This company is fraudulent, we have some voucher money on an account as we accidentally clicked an option to put money on the account for later flight, rather than refund (im sure refund doesnt even work..)
When i log into the account the money is on, i dont get an option to use voucher - but when i try to book without being logged into that account i get an option for voucher.
You cannot use the voucher code unless you are on an account which the voucher was assigned to!
SCAMMERS! The director who allows this theft deserves many years in prison!
Update following the holiday & previous review
Iâve already written a 1st review ahead of the holiday. After onky being able to communicate on chat every day for weeks with those staff being unable to assist and telling us theyâd referred to supervisor, highest level etc. weeks later we finally received a phone call, up on answering the call it directed me to a ringing phone line. After some time I put down the phone (I didnât even know who the call was from at this point(. The second I put the phone down I received an automated text message to say theyâd not been able to reach me and woukd email instead a total scam as far as I can tell. I tried calling the no back but of course it just said the line was busy and then the call was cut off - I tried day and night).
The email we received did not address the issue which weâd raised in first place (the fact that the booking was made in person on the phone with an agent hence our disgust that theyâd knowingly booked us into a min adults only hotel knowing we had a 15 yo) and also the fact that other hotels in the search list stated Adults only in the search original list so we avoided looking at those. This hotel did not have that headline in the hotel search list. We have the screen shots to prove this. The email advised in the small print in the hotel detail it says adults only do not their issue and our fault. Hence we had to give up with only a matter of days before our holiday and no accommodation we could go to and book something else - via chat if course which is so difficult.
We finally resolved the issue by changing hotel to a much lesser option as there was little choice at this point), we received a refund for the difference in the new hotel compared to the original hotel.
We arrived in Barbados just over a week ago to be told by the hotel on arrival that lastminute.com had paid then only 50% of their fees and we needed to pay the remaining balance. We were shocked by this and of course had to go back to using lastminute.com chat to discuss (just what you need when youâve arrived on your 7 day holiday after an 8 hour flight NOT). We were told in a chat that we have fully paid for the accommodation and theyâd raise the issue with a supervisor. We were to wait for an email.
In the meantime the lovely hotel manager was shown the chat and she could see that we were having an issue with lastminute.com. She held off taking payment directly from us. The next day we received an email from lastminute.com telling us they would investigate this and it may take some time (up to 39 days). In the meantime we were to make the additional payment and send copies of the receipt etc ((by pdf only at certain size etc)⊠so we had to pay more money having already fully paid for our holiday. We decided to wait until we return home before contacting last minute again just in case we experienced any further issues.
The hotel manager had her reservations team look into it as she said they would accept payment from last minute.com who were saying it was the hotelâs policy not to take full payment on booking and that they wanted 50% in advance and 50% from customer on arrival.
So why did lastminute take full payment from us rather that 50% of the accommodation fee and then they tell us to make final payment directly with hotel. This never happened, they took full payment, did not advise that further payment would be needed from the hotel on arrival (seems like they didnât know this although someone in their accounts department who made only 50% payment knew this).
The hotel told us theyâve never heard of lastminute.com, only booking.com (we clicked to book the package via booking.com who then transfer their site to lastminute.com).
Lucky for us we had money available to pay this additional amount even though lastminute have taken full payment from us. This took a further 3 days before we discovered we are getting nowhere and we paid the amount to the hotel who are totally baffled by the whole situation with lastminute.com and fully felt they were in the wrong and very kindly waited before asking us to make the payment. The manager at the hotel is willing to write an email for us to lastminute.com if we need it.
So lastminute.com take full payment, send you on a holiday, expect you to pay further thousands of pounds on top too of the full payment and then reclaim the money after an investigation which can take up to a month. You cannot speak to a person at any point in the whole process, they stressed us out for the first 3 days of the holiday and the weeks prior to the holiday with the incorrect booking. This is the worst experience Iâve ever had with any company ever!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS AND AVOID BOOKING A PACKAGE VUA BOOKING.COM WHO TRANSFER YOU TO LASTMINUTE.COM VIA THEIR WEBSITE.

I was over-charged nearly $900 on a package, multiple calls where i was advise my refund would be in 10 business days, it has been more than 6 weeks and still nothing.
I have attempted the contact centre multiple times to only be told it will be 10 business days and it was an agent error.

