Good products , but a diabolical delivery service , that needs to be addressed another lost customer

I’d like to give a massive thanks to the guys at Larkspeed and Milltek. I purchased a exhaust which came damaged from the supplier not once but twice no questions asked they sorted it. 1 happy customer highly recommend and will be using them for future purchases. Top draw

have used this company many times and had nothing but great results,very helpful good price quick shipping and there customer after care is second to none as was proven on my last purchase with a damper that broke when adjusting it,the after care was first class and larkspeed went above and beyond with there help,other uk company's should take note of this, thoroughly recommend this company

i recently bought some race pads for my alfa 75 .i purchased from Australia.the alfa listings are not always clear cut and Rob Watkins certainly gave me 5 star help in selecting the correct pads.will buy all my stuff from them.postage incredibly quick.thanks Rob

I’ve had many dealings with Larkspeed over the years but when I wanted some coil overs for my Volkswagen Caddy I phoned them up and spoke to them and they gave me a few options and I asked if they could ordered me a set of Gaz shock which they did. Many thanks

I had bought two sets of wheel spacers from larkspeed. Both arrived promptly and their customer service was able to answer all questions I had.

Further down the line, i rounded a bolt due to my own fault in fitting without antiseize.

Larkspeed provided further assistance in finding the correct items to replace (the items were not from their website, so bonus points for a non-profit assistance).

Id be willing to use this company for future purchases over slightly cheaper for peace of mind.
