After a great experience using Laurus the first time, it only made sense to use again. Sarah kept me informed at all times and was one step ahead all the time making the process seamless. Nothing was too much trouble and the "normal" talk during my interactions made for easy work and even quicker turnaround.

Laurus were extremely professional, very punctual and made a the selling process less stressful, even for a reasonably complex sale.

I sold my flat recently and instructed Laurus (Emma Dwyer leading). I was very happy with the service I received. Emma was incredibly patient and diligent and a pleasure to deal with. I also thought that the cost was very reasonable given the amount of work involved.

I had the pleasure of instruction Laurus Law as my solicitors for a conveyancing transaction. The staff members on my transaction were Lara Soyka and Briannah OHare. They were both ready to deal with my queries, to liaise with the seller's solicitors on my behalf, and to see the transaction through completion. Would recommend if looking for solicitors who deal with new builds!
