Lacanche always go that little bit further and their people are so friendly and obliging, as well as being incredibly knowledgeable about their products. Our visit was only shortly after the delivery of our new range, but even so the 'full monty' ensued!

We inherited our Lacanche cooker from the previous house owner & have to admit, had never heard of them before. However we were quietly impressed by its features & design, especially the cast-iron hotplate on the gas hob. Not realising it was 13 years old, a few minor faults developed including slight smoking while cooking. After looking online we found that Lacanche have their own engineers & booked a service. The engineer arrived bang on time & was very polite, staying two hours & being very informative about the cooker. The result is we have, effectively a 'brand new' cooker - the doors close perfectly with a new seal applied to reduce cooking time, burners work perfectly & crucially no smoking. My wife has never been so happy!

We’ve had our Lacanche range for years and recently needed servicing. The engineer was prompt, skilled, and thorough, fixing issues quickly while explaining how to optimize its use. Communication with Lacanche was smooth, and the service was fairly priced. The range now feels as good as new. Highly recommend Lacanche UK!

We recently moved into our house which had a Lacanche range cooker that hadn’t been serviced for over 13 years so decided to get it looked at. The engineer was very professional and explained a couple of issues that we felt we were having problems with with the gas oven in particular and then made some adjustments to gas flow to the rings as they occasionally went out when on a ‘simmer’ setting. He spent quite a while discussing/explaining the cooker with us rather than just getting on with the job to get away asap. Very impressed with him and the company and the cooker is working perfectly 👍👍

We had our Lacanche cooker serviced for the first time in 10 years and we're so delighted with the professional, efficient and kind approach of all concerned. From booking, to confirmation and the engineer, all could not be faulted. The engineer was with us for more than 2 hours and was so thorough, helpful and tidy. The cooker has been given a new lease of life, and we are very grateful. Some replaced parts, some cleaned and others just checked over. An excellent service and peace of mind. Great all around. Great range cooker and outstanding service. I recently had my Lacanche cooker serviced and must say that that I was impressed by the expertise and efficiency of the servicing expert. Not only did he fix problems that I identified, he also explained how to look after the cooker: this will guarantee another 10 years of cooking joy. Highly recommended.

The engineer called 30 mins before arrival, as promised, and set straight to work fixing the cooker. He explained what he was doing as he worked. He was polite and very pleasant and clearly knew what he was doing. He sorted out the cooker and cleared up after himself. Highly recommended.

An old cooker brought back to life after a service. Awesome service, customer focussed engineer, polite and informative. There are a lot of companies that could take a leaf out of their books - cannot fault them.

It's all well and good having a fine oven, but does the back up match the promise? Delighted to confirm it does! Not only do the team at Lacanche answer the phone and emails, but they also come out when they said they would and, wait for it, do more than they need to when they are here! All part of the excellent service.

Recently had a service on my 20 year old Lacanche Range. The work carried out was of a extremally high standard and I'm pleased with the result.
The engineer checked the range, then explained the necessary work, which I agreed, and completed this in a professional manner. The range was then wiped down to leave it looking like new. Excellent work by the engineer and the performance of the range has improved.

Arranged for a service and issue with the fan on our 15 year old Lacanche Cormatin range cooker.
The engineer Grahame rang as arranged with the service team 30 minutes before arrival.
He carried out the work required to identify the problem and complete the service.
Grahame was very professional throughout his time with us and the cooker is now working as good as ever.
The response from initial call to the service centre through to the work being completed was excellent.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Lacanche cookers.

We recently had a Premier Service on our Lacanche Range and were very pleased with the work carried out and the knowledge of the engineer who took the time to explain what he had done and also offer some tips on how to keep the range in good order. Highly recommended

Absolutely Delighted!
We booked an engineer visit and a premier service call to re-commission our oven which had been in storage for over 4 years. Chris our engineer arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable of our model. He converted the gas to LPG and completed a full and very thorough service on the ovens. We were delighted to have this wonderful oven back in service and considering this Lacanche Cluny is nearly 30 years old - it looked and functioned like new. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Booked a repair visit. Contacted the through website and a service visit was booked really quickly over the telephone. The engineer called before his arrival. Was polite and courteous throughout his time in our home. I chose to use Lanchane's own service as these are expensive, specialist ranges and well worth looking after. Great experience from beginning to end, with a very reasonable invoice too.

We have had the cooker over 5 years and it has worked perfectly. However a small mouse tripped the fuse recently. I phoned the customer service department and they helped to identify the problem and reset the fuse. I decided it was time for a service. I booked the engineer and everything was arrange in an exemplary manner. The engineer arrived on the date and time expected and provided an excellent service throughout. He explained all that he was doing and gave advice on how best to use the range. He even found and removed the dead mouse. I could not fault him. The whole service experience was excellent throughout. Thank you.

I really recommend the Lacanche service engineer who visited us recently, booking the service was simple and efficient. The engineer was polite and gave very useful tips for cleaning and maintenance. Our cooker is nearly 30 years old and feels like part of the family!

I had an issue with one of my hobs over Christmas. Lacanche made contact with me as soon as they reopened after Christmas. The engineer was booked for within the week. He was excellent. Thorough, informative and very helpful. Sorted the issue within a couple of hours.

I bought a cooker from Lacanche online. I live in a small first floor flat and was very nervous about having it delivered. However, Lacanche made the whole experience stress free. They had to disassemble it after delivery and reassembled it on site. They did so professionally and with little fuss. The cookers themselves are beautiful and the engineers very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with one of the burners before Christmas and they came out and fixed it very quickly and made sure I had a cooker for Christmas Day!
