I've contacted Kustom PC about 2 enquiries in the past. One was for an expensive graphics card and the other time just a cheap set of replacement keycaps for my keyboard. Both times I was assisted by Graeme, and both times he's been extremely helpful. I'm not the easiest customer when it comes to answering questions (I ask a lot of them) but on both occasions Graeme has been very patient and has gone above and beyond to try and get me the answers I needed. What makes his service even more impressive for me is that it doesn't seem to matter what I am looking at, he is always happy to help. Most other companies will only be interested if you're buying a nice expensive item and not so much when you're looking at smaller bits. I know where I will be coming for all future PC parts.

If you have a classic vehicle and want top notch service coupled with fair prices and excellent communication - this is your team. We took our 1971 VW T2 Cali import into the team at Kustom Revival and they did a comprehensive top to bottom review for us before helping us make the right decisions around the best path forward. Their communication was excellent all along the way and their follow up has been unlike any we've experienced in the UK. The end result of their work was a much loved bus that is now running better than she ever has. The whole team knows their business and are experts in their respective areas. We are customers for life.

Outstanding company. I emailed KustomPC's Friday regarding stock of G.Skill DDR4 RAM I got a reply shortly from Graeme who informed of the batch date on the stock. So i ordered. The item was sent by 4.30pm and i received it by Saturday 9.20am Paid for Saturday delivery royal Mail.

The amount problems i had buying RAM from amazon and unstable crashes i can safely say KutstomPC were honest and went beyond their computer sellinng points.

I received an email from Graeme to inform that he hoped everything went smoothly. I have now built my AMD ryzen 1700x with 16GB RAM and running stable and MEMtest passed 7hrs. Would definitely buy from KustomPCs again! fully recommend hassle free and quick dispatch ;-)

Kustom PC is probably the best PC shop in Scotland. If you know very little about computers then talk to those guys. They will provide you with excellent advice and provide you with exactly what you need without ripping you off in the process. I had ordered a 280 Hardware Labs rad from Kustom Pc's. Unfortunately when I trial fitted it in my case I found it was a few mil too wide to fit comfortably. I informed Kustom Pc's of my problem and was quickly given a return authorisation number. Shortly after they received it I was given a full refund for the item.

The owner (Graeme) is a really helpful and friendly guy and always replied to any email I sent, I'd highly recommend this company for piece of mind when ordering any PC component.

I used their service to modify the side panel of my NZXT phantom 410 (making the window bigger).
And I want to thank them for handling my case so well, because
the side panel got damaged by the post when i sent it to them because my packaging wasn't good enough.
They immediately notified me about this issue and provided pictures and offered to try and get it back in shape which i agreed upon.
After they enlarged the window and sent it back to me i was really impressed how well they packacked it and the bents were almost non existent and the panel fitted perfectly in the case again even if they seemed pretty bad on the pictures.
I want to thank them for handling this case so well. This was probably one of the best customer support i ever expirienced.

I was first recommended Kustom by a friend. I was attempting to come up with a list to build my first pc. I went in to the store just to see if they possibly had any of the pieces in stock.

Graeme started discussing my list with me and suggesting suitable options for my build. Just to be clear this wasn't a case of 'take these more expensive items'. Graeme listened to what I needed and made several suggestions, some cheaper and some more suitable to what I was needing.

I had been planning on buying my parts from several vendors but Graeme's service and suggestions made me happy to purchase the vast majority of my parts from Kustom. Some parts needed to be ordered but they were in stock in a very short time.

What really convinced me that the service at Kustom was so amazing was that Graeme took the time to ask how I'd got on with the build after purchasing everything and not just with some stock email, but an actual personal email.

I'm going to return to Kustom with anything I need as I know I'll get exactly the help I'm needing from some great people!

I can across KustomPCs when I was looking for a new keyboard for the office. I had decided on a DAS Prime 13 keyboard, as I already had another DAS at home and was very happy with it.

I had previously not heard of Kustom PCs, however, their name appeared on the DAS Keyboard site as an authorised dealer (along with Amazon and Overclockers). Amazone didn't have anything I wanted in stock, so it was between Overclockers and Kustom PCs. I had already heard of Overclockers, so was initially drawn to them, however, Kustom PCs was selling the keyboard for a slightly better price. It's an expensive keyboard so every little helps.

