Kungsberget

Helt fantastisk upplevelse.

Kungsberget have changed their snow guarantee as they could not fulfill the previous. They are cheating their customers by not showing the one that was at time of booking or notifying that they have changed. So when the customers see there is poor conditions and look for the snow guarantee at their web, it seems like they cant get a refund. They dont say anything about that they are obligated to issue a refund as the they are not fulfilling the snow guarentee at time of booking. And if customers discover the cheating too late ( 2’nd day at 11am) then they say it is too late.

The previous text have totally disappeared from the website so only customers that took a screen copy when they booked and noticed the change can get a refund.

Hint: the precious one stated that the whole red slope (Mittbacken) needs to be open, which it is not. The new one states only the lower part has to be open.
So if you are not happy with the new, make sure you cancel in time based on the one at booking.
