I am a singer with Last Minute Musicians, and in my opinion, they’re the best bookings agency for performers and punters alike.

Whenever I receive an enquiry via LMM, I’ll know I’ve been selected by Sarah-Jane and her team because they feel I’m the right fit for the client and the gig – not just because I’m a singer, and someone out there needs one.

When a booking goes ahead, I can rely upon LMM to keep me and the client updated, and to allow us ample opportunity to ask questions and fine-tune arrangements, before the contract is signed.

On arrival at a gig, it’s always reassuring to know the groundwork’s been done, and the client and I feel like we already know each other, and each other’s expectations. That’s how it feels with Last Minute Musicians.

I warmly recommend them to arrange the perfect act for your next party, gig, or wedding!

Last minute musicians were very helpful when we arranged a last minute party. They were very quick and responsive with options.

However, it would have helped us if their videos of performances of the musicians had more focus on the music than other party goers, and were more available. It was hard to judge if their recommendations would be a good fit for our event and we don't believe it was the best fit in the end. Also the actual contact with the musicians and night didn't feel as professional or efficient as it should have been

We had a great experience with Last Minute Musicians. The steel band we used were extremely good and everyone loved them. The company are easy to get hold off and kept in contact regularly.

Just wanted to say a great big thank you to Adam for making our pre Christmas drinks party an amazing success on the 23 December 2023 - everyone enjoyed it and Adam created a wonderful atmosphere through his repertoire of Michael Buble songs and festive favourites. Adam is highly recommended and Last Minute Musicians and their support staff and feedback made it an easy task to plan and execute. We will not hesitate to contact them again. Thanks for a memorable evening that got Christmas this year off to a great start !

Absolutely wonderful organisation for last minute hiring of musicians. Our beloved dad passed away, just before Christmas, but it was so important for us as a family to have traditional Irish music to be played at the wake, which was in our local pub. Sarah - Jane and her team were an absolute pleasure to do business with. It was extremely streamlined and not complicated at all. At a time where we were grieving, it was greatly appreciate to have been shown compassion and help from Sarah - Jane and her colleagues. Dermot and the musicians themselves were absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them for any occasion. I wish all interactions were as straightforward and pleasant as this one. We had a last minute booking for some entertainment for our secondary school at the end of Christmas term. Thank god I found LMM! A superb band was found for us at very short notice. The booking and contract process is so easy, and using the online chat and booking management tool, it was all so easy. Messages were responded to promptly and politely. Really, really great experience. And the Band! They were FANTASTIC! They played Christmas songs for hours bless them, and got all the students involved and having fun - even the ones who thought they were too cool to take part! A really successful event, thank you so much. We'll be looking to book again, for sure.

Bob Ash is an excellent piper. His playing at the end of my husband's memorial service definitely enhanced the service and was commented on positively by many of the congregation who were able to enjoy it as he continued to play in the sunny churchyard as attendees chatted before walking to the reception. He was efficient in his arrangements, impressive in his attire and also thoroughly affable. We are most grateful to him.

After our harpist let us down close to our wedding we turned to Last Minute Musicians for help.
They were amazing and we found the most perfect Harpist!

An extremely dedicated and passionate entertainment agency which boasts a range of high calibre and unique acts, prides itself on attention to detail and a relatable “down to earth approach”, yet retaining competitive pricing to ensure welfare of all acts and satisfaction of its clients. SJ in particular is a pleasure to deal with with her personal approach.

We were looking for a Ceilidh band for our wedding anniversary and we came across the Willow Tree Barn Dance Band, and they were absolutely fantastic and would highly recommend them. All our guests commented on how good they were, and Mick was great in getting everyone up dancing with instructions on the particular routine for each song.
We booked with Last Minute Musicians and the whole process was so easy, and Sarah-Jayne was wonderful to work with through the arrangement stages.
We would highly recommended them both.

We booked a band through Last Minute Musicians, the band "Outfit" were absolutely fantastic. From the start of the booking to the actual event ran so smoothly. The music was great, everyone loved the different ranges of songs. They turned up on-time. Overall fantastic, we would highly recommend.

Glitterball were the band introduced to us by last minute musicians after describing our needs to Sarah-Jane. They were perfect for our wedding! Nothing was too much trouble and James was super helpful - learn a new song for our first dance? Done. Visit the venue in advance to familiarise yourselves? Done. Play more Kylie? Kylie medley prepared and sang perfectly by Molly - a really star performer! I think that they could not have done a better job. They really helped make our day. I cannot recommend this band enough, they will make your day extra special - the icing on the wedding cake!
