As usual Kustom PCs provided a vey fast service and are always extremely helpful. This time they supplied an external USB network adapter. Great value and their recommendation is giving over 300Mbps.

Ordered some Thermal Grizzly Grease for the
CPU of my computer.
Place order evening of 31st Jan @7:30pm.
Arrived 3rd Feb by 11am.

A brilliant experience from start to finish. Great advice given on anything you might not be too sure about and everything tailored differently for each customer to make sure you get the best PC for the budget you have.

My son done an online form for exactly what he wanted for his pc for Christmas. I had no idea any of the value or anything about the computers I just put a budget and I cannot recommend Kustom PCs enough the service has been outstanding. The communication has been outstanding from every little detail to recommendations. The emails everyday with updates on orders prices the questions anwsered that you have asked which is very helpful when you dont know anything about gaming pcs etc. This company is not ur standard shop like currys argos etc just buying off the shelf these guys know exactly what they are talking about and go above and beyond to help.When collecting the pc a full run down was done showing me where cables went what was included on the pc to getting a step by step guide which was very useful when setting the pc up. Christmas morning I sent a question by email and got an email back very quickly and not just one but several which lead to my problem being sorted. Cannot thank Kustom PCs enough for all there hard work and support customer service 110%

Help me in everyway you would need when u have no idea what you are actually looking for except what games I would play.

Would highly recommend using Kustoms.

I ordered a keyboard from Kustom, and they caught a mistake I made in the address (auto fill mishap!), so contacted me immediately to resolve it so the item could be sent on time with no chance of loss. Super happy with their communication, and the product was in perfect condition of course!

I've known Graeme for a long time as Kustom used to sponsor some events I used to help run. However being over an hour away from me, it's not always easy to get to him but it's been worth it!
He was always brilliant to get you out of trouble when you mouse died etc at a LAN. Today he saved my bacon, I fried my motherboard last week somehow....Being a 7th Gen Intel, getting a board in good condition that's compatible is tough 4/5 years on. He just happened to have one in the shop! The legend even updated the BIOS for me to make sure it would take my 7th Gen. Even tested my CPU and RAM to make sure I hadn't wiped them out too.
He's also got me on my way to my upgrade to Ryzen 5000 and RTX 3000.
He is a top notch guy, super friendly, pleasant, easy to talk to and willing to go way beyond the call of duty to help someone he hasn't seen in probably nearly 10 years.
Truly one of the best experiences computer wise I've EVER had.
I've said thank you about ten times today and can't thank him more!

I would highly recommend this business for any pc issues. I have no experience with having pcs and right from the first email the guys were extremely helpful. Once purchased a few months later there was a virus on the pc and again Graeme answered an email immediately and by the next day had fixed it with no cost.
10/10 service.

Great after sale support

I recently purchased a nice mechanical keyboard from KustomPCs (one of the few places selling the one I wanted). I noticed after a few days that there was a fault with some of the keys. I explained this to Graeme in KustomPCs who provided return information, checked the keyboard and promptly sent out a replacement.

They were a pleasure to deal with and while sometimes there may be a manufacturer fault unknown to the seller it gives great peace of mind to know that if there is an issue, KustomPCs act very professionally and promptly to put things right.

I will definitely use them again.

Top-notch customer service, with fast and detailed email communication as well. They sell a good collection of up-to-date hardware components, including the more obscure modding & cooling items. And charging a fair price. This is a store I'm happy to recommend.

I recently contacted Graeme in Kustom PCs as my fathers PC had given up. Graeme was fantastic to deal with, was prompt with his replies and was able to look at the PC same day, diagnose the issue and repaired it under warranty with absolutely no questions asked.
Service from these guys is second to none and I would confidently recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a PC or upgrade their current rig as the service is fantastic and prices are competitive.
I have only been on the shop once but the guys are very welcoming and have a fantastic set up with their Racing Rig in one room and a Gaming Area up the back of the shop.

Leaving me with the strong impression that here was a company you can deal with who sells what is needed not what works best for them . PC is now up and running no issues at all

Graeme and the team talked me through all the options and pricing for my first venture into a gaming PC , I had done lots of research online and priced systems online, Kustom were not only very competitive with pricing but took time to explain differences and specs getting that balance right of cost against performance.
Customer service was excellent , come time for pickup an step by step guide was produced , cables labelled and I was talked through setup.

My son & some other friends were invited to kustom pc for a gaming afternoon recently by a friend as part of his birthday celebrations. My son enjoyed himself so much that he wanted to celebrate his own birthday at Kustom pc too. The boys all had a great time & Graeme couldn't have been more helpful. Graeme provides great customer service & ensured my son & his friends all had a great time.

I have now built 2 pcs having sourced some parts from Kustom PC. The service has been excellent both times. I had one case fan defective and the response via e-mail was first class. Within hours my initial enquiry was answered, and once we had confirmed a few simple diagnostics to eliminate user error a replacement was agreed and dispatched to arrive within days. Very happy

Built a custom PC for me and my dad with two monitors and the ability to do CAD. Great spec and far better than anything you would get from PC World for the same price. Graeme explained everything in detail in a straight forward way and made every effort to get the right balance between price and quality for our requirements. Never felt like he was just trying to get more money out of us. Would happily use again.

Great service. I ordered a bespoke perspex side panel, but couldn't get it to fit as the dimensions were off by a couple of mil.

Kustom were not only happy to refund me, but actually offered to machine the panel on their lathe for me.

The finished product they returned to me fitted beautifully and the quality of the job was excellent. I can wholeheartedly recommend these guys - they really went the extra mile for me.

Great customer service, ordered a Asus ROG B450-F Gaming motherboard, received an email explaining it was the last one and had already been started to be put in another system, but advised they could take it out and sent to me as my order was a shorter delivery time.

Graeme at the team confirmed all details would remain the same (warranty etc) and that the only difference is the anti-static bag would be open. The BIOS was all updated (thank god) so I didnt have to worry about that either!

Great customer service, will use again.