CATASTROPHIQUE - Ã FUIR! TOUJOURS SANS NOUVELLES A CE JOUR!
Lorsque nous avons voulu procéder à lâenregistrement 24h avant notre vol, impossible de sâenregistrer, ni de les contacter (plus dâune dizaine dâappels sur plusieurs numéros qui sont mentionnés sur leur site et autre).
Nous nous apercevons trÚs vite que ce nâest absolument pas comme dâhabitude puisque les noms et prénoms des deux billets de vol sont identiques.
Or, lors de l'enregistrement, nos coordonnées : date de naissance et numéros de téléphones liés aux informations fournies lors de la réservation du séjour sont correctes, mais les noms ont été doublés sur les deux billets.
Câest la premiÚre fois que nous avons un problÚme de la sorte et la premiÚre fois que nous faisons confiance à cette « agence en ligne ». Ce qui a été un RÃEL CAUCHEMARâ¯!
Nous avons essayé par TOUS LES MOYENS possibles de les contacter, lastminute : Belgique, Allemagne, France et même Suisse.
Le numéro qu'ils mentionnent sur leur site : lastminute.be - +3227898763 est incorrect et ne permet absolument pas de pouvoir joindre quelqu'un : hormis le chat, qui est robotisé et ne permet pas dâavoir un service qui a pu nous aider.
Résultats & conséquences :
- Refus catégorique de sâenregistrer, ni dâembarquer de la part des différentes compagnies aériennes bien que les deux billets soient au même nom pour la même personne. Car ils ne respectent pas les conditions de vol/passager.
- Un vol que nous nâavons pas pu prendre car plus aucun moyen dâacheter des billets - les vols sont complets - même via guichet à lâaéroport de Zaventem. (LUFTANSA, TUI, etc...)
- Impossible pour des raisons de santé de voyager seule en prenant un autre avion dans la journée : je suis enceinte de 6 mois.
- Aucun moyen de rentrer en contact avec une personne de leur société. Nous sommes restés sans réponse du début à la fin, et ce, jusqu'à ce jour - voyage qui date du 05/05/2024.
- Une 60 aines dâappels pour essayer de trouver une solution et en vain
- Un achat supplémentaire de 1549,99 euros de suppléments de billets Aller/Retour pour mon compagnon et moi, car nous avions déjà déboursé une belle somme pour tout le séjour sur place.
- Le seul billet qui a été utilisé a été celui du retour dâIbiza au nom de mon compagnon. TOUS LES AUTRES ONT DU ACHETÃS (à nouveau - avec des prix exorbitants).
- L'hÎtel 5 étoiles qui possédait 3 piscines et aucune n'est chauffée. Rien n'a été mentionné bien évidemment...
Pour résumer : aucune solution, ni aide, ni dédommagement n'a été apporté par Lastminute.com à lâheure dâaujourdâhui.
Les différentes compagnies aériennes nâont pas pu changer le nom du billet, Lastminute.com était le SEUL à pouvoir le faire afin dâéviter les dépenses exorbitantes auxquelles nous avons dû faire fasse.
Nous exigeons à ce jour un remboursement total des frais supplémentaires qui ont dû être réalisés par leur faute. Une erreur peut arriver, mais on assume et trouve des solutions - le client n'a pas à en subir les conséquences.
Ils prÃŽnent lâexcellence et le service - ce n'est absolument pas le cas.
à ce jour, le dossier complet fournissant toutes les preuves : factures supplémentaires des vols, captures d'écrans des appels, des échanges sur le chat, des mails envoyés, etc... a été envoyé à l'adresse mail de leur "service client" ainsi que leur adresse mail générale - que le chat a bien finalement voulu nous fournir aprÚs 3h de multiples tentatives.
Ce sont de vrais spécialistes pour couper la discussion du chat et ne plus vous répondre. Vous devez alors tout recommencer à nouveau en passant par le robot du chat, mentionnant divers numéros de réservation, numéro de téléphone et autre pour ensuite avoir une personne du service qui "ne peut rien faire pour vous"et qui ferme à nouveau le chat ! (Preuves fournies également dans le dossier envoyé par mail!).
Aucune réponse ni à nos mails, ni au chat, ni aux appels qui ont été effectués depuis le 05/05/2024 jusqu'à ce jour. A croire que personne ne travaille dans cette société? Une société fantÎme?
Si vous souhaitez une société de confiance et fiable pour réserver vos vacances, ce n'est absolument pas chez Lastminute que vous serez satisfaits.
Nous sommes persuadés que d'autres sociétés & services en ligne seront plus safe à l'avenir!

