Marque à éviter! Je suis déçue de cette marque qui ne répond pas aux sollicitations même quand on envoie le sac au service SAV pour examen et remboursement. Pas sérieux, lamentable! En juillet 2024 j'ai acheté le sac et l'ai renvoyé en sept 2025 pour leur montrer dans quel état il était et depuis silence radio malgré mes relances

Très déçu de cette marque, après 8 mois porté par ma fille en 6eme le zip de la fermeture éclair a craqué et japprends que la garantie du zip est seulement de 2 ans mais le sac avait un peu plus de 2 ans car c'était un cadeau cependant sur le site il est bien indiqué les cas garantie 30 ans et pour ceux garantie 2 ans ils mettent pas la durée en temps soit "2 ans" mais utilise le mot garantie "legal". Enfin bref la garantie de 30 ans est une arnaque

Comme l'ont précisé plusieurs personnes, la garantie 30 ans n'existe quasiment plus. Presque tout passe à 2 ans. La marque Eastpak ne tient pas ses engagements.
Les fermetures éclairs ne sont plus réparées sauf dans des cas très précis. Le SAV se retranche derrière des conditions de garantie qui ont changé et bien sûr, les clients n'ont jamais été avertis de ces changements. La marque continue de surfer sur cette garantie.

Een bestelling voor 2 rugzakken gedaan voor 204 euro. Deze bestelling was mislukt maar toch is ons geld van de rekening gegaan. Verschillende keren de klantendienst gecontacteerd zowel telefonisch als per mail met het bewijs dat het geld van onze rekening is gegaan. Er is nooit actie ondernomen dus ons geld zijn we kwijt.
KOOP NOOIT OP DE SITE VAN EASTPAK mensen want het zijn GROTE OPLICHTERS!!!!!!

Pessima esperienza

Dans ma jeunesse, notre sac eastpack nous suivait pour nos années collèges et lycée mais aujourd’hui ce n’est plus le cas!
2 sacs achetés pour mon fils pour le collège, le 1er à tenu un an et le 2ème 1 an 1/2.
Les coutures lâchent et la fermeture centrale aussi.
Le SAV, une plateforme peut être à l’étranger, nous répond des phrases toutes faites et nous invite à renvoyer le formulaire de réparation (que l’on peut trouver directement sur le site donc aucune utilité) avec le sac à une adresse en Pologne ! 22€ le colissimo pour envoyer les 2 sacs sans certitude qu’il y aura un retour … on est bien loin de la qualité que j’ai connue, au revoir Eastpack notre histoire est belle et bien finie !

Expérience très décevante avec le service après-vente d’Eastpak.

La marque met en avant une garantie de 30 ans comme argument de qualité et de durabilité, mais son application réelle semble aujourd’hui très limitée.

J’ai envoyé un sac âgé de 10 ans en Pologne pour prise en charge. Les bretelles ont été acceptées sous garantie, mais la toile décousue a été refusée, qualifiée de “trou” puis de “déchirure”, alors qu’il s’agit clairement d’un défaut de couture.

À noter également que la solution de réparation proposée consistait simplement en une couture avec un fil noir sur un sac de couleur plutôt claire, ce qui aurait donné un rendu peu cohérent visuellement. J'ai préféré décliné la réparation proposée au prix de 24€.

Au final, la garantie est appliquée de manière restrictive, donnant le sentiment qu’elle ne correspond plus à la promesse des 30 ans annoncés.

On peut aujourd’hui considérer qu’elle se limite en pratique à la garantie légale de 2 ans.

Je confirme les autres avis : la marque semble revenir progressivement sur ses engagements. À prendre en compte avant achat.

Placed an order 8 days ago, it still hasn't shipped despite a shipping label being created 5 days ago. Tried to contact customer services to ask where it is and got no response. I've now tried to cancel the order and got an automated response saying it can't be cancelled or changed outside the 30 minute window and if I no longer want it I have to return it once it's delivered. Completely useless company avoid at all costs. I have had Eastpak products before which I have been happy with but I won't be buying any more Eastpak products.

Il materiale è scadente e cucito male: un mediocre prodotto usa e getta. Zaini per studenti, borse e borselli: all'interno appiccicano e si sbriciolano sporcando il telefono, il telecomando auto, il portafoglio in pelle, il flacone collirio etc. Un consiglio d'amico, non comprateli!

