I made an error with choosing a returns label and the label that I selected could not be accepted in Northern Ireland! I order from this company regularly and love their clothing, especially occasion wear! I recently ordered the 'Remi one shoulder embellished cape mini dress in emerald green'. I emailed a question about the sizing and received a quick, friendly response from Rachael. The dress arrived quickly and is stunning. The colour, fabric, design and fit are really beautiful. I will absolutely use this company again and will be recommending it to others.

I regularly purchase items from Lavish Alice - it's my go to store for any occasion wear as I can always guarantee that the quality will be excellent and the fit is always spot on. I have ordered items from other retailers around the same price point as Lavish Alice and the quality and fit has been nowhere near as good. Delivery is always really quick too. I recently had to contact the customer service team and Rachael was super quick at getting back to me, very helpful and accommodating which I really appreciated.

As there was a mistake with the item I received, I had the need to speak with their customer service. I could not be more happy with the service I received in order to resolve the problem. Rachael has gone above and beyond to seamlessly correct the mistake. She has been professional, courteous and efficient and has resolved the issue swiftly and kept me completely informed. I’m looking forward to receiving my dress and would not hesitate to buy from them again. Their customer service is first class which is sadly very rare these days!

Swift response from Rachael when the returns portal didn't allow me to process on day 14. No questions asked, R sent me the forms and info assuring me all will be processed.
