Great service very helpful could not ask for better thanks so much

Top bunch of guys and I've been using them for years. Great place to find customisation kit and stuff to refurbish my old but trusty mice as I'm one of those odd people that likes to repair stuff rather than chuck it. Happy to recommend them to anyone.

I can’t recommend Kustom PC in Ayr highly enough. The service from Graeme was absolutely outstanding – friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and offered great advice that really helped me make the right choice. A massive 5 stars for Kustom PCs and a huge thank you to Graeme and Jon! These guys are genuinely two of the coolest people you could meet. They're incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and just a pleasure to chat with. I could honestly geek out with them for hours and probably take up too much of their time, but they're always happy to help.

I had a major issue with my old PC's motherboard failing, and they came up with an amazing solution. They managed to give me what feels like a brand-new PC for a really low cost by salvaging my old parts. My new PC is super fast and incredibly quiet, and they got it done so quickly. I couldn't be happier!

I emailed about 3 weeks ago as I was looking for a 10Gb network card. Unfortunately they didn't have any on the website and gave a valid reason for not stocking any, however, they offered to source one and gave me a price upfront. The only caveat was that it would take a few weeks to get in stock. Fast forward 3 weeks, I get an email back, item in stock, link included in the email. A few clicks later and the item is dispatched, with next day delivery!

Great customer service. Second to none. Always kept me informed of how things were processing and explaining what had happened in easy to follow terms. Didn't try to hard sell where it wasn't necessary and instead give you their utmost to fix your PC. Followed up to explain how to sort out my drive error as well.

Will definitely be returning when its time to upgrade.

Been using Kustom for years and it's always been great and hassle free. They are good people that go out their way to help whenever they can. They are local to me so i always try and buy from them before online.

I enquired about a Thrustmaster item that they had, only to discover that they didn't ship to my location due to customer issues in the past which I FULLY understood. Nevertheless Graeme spent a lot of time advising me on the pitfalls of the unit I wanted, and sent several emails which he didn't have to do. After all, he didn't ship to my location. The fact that he took so much time answering my questions and advising me on a way forward left me feeling I had to buy from him. His customer service was nothing short of SUPERB, and in the end he agreed to sell me what I wanted. This guy, Graeme and his Kustom PCs is a wonderful place, with 10/10 customer care and support. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to all who read this.

Visited the store to purchase pretty much a new rig bar the drives, asked if they could fit the CPU & Cooler for me as I'd rather make sure that was done properly - not an issue. Returned an hour later to pick up all the parts with the important bit done for me :) .

The guys at Kustom PCs are always friendly and give you genuine honest advice, if something isn't suited to your set up they won't try and sell you it, on the flip side they will recommend things that improve your set up but absolutely no pressure to buy. Wouldn't go anywhere else for parts or service.

Kustom fixed an unusual problem with my wife’s PC caused by a problem with a Windows upgrade. Very tenacious until they found the problem which they have identified is likely to affect many other Windows users. Excellent service by very professional experts. Highly recommended.

I created my Kustom PCs account in mid-2018. Replies to emails were swift, delivery was quick, and at decent prices. My first and only purchases from were from 2018. Unfortunately due to Brexit, they no longer deliver to the Republic of Ireland. I highly recommend them to folk in the UK.

Over the years bought PCs from various outlets with some disastrous experiences.
About 2 years ago decided to order a new PC for Flight Simming . Did my homework from both local and online companies re their advice and costing's.
Decided to go with Kustom.
That decision has been proven to be the best option.
The service from start to completion was terrific and the after sales service is superb.
The PC worked superbly with no problems.
Any questions during or after purchase were dealt with quickly. And I am a person who can ask a lot of questions.
As can happen on two occasions I did have had a couple of pieces of hardware that did show a problem but these were dealt with quickly and under guarantee.
To conclude I can say you will not find many companies around today who will give this level of service. Probably the best I can say is whenever the time comes to change or upgrade I know where will be heading.

Having previously purchased a Das Keyboard through Kustom PCs, I was a little disappointed (to say the least) when the device failed after 15months. I contacted KustomPCs (UK Supplier for Das Keyboard) and they sorted me out with a free returns label, a repair to the device (New USB Hub) and the delivery of a fixed keyboard to my house within a week. Can't complain about the after service - many thanks

New PC bought from Kustom PCs. Decently priced, working to balance budget with requirements. Unfortunately the motherboard had an issue, but was given support to try and fix in the evening, and when it couldn't be fixed was replaced at no additional cost!

Ordered a bracket for my Noctua cooler and they arrived the next day. Can't get any better than that.

I ordered a DasKeyboard 4 Ultimate with CherryMX Blue switches from Kustom PCs. This has replaced a Ducky 3 Shine III, with CherryMX Brown switches. My average typing speed has gone up from approximately 110 to 120 WPM out of the box, so needless to say, I'm very happy with the product.

I've had two PCs built from here over the years with zero issues and recommended to others who have also had a good experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else, highly recommended.

Fantastic service from the guys in Kustom PC’s.
My son completed the online quote form detailing his budget and requirements/likes. They were able to supply what he needed within his limit. The guys also made suggestions about cheaper options available on items he had asked for that they thought he didn’t really need or require at this time…..cutting the cost!!!!! As a non gaming mum they were brilliant through the whole process in keeping me up to date.
Less than a week later the PC was ready with complete instructions on how to set up. I have one happy child. Would definitely recommend.
