Just had my third PRP treatment today and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The practitioner was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything throughout the process.

What really stood out was how comfortable and at ease they made me feel. PRP can be a little daunting, but their friendly and reassuring approach made the whole treatment straightforward and stress-free.

The clinic is welcoming, clean, and well-run, and the level of care I’ve received has been excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering PRP treatment. Thank you for the fantastic service!

Left with permanent hair loss, scars and emotional distress after my KSL surgery. In the end I had to obtain a 2nd opinion by a dermatologist consultant to confirm the disaster that had unfolded. Confirmed medical evidence I have had a very poor outcome with KSL (which I had to pay for). Raised concerns on day 1 about a surgeon not doing the procedure - gaslighted saying surgeon ‘oversees’ the surgery - it’s basically lower level ‘techs’ that did it (I felt it was sold as doctor led). Documented feedback via emails surgeon coming on shouting at them saying “you’ve left gaps!!”. Awful experience. Documented evidence that I left the clinics with infections after being told everything was fine. After submitting a complaint about poor after surgery advice and infection (which the complaint was upheld by themselves) I was hoping to just get some sort of help from them, but this never materialised at all. There doctors are no better as well, documented evidence that when I presented with complaints about serious issues he said I “probably had a chest infection” which I found outstanding - getting prescriptions off them was slow to deal with this, eventually had to go to my own GP.

Originally returned to KSL due to repeated infections after surgery, felt gaslighted and told “it looks great!” And “nothing to worry about” - I went back 1 time after surgery for a checkup and an additional 3 times for PRP - 4 checkups in total. Was gaslighted again saying they wouldn’t resolve anything until I returned for a 5th checkup (in which at the checkups they just say everything fine goodbye) - even after supplying evidence I had been medically advised not to let them touch me again.

In effect told to go away until it had been a year as that would be the best time for a postoperative check - painfully waited and was gas lighted again. Issued a quick email saying unless I came in (for a 5th time) there was nothing they could do. Provided them documentation evidence a dermatologist consultation of 20+ medically advised me not to get corrective or any further treatment done with KSL. Wanted me to engage in a 40 day complaint process and I declined because I am sick of them, offered them a resolution and they declined by not responding, just wanted to drag the process out again it felt like.

I’ve really suffered with the poor outcomes at KSL which includes hair loss, scars, infections as well as upheld complaint issues about them such as crazy medical advice from none trained staff members, awful gaslighting to avoid dealing with issues and also the mental health stress I have had to endure dealing with them. Do not be drawn into their abundance of Z list celebrity endorsements - they’re not worth it. Their conduct and the outcome I have received is woeful and I have documented evidence of emails and expert doctors to back up the claims (and they know it because I have supplied it to them).

Currently working my way through my 5th infection within 12 months with some new antibiotics. All above can be evidenced with documents and photographs and I will continue to alert people to what is going on here. I remain open and willing (for a short time) to talk with KSL and reach a resolution.

AVOID KSL HAIR CLINIC! (In my opinion).

EDIT AFTER REVIEW REPLY:
- As per documented evidence from April 2026 from a consultant dermatologist, your accusation of photos from 2025 are incorrect. Should this continued to be questioned I will upload the evidence online to showcase up to date picture and the April 2026 medical report.

- As per the documented evidence from another separate consultant he stated retuning to KSL for further treatment would "unwise" due to "hair loss and scaring and multiple infections". I have taken the advice of a medical professional and will not be returning to KSL for further neglect - I am adhering to medical advice from a qualified professional.

- It is noted KSL's preference to not communicate via email as their preferred method because they don't like it when you have evidence in ink.

KSL are a professional outfit and the Staff who looked after me are amazing so helpful Charlie keeps me up to date on everything and gives me answers to all my questions and Dr Zeesham, Megan and Macie that carried out the procedure were really on it keeping me comfortable for the whole time

Been to KSL Manchester for PRP, very friendly atmosphere. Can’t recommend Dr Zeeshan enough for transplant and PRP.

The team at KSL Manchester have been amazing throughout the whole process of my hair transplant, not just surgery itself, but the aftercare and PRP treatment. They use methods that make the anaesthetic fairly comfortable (impossible to be fully) which is a relief for someone who hates needles! Great people and great results!

2nd round of PRP and the team are again, absolutely fantastic. Would recommend.

Couldn’t recommend KSL enough they made it and easy and smooth process from the off and we’re in constant communication from when I booked to when I got the procedure done.

Well done KSL Manchester. Aged 67 with good back and side hair but the usual big patch front and centre - but not any more. I'm 6 months in and see a better self in the mirror. I still have some patches in the middle from above but once my hair grows more they will be obscured. I am getting a lot of compliments and surprised reactions from friends and family.

I’d been thinking about having a hair transplant for the best part of 5 years, reluctant to go abroad after hearing some horror stories, I decided to do a little bit of research myself. That’s when I came across KSL.

Having seen some of their social media posts, I did a little more research and decided to book in for a consultation. 
During my consultation I sat down with Steve in their Birmingham office. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and we discussed a realistic outcome, which I was happy with.
Following my consultation, I decided to book in for the procedure.

On the morning of the procedure I was met by Charlie, we discussed the procedure and her calming presence definitely helped reassure me! Charlie took my lunch order and even got me a pistachio stuffed cookie from M&S (thank you!)
I then met with Dr. Zeeshan who took some initial observations and drew on my new hairline, ready for the procedure. Dr. Zeeshan took the time to explain where he wanted to build some density in my existing hairline, which is something I hadn’t considered myself. The numbing was somewhat uncomfortable and was probably the most uncomfortable part of the day, however, once that’s over with, everything else is painless.
The grafts were taken and then there was a short break for lunch. Dr. Zeeshan then made the incisions ready for the grafts to be implanted.
The grafts were implanted by Sabrina and Rox and I cannot thank them enough, they regularly checked on me throughout the procedure and I know it was a very long day for them, with an additional 100 grafts being needed which prolonged the procedure a little. I definitely got the better end of the deal as I got to sit watching Netflix.

Before you leave, you’ve given an aftercare bag containing everything you’ll need for your 14 day recovery period which is a nice little touch and made the recovery process a little bit easier. You get a follow up call on day 3 and 13, with the clinic readily available to answer any questions should you have them. 

I’ve just made it past the 14 day recovery and I’m looking forward to visiting for my PRP treatment in around 6 weeks time. I’m looking forward to seeing my results!

If you’re like me and looking to get a hair transplant but don’t want the risks of going abroad, I’d consider KSL - They’re professional and they care!

Just had my 3rd PRP session with Dr Zeeshan, what a Doctor! Very nice and treated me very well, he injected each and every part I wanted and recommend me oils and shampoos to use. Go with him! And Fiza, she's a really polite and helpful staff! Very Happy today

The staff were very kind and explained the process calmly. The aftercare was brilliant and I would recommend KSL for anyone interested.

I had my 12 month review in February & while I am over the moon with my results, I did point out that I had one area that perhaps needed addressing. Andrew the consultant agreed, and arrangements were made to have the area topped up the following month. Again the whole team have been great and I’m excited and hopeful that this top up only adds to the original procedure.

At the end of 2025 i had a hair transplant with KSL, i couldnt be happier with my progress and with the team. Great support from the team too. Im currently going through some PRP treatments with them too and showing great results. I would highly recommend KSL to anyone experiencing Hair Loss

Had a hair transplant with the team at KSL Clinic in Manchester, they were great so friendly and helpful. It was a long day and some uncomfortable parts but it didn’t last long. I had a great experience and now looking forward to the results.

Really pleasant experience with PRP. Would highly recommend.
