Svindel og humbug. Når man søger via Momondo får man en pris og når man booker fordobles prisen.

LastMinute in 2021 confirmed Covid Qantas flight cancellation. Qantas in 2023 stated an open non expiry refund.
Qantas requests a credit voucher from Last Minute.
Last Minute now does not recognise my email, phone number, Itinerary Number, booking - so I cant obtain the voucher. I would never ever book flights/accom through any 3rd party online travel agency again. Best to book direct through Airline and hotel. On search seems Qantas is holding my booked flight ticket funds. However, they won't proceed with the refund till Last Minute cooperates. Total round in circles circus getting nowhere

Absolute joke. We paid for a car flights and accomodation. Guess what? No car available and company closed for the night when arrived. Has to pay $180 in Uber fees and Lastminute have deliberately given me the run around hours on phone escalate hang up. Block chat function FB no accountability for the stuff up telling me to take it up with the third party car company even though Lastminute took my booking and money. Dodgy as can me. Never ever book with them. If you have a problem there is ZERO capacity to follow it up or get a sound resolution 0/10 CRAP company

Je suis fâché, ils m'ont vendu un retour d'avion Ryanair qui n'existait pas. je devais rentrer de Bruxelles Charleroi à Toulouse un mercredi avec un prix de 176 euros (tarif Ryanair 116 euros).J'ai donc dû louer 2 nuits d'hôtel. In order not to refund my flight ticket every agent asks 72 hours but no reply so months of time passes with NO REFUND.

Réservation de vol pour un Paris/Porto, pour un départ en avril 2023 pour 5 personnes, soit un budget de 1004 euros. Malheureusement ce vol a été annulé pour cause de grève. A ce jour, soit 5 mois après, toujours aucun remboursement de la part de lasminutes. Je les contacte quasi toutes les semaines depuis mai, et la réponse apportée « faut patienter ». Je suis complètement perdue, je ne sais plus quoi faire. Donc un conseil, ÉVITEZ LES, SE SONT DES VOLEURS !!!!

Do not use them. They have no contact number for you to call. Their staff are very difficult to deal with. They costed me hundreds of pounds as they mis-guided me via web chat, by providing me incorrect information

This Company are nothing but SCAMMERS,
I booked &made a mistake with booking date.
After weeks moving into months, of just being flogged off,they kept my money
Owner of said hotel was happy to give a refund

Turen hjem med Ryanair - under al kritik! Lastminute påstår, at vi havde fået en mail, hvori der står, at man kun kan tjekke ind online. Det havde vi så ikke, og vi vidste ikke, hvordan vi så skulle gøre det. Ryanair kunne så godt tjekke os ind, men det kostede over 400 kr pr person. Dem vil lastminute ikke refundere, til trods for at de ikke har sendt mailen med disse oplysninger i. Møg selskab! Vil aldrig brug dem igen og heller aldrig anbefale dem til andre!

Ho acquistato una pinkbox che non funziona e non mi dà la possibilità di prenotare. Ho provato a chiamare decine e decine di volte ma mi dicono sempre che mi faranno chiamare per risolvere ma non mi hanno MAI chiamato. sono mesi che continuo a sollecitare senza esito. Procederò per vie legali. STATE ALLA LARGA. Denunciati per truffa.

Skulle avbestille turen for meg og en venninne og har til og med betalt ekstra for avbestillingsforsikring slik at vi ikke måtte betale for å avbestille turen, men de tar 500 euro for å avbestille en tur. STYR unna, scam hele siden.
Helt forferdelig kundeservice, frekke og usmakelige

Brug aldrig dette selskab, eneste korrespondance er en chat side, bestilte rejse med fuld refundering igennem Booking.com som ellers er rigtig gode , blev videre sendt til lastminute.com og så gik det ned ad bakke, afbestilte dagen efter men er blevet trukket penge alligevel. Minus stjerne herfra.

lastminute cancelled my booking after confirmation because they made an error (double booked hotel)_ Then - with great difficulty - I got an agent who fixed another booking (I had to change dates , airport and hotel) I paid deposit and went online later to pay in full. Decided to correct the DOB of my guests (which I had got slightly wrong in conversation with agent) and then found lastminute had withdrawn confirmation which prevented me paying in full. Their T&Cs say the booking will be cancelled if not paid in full by today so I am fully expecting this second trip to be aborted too. Then I suppose I'll have to fight to get my deposit back. Cannot get hold of anyone to talk to, of course.
These people are either totally incompetent or deliberate scammers.
They have caused me enormous problems, stress and wasted time and I am now back to beginning trying to book the trip.

If you buy a ticket, dont waste your time with any other feature they'll try to get you to buy - their insurance is a scam, they'll refund about 75% of the cost as a nonrefundable voucher - which is a clause written in super small print when you buy a "FullFlex Ticket" that should allow you to "Cancel anywhere anytime no questions asked"

Bought flights, took the money out of my CC, never had a payment confirmation, or booking info. Emailed them, but they know. They would state'' no booking, no trace''. DO NOT BUY anything through them, its a roulette if they will scam you, as they know you would be in limbo if no booking info was offered. They get away with clean hands and they know. Everyone should stay away, and never pay for anything. They are in for a quick buck before they go bankrupt or close the website. Do not pay their next bills! Let's all spread this, i will make a tik tok video to put this company and Sergio Signoretti, CFO, out of business asap.

Gefährlicher Betrug!

Ich habe auf meiner Reise einige Schwierigkeiten gehabt. Es wurde einfach mein Rückflug storniert, weil der Hinflug ausgefallen ist und das Frühstück im Hotel wurde nicht dazugebucht, obwohl ich es bei Lastminute bezahlt habe.
Die Hotline Mitarbeiter sind unfreundlich und lassen mich im Stich!

I tried to add an additional piece of luggage to my booking, clicked on the icon for an additional piece and instead got 5kg added to my allowance, this is not what i wanted and tried to change it to what i did want. I went through the chat online option, eventually got connect to a human but after taking 15 mins to ask 2 questions both of which were supplied to the Bot the conversation was ended. I then tried to call them, they make trying to find a contact number almost impossible but they was a disconnected number. Finally found an email via google and wrote to customer.care, the replied was automated and not withstanding having set out what the issue was th eadvice was to go back to their site......a circular way to avoid providing any level of customer service

Lastminute: the nightmare
After simply asking how much it would cost me to cancel my ticket to the Philippines: direct cancellation, with no possibility of going back! The airline Koreanair however validates the refund, with some costs, in 24 hours. Last-minute, faithful to its policy of delaying to collect bank interest, even discouraging the client and keeping the sums, has still not updated the file, and asks me to wait again and again, 6 weeks later, it's still "waiting for response from airline" which is completely untrue.
Always buy your tickets directly from the company, the price differences have been minimal for years now, and often it's even cheaper. And the possibilities of modification / cancellation are much better.
Lastminute = Avoid!!!
