop as well as delivery process is smooth efficient and customizable. However the bed (veera) was not great for following reasons
1. The top bed is 195 cm long. Does not fit standard mattress though advertised.
2. Poor design, keeps wobbling, not too much but certainly noticeable.

The customer service was great. Mark Moore responded to my queries promptly. I had to delay the delivery by two weeks as I was about to go on holiday. My delivery date was rescheduled. Moreover, the bed is very sturdy.

We are very happy with the bed, which seems solid and well made. Very speedy delivery and helpful contact from a real person to select the delivery day.

My experience with Kidsbedsonline has been great and so refreshing because you rarely receive service a third of what we experienced anymore.

Prior to the order all my questions regarding our purchase were answered and I was given advice.

We ordered the bed and arranging a delivery and assembly was easy. We were emailed with an option very soon after our order.

A week prior to delivery I was emailed again to confirm the delivery and to confirm the space required for delivery.

On the day of the delivery I received a text message from the drivers informing me that they were 20mins away.

The bed is fantastic, our son loves it. It was put together well. Overall we are genuinely happy.

Had delivery of bunk beds and couldn't fault the delivery service. I was ready to help to unload but it wasn't necessary. The 4 packages were delivered in perfect condition and the bonus was the night light which I didn't expect, overall happy with the service and would recommend to others.

Great bed, really solid and good quality. Easy to arrange delivery, and we paid for the assembly service which was worth every penny - took them just over an hour to build a high sleeper with desk and sofa underneath and took the rubbish with them. Highly recommend.

Delivery was easy to arrange, very happy with the quality of the loop midsleeper bed. Daughter says its so comfy she didnt want to get out of it this morning, has really maximised the space in her small room.

I bought a midsleeper bed for my daughter. The quality is poor with many of the visable surfaces scuffed, marked or chipped. Contacted Kids Beds Online who agreed to send out replacement parts, however, not all the requested parts were sent and they are now ignoring my emails. Clear breach of Consumer Rights Act - my advice would be to go with another retailer!

The delivery was faster than expected and communication was great giving us a time slot and a call beforehand. There were 4 very heavy boxes that the drivers placed where we wanted. The bed itself took 2 people to assemble and looks amazing now it is finished.
