Ordered a few bits and all came quickly , so preordered the lambo countach .

Ordered a body but noticed taxes to eu were too much. Emailed back and forth with quick replies. After adding bodies to the order, no reply for several days so cancelled the order. Got a quick reply "no problem". Why a quick reply on the cancellation but before that no action on shipping? Why not process the order? It feels like order intake does not speak to processing. Then after several days of silence the order was suddenly shipped. Since I had cancelled which was confirmed I refused the package. In the end I got a partial refund without explanation. Better to find a nice Tamiya body in a different shop, them you get what you pay for. Too bad.

Placed an order at the beginning of august and received a tracking number, however royal mail tracking said that they didnt receive the package until October. During that time I had sent several emails and messages via their social accounts but never received a response. Anyway, I finally received the package and first of all they did not send the rc body and associated decals that I ordered. Secondly, the photos showed resin printed 3d printed parts, the parts that I actually received were very poorly printed on an FDM printer with layer gaps, blobs and support material still attached the the parts which is difficult to remove. I tried contactig them again and have absolutely no response. Although I can forgive mistakes in orders, it's unforgivable when it is impossible to contact them to get such issues corrected. Stay away!!!

Ordered decal kit. after 3 weeks, nothing. Contacted customer service, no response.

Purchased three body shells. One had a piece of the body missing. No response to my emails. £33 effectively stolen from me.

Rubbish. Ordered a body shell, website says delivery in 3 days. Waited nearly 2 weeks and tried to contact via email and got no response. Ended up just raising a case via credit card and got refunded. I wouldn't recommend this company, just look elsewhere.

Great company, purchased a vintage part for a Radicator traxxas, everything arrived perfect! Very happy!

Following a review left here Lee contacted me to resolve described issue. There was frustration on both parts but I can confirm he is not a scammer and I apologise for calling him one.

He delivered 3 out of 4 ordered shells. He never replied on my emails when I adressed him concerning the lacking items. Cost me 40 euros. He's god lovely stuff. I would want to order plenty more, but if this is how he does business, I'll never order again. Even more, i would not suggest anyone else to support this kind of business.

Enseigne déplorable , produit affiché en stock alors que non, réactif pour débiter votre compte bancaire mais 2 mois d'attente pour recevoir le colis .
De plus , communication inexistante ou dans le meilleurs des cas méprisante.
Problèmes de dédouanement suite manque de document à l'expédition .
Il y a des coups de pied au ... qui se perdent.

Terrible experience. Ordered a body to EU + 17€ postage. Some info obviously missing on the box because customs refused it and sent it straight back to Wales. First 2 emails were answered "Will sort it after holiday" then silence. Nothing. Now trying to claw back 70€ via Mastercard. Never order from here.

Great customer service, I called up to ask a few questions and then purchased via the website. Item deliverered a couple of days later.

Paid for a Mondeo btcc bodyshell with full decal set. When the bodyshell arrived a decal sheet was missing. Got two out of the 3 decal sheets.
Emailed about the missing decals & got no response, so i contacted through social media and eventually got my missing decal sheet.
All good in the end.

Paid for a Tamiya Clod Buster kit on preorder, was told it would be a few weeks wait. Waited 3 months and every time I called he said it was the Tamiya rep who was messing him around and being unprofessional or his suppliers who were out of stock or all sorts of stupid excuses.
Final time I called he said he would refund me, now he ignores all my calls, he won’t answer the phone to several of my phone numbers. The shop owner is a complete spineless theiving worm.
I’m now currently perusing a Barclays payment resolution, failing that it will be the small claims court and debt recovery. He will pay the expenses for this, I will also write as many negative reviews as possible. JUST AVOID THIS SCAMMER. HE WILL PROBABLY GO INSOLVENT AT ANY MOMENT.

Used them several times buying various Tamiya chassis kits and parts only ever had 1 issue probably due to miss communication when raised the items turned up next day, left a message and they phoned back within the hour so in my own experience they have been ok to deal with and I will probably use them again

Terrible company.
Getting orders wrong and sending wrong items only to be ignored when asking for a solution.
Quality of goods are terrible, postage is slow, they didnt even send the package out until I started chasing it up a week later.
Communication comes across as sarcastic and rude. Won't be using this company again.

I purchased a sticker set off this company in November, it said it was in stock and as I was in a rush for the set I paid the postage to hopefully get it within the next few days. Well nearly a month later I hadn’t received anything or any information from the seller about the delay. I tried emailing and calling them in regards to my order, no reply from any of my attempts. In the end I threatened taking this further and I finally got a reply saying I will get a refund. That’s fine, I’m glad I got my money back but now it’s a month later and I’m now going to have to start all over again trying to get what I need to finish my project. It’s nearly Christmas so I’m realistic not going to get anything this year. This is very annoying as I’m half way through and can’t go any further without this sticker set.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They will take your money and waste your time! They don’t even deserve one star!!

Giving out false information Nitro RC. Implying that Nitro RC is dying out completely and that there won’t be any progression. This statement has only been made because the shop deals with mainly brushless models and services.

Instead of being biased and one sided how about you carry out some research and answer the question properly.
