my g2 came good condition but the timeing arival was very bad the wuality is a little bad but its ok ,i recomend but beter from physic store

Where to start? I bought a bike and after weeks of no contact, they said they could not facilitate the request. They did not offer a refund but said that they would send me an alternative bike. Afraid I would not get my money back I accepted and was sent a vastly inferior bike.

The new bike did not even last a year before getting an unidentified error and ceasing to operate. I contacted the Company and they could not care less. After taking it to bike shops they could not readily identify the issue and told me to go back to manufacturer. I decribed the problem to the Company and when I offered to pay for replacement parts they sold me overpriced items that did not fix the issue.
At every point they have been poor to deal with, not responding for days and offering no solutions, this has been rumbling on for almost 5 months and the bike is likely worthless now.

I could not recommend a company less, avoid like the plague.
