Approaching 18 months ago, I had a hair transplant with KSL, Maidstone. My final consultation, resulted in KSL asking for an additional, top up fee for a second procedure. From the very beginning, I was told and knowing other patients, were told, if your not 80% happy we will, free of charge, repeat the procedure. I fulfilled everything that was asked of me, having PRP's, laser treatment, etc, and during this period I had a conversation with a member of KSL team, who reassured me as my crown area wasn't showing signs of hair coming through, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction on our work. This for me was the difference between KSL and other leading hair clinics, in which I was confident up until a couple of weeks ago, which KSL have now asked for additional thousands of pounds. The biggest disappointment is my crown area has approximately 2300 grafts, in my procedure which I have paid in full , but the hairs clearly have not come through leading me to be very unsatisfied that the procedure has fully worked. I did have 400 grafts on my front hairline, which has come through, but the hardest bit to understand is the crown area has not worked, yet KSL cannot honour our original agreement. Funny enough when you enter the building KSL have many pictures with underline guaranteed results, but my experience is my crown has not improved, I'm not 100 or 80% happy, just feel unhappy, upset and disappointed. The second procedure would only cover what should have happened in the first procedure, I would like to end this with KSL should reconsider and contact me to correct this matter.

First and foremost, we want to extend our sincere apologies for any distress or disappointment you've experienced. At KSL, our aim is to deliver satisfaction and confidence to our patients through our procedures and it concerns us deeply to hear when someone's expectations are not met.
From the outset and initial consultation, our consultant and team recognised the limitations from your donor area. It was with careful consideration that we tailored our recommendations to focus primarily on the frontal section of your scalp, always mindful of the finite resources we had to work with. However, we progressed with your wishes to implant in your crown with the understanding you would always require two surgeries.
We want to clarify our commitment to achieving at least 80% regrowth for our patients. Based on our assessments, it is in our belief that this level had been reached in your case. Furthermore, we understand the importance of clear and consistent communication. It was documented in your treatment plan “two procedures required to treat all hair loss” and we agreed that the treatment would “increase density” and not provide full coverage.
While post-operative PRP treatments and additional aftercare are encouraged to support the healing and growth process, they are optional and not compulsory. However, we did provide you one session of PRP free of charge, which you have happily undergone, as part of our dedication to your care.
During your 12-month review, we discussed your second procedure which we offered at a significantly reduced cost. This was a gesture of goodwill and our genuine desire to help you achieve the best possible outcome, within the bounds of what is clinically advisable and safe.
As you are aware we do have your pre-operative photos, which we will be happy to send to you after signing a document release form. To this end, we warmly invite you to an in-person assessment to further explain the proposed treatment plan. Please feel free to contact us at 01622 686101 to arrange this.

This is an excellent clinic . I
Have now had two transplants , the second was simply to enhance my hairline further . The experience is first rate , Dr Mattee is fantastic . After care is also great . I did go to a clinic in London a few years ago but KSL is by far outstandingly better in every way possible . I can’t recommend this clinic highly enough . John Garrod

My recent hair transplant with KSL
I had my transplant done yesterday and couldn’t have been in better hands. The surgery was performed by Dr Nishal and team and they made me feel at ease and comfortable the entire time. Great clinic
It took my time to choose which clinic to do my FUE treatment and I'm glad that I went with KSL for my hair transplant.
I found them very professional from start to finish. I can't fault them really. Very clear instructions before and post treatment.
Dr Nishal, Marcin and Gosia made me feel at ease and very comfortable during the procedure. Now I've just got to see if I get some good results in 12 months time.

An outstanding experience from start to finish
I recently underwent a FUE procedure at KSL Clinic in Maidstone, and I can honestly say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Dr. Nishal is simply fantastic. His expertise, professionalism, and reassuring nature made me feel completely at ease. He took the time to explain every aspect of the procedure in great detail, ensuring I felt informed and confident every step of the way. If we had more time at the end of the day we could have kept talking, thats how you know you are in the right place. My special thanks go to you Dr. Nishal and I look forward to hopefully catching up with you later this year.
I would like to thank Martin and Sana, who were absolutely brilliant throughout the day. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, keeping me calm and comfortable during the procedure. They were both polite, patient, and reaffirmed I was moving through the days events very well. Their care and dedication to achieving the best results were evident in everything they did, and the precision with which they worked made the whole process go smoothly and efficiently.
The clinic itself is spotlessly clean, and every member of staff was so friendly and informative, guiding me through each step of the process. Thanks to Danni and Harrington for their constant communication, keeping me updated and answering any queries promptly. I felt fully supported throughout this process.
I'm now looking forward to the recovery phase and excited about the next steps with PRP. I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional care and attention I received at KSL Clinic, and I highly recommend them to anyone considering a hair restoration procedure.
