From the first initial contact to Lacanche Service dept to the final completed work done the professionalism has been outstanding. All timings were agreed and met and the repairer Graham communicated what the issue was and carried out the repair perfectly to my satisfaction.
I doubt i will ever own another cooked brand as the quality support matches the high quality product. I am happily cooking!

Rolls Royce service (or whatever the French equivalent is!) from Lacanche. Our beautiful Provence yellow range cooker was a dream to select and now use. Staff were lovely, helpful and professional throughout. The range cooker is a delight to use and never fails to get admiring looks and complements from guests.

The best cookers, serviced by fabulous engineers. We have owned Lacanche cookers for 26 years. They are incredible! Would find it difficult to cook on anything else. The service staff we have come into contact over the years are equally sound. Knowledgeable and passionate about their products. Nothing but a joy and a very safe pair of hands without exception.

Thankyou so much for sending your engineer to service our range cooker. It is around 15 years old and has been fantastic. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He rang with an eta as promised. He was very thorough with everything, and explained everything he was doing. Even let the dog in for me half way through! The cooker is good as new and considering the use it’s had (a lot!), it had very little wrong with it. I would highly recommend investing in a Lacanche, worth every penny! Thankyou so much, Lucy

Had a Lacanche cooker for a number of years now , great to know that on the rare occasion something goes wrong , Lacanche have a great service team who carry all the parts in their van , so can get you up and running again with minimal fuss .
Great cookers with a superb backup service .

I love my Lacanche range oven and hob and have had it for many years so I recently treated it to a ‘Super Service’ to ensure that it continues to give me good service for years to come. Excellent engineer carried this out efficiently and quietly and cleanly and on time.

I had a full service of my newly acquired second hand Lacanche Macon. The whole experience from start to finish was first class. Booking the appointment was quick and easy, and a change to the requirements accommodated without fuss. The engineer who attended was excellent - really polite, communicative, informative and very helpful. Even though the cooker was bought second hand, I felt the service we received was to the same standard as if I had bought from new. I would not hesitate to recommend this service.

We had our Lacanche cooker delivered to us recently and the provided service was excellent. The communication with the customer team was brilliant and the delivery itself as well. The guys who did the delivery explained everything in detail and provided few good tips. There was a small mark on the front panel (almost invisible) but I have been informed about it prior to the delivery, and we had an engineer in a month later to replace it. Again, he was great, quick, and shared some useful tips on how to use the cooker and how to clean it. Honestly, our experience so far has been first class. Thank you.

Arranged for a first time service for our Lacanche cooker. Service team happily confirmed a date and time to suit us. The engineer who came out was very professional, friendly and arrived promptly. He gave us invaluable advice on how to maintain our cooker and showed us how to remove the vents for cleaning. Whole experience was easy and seamless from booking through to visit by engineer on the day.

This is the second cooker that I have owned and they have both been fantastic. Excellent customer service with engineers turning up when they say and they are polite, tidy and friendly.

It was very easy for us to arrange a service of our 12 years old Lacanche. On the day, Engineer Chris arrived promptly and immediately made a friendly and professional impression. He rapidly corrected little niggles that had occurred over our Lacanche's long life and proactively made further improvements based on his experience. He debriefed us clearly on what he had done and on ways to get the most out of our Lacanche. We are delighted with Chris's work and of course with the Lacanche team that supports him. Had our Lacanche Range Cooker serviced for the first time since moving into a new property. The engineer was extremely helpful and pointed out a few tips and tricks on the cooker, as well as stripping it down completely to check all the components - he even adjusted one of the hinges which was sticking. A thorough service and i would highly recommend.

Lacanche sent an engineer to service our cooker and replace the gas burner in the oven. Really nice guy who explained why it was so corroded (someone had used the wrong oven cleaner) and replaced a number of other parts that had also been affected. He also phoned half an hour before he arrived, which is a nice touch.

We have had our Lacanche for 13 years and love it. Lacanche provides exemplary customer service and the engineers that service our oven are well trained, polite and go the extra mile to ensure our oven performs at its best. The cost of the service is very good value.

Lacanche always go that little bit further and their people are so friendly and obliging, as well as being incredibly knowledgeable about their products. Our visit was only shortly after the delivery of our new range, but even so the 'full monty' ensued!

We inherited our Lacanche cooker from the previous house owner & have to admit, had never heard of them before. However we were quietly impressed by its features & design, especially the cast-iron hotplate on the gas hob. Not realising it was 13 years old, a few minor faults developed including slight smoking while cooking. After looking online we found that Lacanche have their own engineers & booked a service. The engineer arrived bang on time & was very polite, staying two hours & being very informative about the cooker. The result is we have, effectively a 'brand new' cooker - the doors close perfectly with a new seal applied to reduce cooking time, burners work perfectly & crucially no smoking. My wife has never been so happy!