I was initially sceptical, as the website wasn't quite as fancy as Overclockers, and there was no telephone number to call, as they only correspond by e-mail. This would usually be a bit of a red flag, but I read through their T's & C's and it all seemed pretty good. So I ordered the keyboard - I also paid via PayPal (just in case). I got an order confirmation e-mail, and then subsequently an e-mail from the courier, with a one-hour shipping window. The keyboard arrived, and it was the correct one that I'd ordered so I was pretty pleased that I'd given them a go.

However, after a day, it was pretty clear to me that the 'I' key had developed a fault - It was sticking when I typed. Not Kustom PCs' fault, not really even DAS' fault. It was just a faulty Cherry MX key. I've never had a faulty Cherry MX key so I was pretty surprised. So I got in contact with Kustom PCs' (I thought this is where I might be let down - It's one thing to sell something on the internet, but it's another thing to support that product, post sale).

I e-mailed Kustom PCs to let them know, and the next day I'd received an e-mail back from Graeme, offering to send me a new keyboard straight away and have the old one collected at the same time. I was quite surprised, as I thought for sure it would have to go back first, be inspected, etc. Maybe it was just the nature of the fault that elicited this response?

Sufficed to say, Monday morning a brand new keyboard arrives, with a returns label for the old one in a pouch. The courier collects the old one at the same time, and we're done! The new keyboard works perfectly, and any scepticism I may have had towards Kustom PCs is definitely gone.

I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends, and will surely purchase from them again should the need arise.

In days where good customer service is hard to find what a treat to come across this company..Had problem with laptop and cannot say enough about service received.Problem solved.

I've been shopping with Kustompcs for years and buy all my high end gaming products from them. Over that time I've had products which lasted their expected duration and more, and I've had products which don't. The reason for staying with Kustompcs is simple. Customer Service. When I've had problems (usually with Razer Nagas) I take them in and they are quickly checked and swapped with no hassle what-so-ever.

Given problems I've had in the past with Razer Nagas (yes, more than 1) I recently decided to try Roccat Nyth. The decision I ran into was do I pay more to buy from Kustompcs or have Amazon or one of many other companies drop one off at my door next day slightly cheaper. In the end I chose Kustompcs as I know that, if anything should go wrong with the new mouse I will have hassle free help or a replacement and to me, that is worth a little extra money.

I hope this helps people with their decision.

Had stock for a very popular item when others didn't. Competitive prices, and reliable response to emails.

When there was a manufacturer fault with the item Graeme put in the graft to examine the item and then get a replacement from the manufacturer who'd previously palmed me off, with great comms along the way.

It's a pleasure to do business with this company, and to leave this review.

Ordered a Lamptron FC6 in Black a few days ago and received it Today. KustomPCs are the only company I can find selling it in Black and in stock not to mention a good £10 cheaper. I had previously ordered some Arctic Silver 5 from them around 2002-2003 however I never received it. I sent them an email about a week later and it was agreed that it was presumed lost in post but as a gesture of good will they promptly sent out a replacement, hows that for service! Their website is easy to navigate, clean design and free from clutter. No annoying pop-ups!

I needed a new model of a PC case, and as the suppliers were running off their stock of the old version, no UK retailer had one for sale.

KustomPC were very flexible, and, despite having the older model ordered the new one in for me. They didn't make me pay until it arrived on the shelf, and dispatched it on the same day it landed with them. It was delivered to me, perfectly packed, the following day. All this at a very good price.

Graeme kept me promptly in touch with progress, and was a pleasure to communicate with.

Was looking for some Cherry MX stabilizers after I lost one of mine after cleaning my keyboard. After searching a popular enthusiast keyboard site they recommended a company in the UK selling them for £5.40 delivered as they seemed to be hard to get hold of in the UK. After a quick Google search I stumbled across KustomPC, I never heard of them before so took a punt and I bought a set for a much more reasonable £1.68 delivered. The item arrived next day!

I will definitely add this company to my bookmarks and buy more components and accessories from them in the future now I know about them.