Lastminute didn't pay the Resort, even fully paid by me!! our hoildays was a nightmare!! se the details!!
We have paid the Mangrove Beach Corendon Curacao Resort in full to Lastminute.com but Lastminute.com didn't pay the resort in Curacao and the resort was charging us AGAIN at check-in.
At First, the Resort receptionists denied us to stay but as my family was 2 adults and 2 children and after nearly 2 hours trying to contact Lastminute.com support with no success, the Resort manager allowed us to stay with a caveat that I had to have it sorted ASAP as the resort contacted Lastminute.com many times seeking payment and they also didnât have any response prior to my check in, so they know my case since when we arrived in the resort.
The Resort staff started to chase us by the morning in the next day even though I already chased Lastminute.com for payment on that morning.
The resort chase didnât stop there and every time the receptionists see us, they called us for an update, sometimes asking us to go to reception when we were eating or in the pool. The resort managers and staff were friendly and showed us that they were also trying to contact Lastminute.com but had no success.
From the very next day, my wife and I decided to be out of the Resort and only go there to sleep to avoid being chased and in the same time we were contacting Lastminute.com support many times a day.
Things got more serious 2 days before we leave as the resort security and Manager approached us and they gave us a deadline to pay them on next day otherwise they would call the police on us!!
I did chase Lastminute every single day (I have proof by having the Support chat sent to my email), I was begging them to pay the resort and explained the deadline given and they only made payment few ours the Resort deadline finishes, which was 1 day before we check out.
Even though having Lastminute.com, the resort manager, the resort receptionists and the resort reservation teams in a email chain, lastminute.com support wasnât replying to all of us making things even more frustrating!!
It was so humiliating and embarrassing!!

Having my kids and my wife crying every day, looking at that beautiful resort and couldnât use was the worst feeling we ever had!! It will definitely stay in our minds forever!!
The resort was amazing, with waterslides and private beach in it and didnât use it much due to the problem that Lastminute gave us all (including the resort team).
I donât blame the resort as they were doing their job and wanted to get paid for their services. They wasnât rude at any times and I understand their frustration of not getting any response from Lastminute.com.
I started my complaint to lastminute.com soon after they paid the resort, I did ask to have a refund for the days that we were trying to contact them, but they are accusing the resort of not checking their emails and keep saying that it was the resortâs fault for not replying back to their emails.
I have paid lastminute.com £2,603.74 only for the resort stay and Lastminute.com support only want to give â¬200 in voucher as âgoodwill gestureâ.