I purchased 2 of the TRANSIT'R 4 L BLACK in mid December 2025. After I received the shipment I decided to return one of the items as the luggage felt too small. I was issued a shipping label.i sent the item the second day I received it. But the item never reach eastpack wearhouse. I sent an email to let them know, ( I couldn’t talk to USPS directly because the label was issued by eastpak) that was on the 21st of December. They answered that due to high volume they would get back to me later. I haven’t heard from them since. I emailed several times, they didn’t even bother to reply to my email.
Worst custom service ever. Never again.

Die Qualität ist nicht so gut. Die Materialien sind schnell verblasst und verschlissen. Die 30 Jährige Garantie existiert nicht. Mein Reißverschluss war nach kurzer Zeit bereits defekt. Es muss nach Polen geschickt werden. Super umständlich gemacht. Die wollen keine Kunden mehr. Ich kaufe in Zukunft keinen Eastpak mehr.

Commande passée il y a 1 mois. Annulée ce jour sans prévenir, sans explications. Je ne sais pas encore si le remboursement à été effectué. J'ai plusieurs articles de cette marque depuis 15 ans. Ma confiance en cette marque est maitenant terminée. Fuyez !

Half my order was cancelled without apology or explanation. We needed two cabin bags as ordered! Customer service are hopefully providing a full refund - let us hope it's quicker than the non arrival of the bags. The excuse offered was warehouse issues, however this really isn't the problem of the customer is it? One would expect an order to arrive in a timely fashion without half of it being cancelled ... or is it me that's missing the point!! Wish I'd read the reviews from others first - surprisingly it isn't possible to leave a review on the Eastpak website

I placed an order on Saturday paid with my credit card on Sunday my order was cancelled without an explanation I have called today and spoke to customer service who are not very helpful they said that my credit card company cancelled the payment which is untrue then I was told that my payment was late which was also untrue the I spoke to a customer service representative who told me that the suitcase was out of stock very unprofessional and then I was told it would take 7 days for a refund and I asked for Dilyana to call me back before 6pm today and what a surprise no telephone call I also warned them that if I did not get a call back today I would be writing a bad review

la parola pessima non descrive esattamente la qualità del servizio di eastpack. Ho acquistato un prodotto il 6 febbraio. Ho chiesto informazioni verso la fine di febbraio mi è stato detto che il prodotto sarebbe stato spedito a breve, causa il trasferimento presso un nuovo magazzino. Oggi 9 marzo mi scrivono che è stato rimosso il prodotto perché non è più disponibile. Cioè, dopo più di un mese con i soldi bloccati con la certezza di aver acquistato quel prodotto, mi dite che il prodotto non è più disponibile e che i soldi mi verranno riaccreditati. Una follia senza pari consiglio vivamente di cuore a chiunque di non acquistare su questo sito perché non è assolutamente affidabile dato la mia esperienza. Spero che la mia esperienza possa essere utile.

Just like Ester’s review in 2025, my order was not delivered to my address!
Ordered a bag and cover in February 2026, which they claim was delivered by Yodel - don’t even know what house they delivered it to. Yodel agree that they can’t track parcel and tell me to contact retailer. Eastpak claim it was delivered to a house so won’t refund or replace! Not my house or a neighbour!! Appalling service, will never order from them again!

ordered a suitcase... received an 'update' email 2 days later with no information on it - just said 'your order was updated'. when I viewed the order, the suitcase showed as 'removed' with no explanation. called customer services 2 days after this - they said the item was out of stock. despite this, it was still available to purchase on the website 4 days later. couldn't tell me whether other items were in stock and weren't really able to provide me any info - just told me to call up john lewis and ask what they had in stock.

please update your website properly eastpak.

Kundenservice eine Katastrophe während dem Telefonat wird einfach aufgelegt. Bestellung wird einfach storniert ohne Mitteilung. Sowas kannte ich bisher nicht. Dann gibt es kein Eastpak mehr. Ende

Ne commandez pas sur le site officiel. Le service après vente n'est pas professionnel. Leur stock ne sont pas du tout à jour et vous n'êtes pas tenu informé que l'article n'est plus disponible.
Je vous déconseille de commander. Vous avez d'autres sites où les mêmes sacs sont moins chers pour la même marque.

This is the third time I have sent this backpack to the repair centre, and once again I had to pay for the shipping myself. The result is always the same: the backpack is returned “repaired,” but it breaks again after just one week.

Not only is the product of poor quality, but the repair centre they use is clearly unable to fix the issue properly. This has been a very frustrating experience. Instead of replacing the backpack with a new one, I have to keep sending it back and forth, paying courier costs each time, only to receive a broken backpack again.

This is the worst product I have ever bought and the worst customer service experience I have had. I would strongly advise others to avoid buying these products.
