This poor guy has gone all over social media because I haven't given him free information... you're embarrassing. For you to understand, I have no obligation to answer your questions if you do not respect the conditions of the store.

I'm already tired of your lies... and this is serious, I'm going to sue you tomorrow for DEFAMATION in court... we'll see you in court... let's see how you explain to the judge your childish patales five years and be prepared to pay damages for your comments. You will hear from me very soon.

Keep in mind that I have a copy of the conversation... and what happened is that you wanted to get a solution and information without making any purchase... something that I have the right to refuse. Only customers are eligible for support....you hadn't purchased any of the parts or products you were inquiring about on our website...so I hope you have receipts for the products you were inquiring about for me to have or I had the obligation to answer your questions.

I'll tell you clearly: see you in court lout. You are going to pay for this. You are used to harassing companies online through social networks, but none have given you what you deserved... well now you will have what you deserved.

Anyone who makes a formal order and pays for our products will have a 5 star treatment ... what I will not do is solve the problems of an idiot for free through whatsapp or email without having formalized any purchase.

This stupid person e-mail contacted me hoping that I would solve a problem for him without paying anything.

Then this client come here to put a low review because I have not been fooled because I have asked you to complete a purchase before receiving technical assistance that he requested (if you have a problem and you are going to buy an item to solve that problem, the normal is to formalize the purchase to receive that personalized assistance for which you ask) - You are not the first person to try this... Obviously we do not work for free, nor do we give away all our knowledge and experience to strangers who ask by mail without formalizing any purchase ...

Just so you understand, you are entitled to support, assistance and store experience once you have made a purchase.

You're smart ass asking all sorts of questions without making any purchases... since we've required you to make a purchase to receive assistance with your custom installation, you're angry. If what you wanted was for us to help you solve your problems, I assure you that you can go to hell: have a good week.

Do you think you are the first to try to take advantage of the store by asking a thousand questions without buying anything?

I'm telling you formally, fuck you and your review. We do not work for free.

Formalize your purchase if you want access to our knowledge and experience.
