I was not happy with the cost of returning my orders ,as the postage cost seemed a lot when I could have put the two items into the one box
So after emailing and telling Lavish Alice how I felt
Simone very kindly said I would only be charged for returning one item not two

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an international order over a week ago, and although it was marked as shipped the following day, there has been no tracking update since 4 July.

I contacted customer service several times and asked them to check with the courier, as I was unable to do so myself. They refused to assist and then stopped responding to my emails altogether.

I ordered from Lavish Alice because I trusted the company and needed the outfit for an important event. Now I'm left rushing from store to store trying to find something else to wear because my order has not arrived and no one has been willing to help.

Poor customer service, lack of communication, and no effort to resolve the issue. I would not recommend ordering.

Had a realy positive experience with Rachael in customer services. I had a problem creating a return label, she responded to my email within 5 minutes and had created and attached the return label for me! Thanks Rachael!

I ordered the most beautiful dress from Lavish Alice and the quality was fantastic. It was the perfect dress for my occasion and I got so many compliments. Unfortunately by the end of the night, several of the jewel pieces on the dress fell off and I reported this to the customer service team who were so helpful and organized a return for me despite the dress being worn and without tags. Amy was incredibly patient, kind and so prompt with helping in this situation, she made the entire process super easy and stress-free. I will definitely be buying from Lavish Alice again, not just for the gorgeous products but because the team is so caring and helpful. Thank you Amy, and thank you Lavish Alice!

Great customer service! Rachael, was extremely helpful in making a return, and had it all sorted within an hour or 2 with no issues or fuss.

Rachel and Amy were extremely helpful in sorting out a welcome refund issue for my first purchase from Lavish Alice. The dress is beautiful. My only grumble would be the returns process which took a while and I spent more money returning and ordering a different size separately. I found the WhatsApp notification when your item and size was in stock very useful. Thank you
