From the day I was shown around the premises to today I have always felt safe and comfortable with kids planets staff. The care they have given to my children has been exceptional. I have never once had any worries about leaving either child. Words cannot express how grateful I am knowing that they are cared for in the best possible way when not im not able to be with them. Each staff member deserves a special mention because they fantastic. All staff - babies,toddlers and preschool work so hard to create a happy creative environment. A special thank you to Hannah and Emma a dream duo.

Our child loves coming here and always has a great day. The staff are friendly, caring and really good with the kids. Communication is spot on — we always know what’s going on and get regular updates. The nursery is clean, well-run and has a nice atmosphere. Couldn’t ask for more, really happy with it.

So happy with our experience so far with kids planet anchorsholme. Our son currently attends and our baby will also be attending. The managers and room staff are very friendly and approachable and always available to ask questions and discuss child’s development and progress. Would recommend to other parents for their children.

Fantastic nursery, always keep you up to date with how your child is throughout the day and pictures via the app which is great. Lovely staff

Kids planet day nursery’s Ashbourne house are such a wonderful nursery. Both my girls (3 & 18 months) go here and absolutely love it. From the food to the facilities, they have a ball every day!
Most of all, they absolutely adore the staff, their ‘Auntie’ are like family and are all so friendly, kind, helpful and patient.
Highly recommended!

We had visits at many nursery’s that looked immaculate and perfect in every way. Unbelievably clean toys, children and staff. Then we came to visit Kids Planet. No the toys weren’t immaculate, the rooms weren’t perfect, the staff were involved in everything the children were doing! This was the selling point for us, what nursery would have toys that aren’t played with. Staff that look perfect and immaculate and every surface clean and untouched.
We now have three children at Kids Planet Waterfront and all of them love it. Not once have they ever cried to stay with us and come to think of it, unless it’s first day for new children I’ve never seen any other child upset to go to nursery here. My own children don’t want to leave a lot of the time they love it so much.
There is no end of credit to give all the staff here, Beth, Embeth, Holly, Lydia, Meg, Maddi, Emily, Kuly, Emma and Hannah! They love what they do and love our three children. In return our children love them too.
All of our children have common leaps and bounds, the time spent on early education is brilliant and we are always amazed at how much our three babies have learnt.
The indoor and outdoor play areas are brilliant and all of our kids love being outside, thanks to kids planets play outside in all weathers policy (as long as it’s safe and your children are happy too)
I recommend Kids Planet Water Front with anyone’s children! They treat them like their own and build such brilliant bonds with our children and is parents it’s like a second home for them.

The whole team at our sons Nursery have been fantastic, very supportive and nurturing - our son has come on leaps and bounds since attending and we can't thank everyone enough. The whole team in his room are so fantastic and we are so thankful for their care.

The staff at Ashbourne House are all so lovely and great with the children! Such a lovely environment for all children to learn and develop their milestone's. The management are always so helpful and understanding.

My child has been at kidsplanet bromley since 9 months, she is now in the pre school room.My child loves to come nursery every day and has come on so much.The staff are fantastic and always go above and beyond.Nothing is ever to much.Would highly recommend this nursery.

The staff and management at Kid Planet Ashbourne house are kind, caring, nurturing and supportive. I am so pleased with my child’s development during her time at the nursery so far.
My little one has been fully supported in all areas of development as well as being encouraged with daily routines and meal times which can be really difficult.
I love the way the nursery use lose parts to inspire the children’s play and encourage creativity through open- ended opportunities. I feel the nursery have excellent parent/carer communication and go above and beyond for the families that attend the setting.

My son is new to the nursery, he gets upset as I leave him but he is well looked after, cuddled and entertained to make sure he stops the tears which then makes me feel better about leaving him. Staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make sure my son is happy and always reassure me how he is. Would recommend this nursery to friends and family!

My 2 grandchildren ages 2 and 1 yearold have been attending for few weeks now,super professional nursery,staff and facilities/organisation,5 stars from me,the children look forward to going.

Our daughter started at Bromley when she was 9 months old in baby room, she is 3 next month and is currently in toddlers room. Every single staff member is amazing with her and we have never had any issues since day one! Our daughter has learnt so much and absolutely adores to go and asks to go everyday. The staff are wonderful treating the children with so much kindness and care. They offer such a variety of activities for the children to do everyday which is brilliant and our daughter’s progression and knowledge has excelled with the help of the girls here. Would definitely recommend Bromley to anyone and we have already booked for our baby boy to go next year at the end of maternity leave as we know he will be in the safest and most caring hands! Team Bromley are the best!!

We viewed many nurseries before visiting kids planet Waterfront, but when we walked around this one it felt right. The staff were attentive to children when they're upset, there seemed to be a focus on education whilst at nursery which I liked and I particularly liked the board that showed the children in each group and what they like/are interested in. I thought it showed great evidence of providing Individualised care and play for each child. My daughter is super shy and even after 6 months at a previous nursery, she was shy around the workers and barely spoke whilst there. It's a completely different story now; even after only starting a few weeks ago she is waving goodbye to her friends and workers at the end of the day, telling me about her activities, plus even asking to go to nursery on her days off! I'm so glad we found you. Thank you for all that you do.

Our boy has only recently started at Kids Planet in Kidderminster, but the staff have been wonderful. They have been flexible and done everything they can to help him settle in and get used to the new environment. He is now starting to get his confidence and enjoying his time with his key worker. It’s only been a short time but you can see that the staff are there for the right reasons and look after the children really well. The Family app is really useful for reassurance and keeping us updated. Special mention to the manager Leanne, Mia, Sarah and the baby room team! - Thank you for being so kind and understanding and looking after our boy so well. We are looking forward to seeing him grow and learn at kids planet!

We love the nursery and the staff. However the finance side at head office is a nightmare. I don’t think we have ever had a bill that is correct. I also feel that there has been a lack of transparency with regards to costs and how the funding is used. We never get a break down of the bill unless we ask. I was told not many people ask for it but really think this should be done as standard procedure to improve communication and transparency.
