Purchased a white cape dress for race day. The garment was of such high quality. The fabric, the seams, stitching and the attention to detail. Definitely worth the extra money for this kind of finish.

Amazing customer service from Rachael who answered my email within 30 minutes and resolved my issue immediately. Extremely helpful and pleasant. In addition to this the dress I ordered is beautiful and great quality. I received so many compliments when wearing it to a wedding.

I had to return an item and made a mistake with return, was completely my fault but Amy couldn't have been more helpful. Really appreciated it as could have lost my money. Great service thank you.

Returned a dress nearly two weeks ago, which was received back last week, and still no update on when to expect a refund or if one has even been actioned yet. It’s not a small amount of money, it’s £150. The dress itself was lovely just didn’t suit me, but if if this is how long refund process takes it would put me off using them again. I understand they might be busy and it can take up to 14days but it doesn’t even look like the refund has started.

Said they’ve emailed me to speed things up and they haven’t.

I emailed customer service to verify the refund, Amy was very efficient and responded immediately.

EDIT. the company asked if I could edit my review so I will. I had to make a dispute through my bank who got this sorted after numerous emails saying they had refunded which they hadn’t.

I’m sorely disappointed that they have had my money for several weeks. The dress was small made and I had to return but I’ve now been waiting 2 weeks since they received it for my refund. I certainly wont purchase from this company again. I emailed and was told it takes between 3-14 days for refund.

Package arrived in only two days. The dress was nicely packaged in a premium box and made from good-quality fabric. I ended up choosing a different dress for my engagement reception, so I returned this one without any issues.

I didn’t know how to return anything, nothing to do with the dress amazing quality, and absolutely beautiful, it was just too long on me , the girl in customer service explained everything, and I went back and forward sending emails , she answered me quickly effectively and I didn’t feel stupid for not knowing anything, this girl made the experience so easy , I would not hesitate to buy from this company again

I bought a few dresses from here and I’m really impressed. The quality is amazing and the fit is perfect.

My only slight issue is with refunds—they seem to take quite a long time. Most other retailers process refunds within a few days of receiving returned items. I spoke to Amy, who explained that it can take up to 14 working days, which is almost three weeks.

If this could be improved, it would make the whole experience even better.

Customer service was very understanding and responded fast even from UK while im in the USA. I needed to change the size, Amy clearly communicated with me and was very kind and understanding with my exchange situation.

I was sent the wrong dress. Upon realising the mistake I got in touch with the team who initially said that they would send me a free returns label so I could take the dress to the post office, and upon receiving the incorrect dress, they would send out the correct one next day delivery. I was very happy with this as we all make mistakes. I then did not receive a follow up, even though I had been told I was flagged as a priority, and had to email several times to receive a free returns barcode. The event I needed to wear the dress to had been and gone. I felt I was talking to people who were copying and pasting a script, not looking at previous emails or even reading them. It was beyond frustrating because it was never my issue! I love the quality of your dresses but this has completely put me off buying from you again. Invest in a customer care that actually cares and reads. What might seem minor to you for an incorrect dress being sent might actually be a big deal for somebody who is going to a very important event - whether that event is a wedding or a funeral!

Quick and easy website and ordering process. The item I ordered was lovely but just not quite right for the event but the returns process was really simple to initiate. I had a query about my return and customer service dealt with it in a helpful, quick and efficient way - Rachael was brilliant! Responsive and helpful customer service.

Amy dealt with my refund delay and was very polite and promptly sorted the refund.
Would have kept the dress as it was beautiful but unfortunately arrived late for the event I needed it for.

Fantastic customer service from Amy at Lavish Alice. I was a few days over the 14 day return period but Amy assured me that I could still return the dress I’d ordered and gave me very clear instructions as to how to go about it. It’s rare to find a company so helpful and easy to deal with. Very impressed!!

Needed a replacement item and Rachael was very very helpful. I sent proof of return and the new item was sent out immediately. Very good and fast customer service.

Return dress

I had an item of clothing that I needed to return an I was outside of my return date !! I contacted customer service and got speakimg with Ammara she was more than helpful and very polite, made my anxious situation a lot easier for myself an I was able to purchase the right size !!!

I got a very quick reply about my refund and my refund was processed immediately after asking. Rachael was lovely and couldn’t be more helpful!
