We understand how disappointing it must have been to have your booking cancelled after paying in full, particularly when you were due to stay the following week.

As a listing agent, we unfortunately don’t have control over the availability of the properties listed on our website. However, we’re very sorry to hear that the property had been overbooked and that this affected your plans. We do hope the property manager was able to arrange a suitable alternative stay for you.

We’re sorry to hear that you found the accommodation to be poorly maintained during your recent stay. As the listing agent, we don’t manage the properties ourselves, this is handled by the property manager through whom the booking is made.

We do hope you were able to raise your concerns directly with the property manager and that they were able to assist in resolving the issues you experienced during your stay.

We’ve had a look at our records and can see that a booking was successfully made through Last Minute Cottages on Friday for a stay in October. We’re therefore not quite sure what may have happened or what you mean by having only three hours to make alternative arrangements.

We’d really like to understand what’s happened and make sure everything is okay with your booking. We completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this must be, particularly as this was planned for the bank holiday weekend and you had been looking forward to a holiday with your children.
