I canât give a minus star rating unfortunately. Purchased a case which isnât suitable. 2 returns labels that donât work, 2 courier collections arranged and no show constant calls to customer service who do answer and are helpful but 7 weeks in and still no refund and still got the bloody case sitting here. Iâm not giving up if thatâs what they are hoping. Next step will be me turning up to a store with the case and making a demand for a refund very loudly to ensure everyone in the shop knows how utterly appalling this company is. Lovely product shocking customer service.
terrible warrantee service
I purchase my 1st product on their website however the luggage damage before the trip, I did called customer services but as my flight was the day before the advice was to wait and claim the warantee and that's what I did however, I wait 2 month from the moment I sent the luggage bag... I did called in couple times as was ridiculous to wait all that time and the answer was that the luggage need to get to Germany for be able to send me a replacement in case the luggage can not be repair .. now after 2 month waiting they just game me a refund no email or call telling me the reasons . I did send and email but not answer .. very disappointed but the annoying part is that when you called the Kipling service number and select the option WARRANTEE they can't help you couse they have no access to the information ad I know because during the 2 month waiting I called couple times

I have had no problems with buying Kipling bags on line, and have never had any reason to return anything, so can't comment on that aspect.
One sad thing though. The actual Kipling shops in Westfield Stratford and Regent Street in London have closed. You now have to go on line to independent traders to buy, or from QVC. Mind you, QVC are most excellent at customer service, so I would recommend go there.
Anyway, I have so many now, that I don't need to buy any more bags, Kipling or otherwise.

Today I have received yet another email for the same request. This will the fourth time I have sent Kipling the disclaimer form they requested to get my refund for two handbags not received from their delivery service Yodel.
Please confirm when you will be refunding me?
I will not be purchasing anything from Kipling again or using Yodel their delivery service. The hours I have wasted trying to get my refund is staggering. Donât waste your valuable time avoid both of these companies.
Use Royal Mail
Why is paid postage so slow? £4 would cover a Royal mail small parcel and get it delivered quickly unlike Yodel who are a poor delivery company. Come on Kipling, another company going down the pan?

Bought 2 bags, have been a loyal customer, tried to buy another but wouldnât let me add to my basket, price then went up by £8, called customer service, they gave some script about how canât do anything, you would have thought as a gesture of goodwill and considering bought so many bags they would have had the same attitude as likes of amazon customer services (who I actually love by the way). Not impressed!
PLEASE PUT THE KEY FOB BACK IN YOUR BAGS
Please put the key fob back in your bags. This is paramount for a womenâs safety that they are able to get their keys out of the bag quickly when approaching the door to unlock. I have also lost keys now that there is no longer the key fob in the bag.
Pathetic
I ordered a bag as a Christmas present on 4th December. The carrier notified me they had the parcel on the 9th December but there would be a delay in the delivery. I waited some time, couldn't get hold of the carrier so contacted kipling by phone on 14th, they rescheduled delivery for the 16th. No parcel. Emailed customer care, no reply. Phoned customer care, they would look into it. No parcel. Emailed customer care, no reply. Phoned on 5th January and had no satisfaction. The only way I could get the order was to accept a refund for a discount item, reorder the item at full price then contact customer care for a refund of the difference. What a load of faff. This is completely unacceptable. No apology offered or compensation for a missed Christmas present.

I ordered a bag
I ordered a bag, never arrived contacted their customer service and was never offered an option for refund! They just decided they just reship the item when I am no longer able to receive it. Fast forward to all the hassle of having my sister return it, i messaged them asking where my refund is and 2 weeks passed by and still no refund!
Update: 1 month passed, no clear answer, no refund made!
Awful service and quality
The Kipling customer service is totally incompetent. Is it becuase they have no training or the Kipling system is not 21st century I do not know. I order a bag, received confirmation but did not get a delivery confirmation email. Sent an email to there customer service that said that they had alot of orders so the bag will be sent just to be patience. Waited another week then called them, at which point they said tht they had a problem with their system. That my order had been cancelled as they could no longer see, that I would not be debited for it and to redo the order in express as they would refund me the express charges. The bag arrived and then after 4 days the initial order that was cancelled according to them arrived as well and I was debited twice. Then they said to return the order but their system provided the incorrect return delivery system so had to waste twice the amount of time calling them as you cannot modify a return once it is entered online and then again try to return it to the correct delivery system. This all took like 4 weeks since the initial order was placed. Then they did not refund the full amounts debited on my credit card nor provide any commercial gesture for the stress, phone calls, time wasted. Plus their bags are overpriced for the quality.

Varning, oseriöst företag! Trots att betalningen för min order registrerats hos PayPal och hos mitt kreditkortsföretag fick jag besked att min order cancellerats på grund av att betalningen inte gått igenom. I samma mail fick jag också besked om att jag skulle få summan återbetald (?!). Tre veckor senare har jag fortfarande inte sett röken av någon återbetalning, trots att kundservice bekrÀftade att pengarna återbetalats för två veckor sedan! Har lagt ett Àrende hos PayPal och vÀntar på att få tillbaka mina pengar.
Awful service
Awful service, shop elsewhere is my advice. They send out a lot of used bags, I got one with a black plastic tie around the strap, denting it so asked for a return. Two weeks ago I asked and Iâm still chasing up my returns label as I donât have a printer, their communication is awful. I think they hope people will give up saving them a refund, but I wonât, save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere. If I could give this company no stars, I would.
Just to warn you beware. Twice this has happened when Iâve ordered something, then total will be right, but when you checkout it adds what youâve previous looked at to the total, it doesnât inform you so now Iâve got to go through the painfully long wait of trying to get my money back. For a âglobalâ company they canât cancel orders and refund when other companyâs can. They have no interest in customer care. Iâm now in to my second week of waiting for a returns label. I could kick myself for using this company again but I swear, never again.

They lie and tell you an item you ordered is dispatched and SIX DAYS LATER it still hasn't been dispatched. They avoid answering your questions and lie to you time after time and avoid answering you constantly making up excuses. I have now started a paypal claim to get my money back.

I have always loved Kipling bags because they are so sturdy. One of the bags stopped working because the zipper broke. I threw it out and later bought another. If it happens again, do I have an alternative?

AVOID - Phoned the contact centre at 10.30am uk time today and spoke to âPhilipâ - the worst customer experience EVER - gave me 4 Different answers to one really simple question - I placed an order on 3rd June and my tracking information has still not updated!