Aan alle reizigers die voornemens zijn om een vlucht via Lastminute.com te boeken. DOE HET NIET!!! Lastminute.com is een boevenbende die je oplicht, en je letterlijk aan je lot overlaten.
In maart 2024 heb ik een vliegticket geboekt via Lastminute.com. Een vlucht naar New York geboekt voor 2 personen, met een additioneel service pakket. Na het boeken ben ik er achter gekomen dat ik per abuis de laatste twee letters van mijn achternaam had omgedraaid. Tja stom, ik weet het, maar op dat moment dacht ik nog, dat zal wel goedkomen. Echter de werkelijkheid is helaas anders.
De eerste uitdaging is om in contact te komen met Lastminute.com. De automatische chatbot, brengt je nergens. Tweede communicatie kanaal is een emailadres. Ik weet niet eens meer hoe ik er aan ben gekomen, maar daar mijn verzoek tot correctie van mijn naam ingediend. Na een aantal dagen het bericht gekregen dat het 130 euro moest kosten. Bijzonder omdat mijn additioneel service pakket beschreef dat ik kostenloos mijn naam kon wijzigen. Ik zou alleen de wijziging telefonisch moeten bevestigen. Het nummer wat wordt gecommuniceerd om te bellen, is niet bereikbaar en resulteert in verwijzing naar het web en sluit af met een harde afbreking van het contact. Dus bevestigen via de telefoon kan gewoon niet.
Na 2 weken verloop, helaas nog geen contact kunnen leggen en ook de correctie niet kunnen doorvoeren. Weer in de mail geklommen. Uiteindelijk de boodschap gekregen dat de naamscorrectie niet toegestaan zou zijn door de luchtvaartmaatschappij. Dit in tegenstrijd met enerzijds de voorwaarden van het additionele servicepakket en de berichtgeving van de luchtvaartmaatschappij die aangeeft dat het wel degelijk mogelijk is om de naamscorrectie door te voeren.
In totaal 5 weken met Lastminute bijna dagelijks gemaild, waarna ik 5 dagen voor vertrek een supervisor aan de lijn heb gekregen, die me uitlegde dat ze naamswijziging niet kon doorvoeren. Het zou bij de luchtvaartmaatschappij horen. 40 minuten met de dame uit India gebeld, maar ze kon me echt niet helpen. Op de vraag, maar wat betekent het additionele service pakket dan? Gaf ze me gelijk, dat dit niet klopte, maar desondanks, ze kon me niet helpen.
Om misverstanden en verdere frustratie te voorkomen op het vliegveld heb ik 3 dagen voor vertrek een nieuw ticket geboekt. 1200 euro lichter en een bak vol ellende en frustratie. Ik kan niet anders zeggen dan dat ik onwijs telleurgesteld, boos en mezelf belazerd voel door de malfide organisatie genaamd Lastminute.com. Mijn advies aan alle reizigers, boek niet via Lastminute.com, en neem vooral geen additionele service pakketten, dit zijn namelijk gewassen neus pakketten. Mocht je voornemens zijn te vliegen, boek dan je vlucht rechtstreeks bij de luchtvaartmaatschappij

Både fly selskab vueling og lastminute. Da jeg så kom igennem fik jeg en mail igennem appen jeg skulle bekrÊfte hvor de så vil tage penene fra samme konto som har betalt rejsen. Dette fungerede åbenbart ikke og de beder mig derefter give dem mine 16 cifre kortinfo og mine 3 sikkerhedstal bagved. Det virker som et kÊmpe scam.

Det er dobbelt så dyrt inden man er fÊrdig med at booke. Valgte at betale rejsen med det samme det kostede mig 100 euro i en travel ekstra pakke hvor jeg får vÊrdikupon til 500 danske kroner som man ikke kan få refunderet. Jeg bestiller aldrig igennem det firma igen.

Disgusting approach by customer service. They charged me twice for the air tickets my account was overdrawn. Simply said it is not their fault and I should be contacting my bank and air line.
Both Bank and Airline said it wasn't them at fault. And It is the Lastminute.com, Who act as my travel agent. Call three times and last one simply said, if you out of money it is not my problem. you can stave to death. I am waiting their response back from after formally complain through "Ajust" but seems like I am loosing money on this. I should have looked at the reviews and not gone ahead with them.

Pas pÃ¥ med at bestille rejse gennem âlast minuteâ. Vi havde bestilt all inclusive til Hugada Egypten og tilvalgte 20kg. bagage. Prisen steg ca. 700kr da vi krydsede af for bagage da vi bestilte rejsen. PÃ¥ billetten stÃ¥r der vi har betalt for de 20 kg, men da vi tjekkede ind i KÞbenhavns lufthavn i skranken, kunne personalet informere os om, at pengene for bagage ikke var sendt videre til flyselskabet. SÃ¥ vi betalte ca. 700kr en gang til. OgsÃ¥ en rÞffel til Pegasus, som kun rystede pÃ¥ hovedet, fordi de havde prÞvet det ofte fÞr. Hvorfor vil de tillade salg af deres produkt gennem et fubfirma? Man kan ikke komme igennem telefonisk til âlast minuteâ og deres chatsider fungerer heller ikke. SpÊndende om vi kan komme igennem pÃ¥ mail og om vi ogsÃ¥ skal betale igen nÃ¥r vi skal hjem herfra????
