Do not buy from this company! They do not do UK sizing a size 18 is more like a size 16. And when you return the £125 dress straight away because its too small they do not refund you! Still waiting for my refund thid company is a scam honestly

I ordered my suit on Wednesday evening & it’s was at my door Saturday morning. I emailed lavish Alice about tracking I’d & Amy got back to me right away to help & sort... living in the north of Ireland that was fast..the quality of fabric was amazing on my skin.. it’s even more beautiful in real life than the pictures .. so happy x

I'm not one for writing reviews normally however I was impressed with the customer service from Lavish Alice.
Amy got back to me within 24 hours which is great in itself!
I was disappointed that I was 21 days in and realised when trying to return my item that it should have been done in 14 days. I was so disappointed as what I bought wasn't cheap. I emailed and on this occasion they allowed me to return saving me being massively out of pocket! I was delighted and will definitely use again and tell other people also. In fact I already have!
The dress itself was beautiful by the way and the material was lovely but on this occasion I just found something else that I really liked which is why I wanted to return.

Excellent! I placed an order a month ago, & since then my son has been involved in an accident & my husband & I have had to stay at hospital with him. I’ve only had a chance to arrange a return for one of the items & sadly I was just over the returns window. I emailed my issue across & immediately received a message from a lovely lady called Amy. She allowed me to process a return & just gave off such a lovely, kind & caring vibe - like she really understood that my plea was genuine. Thank you Amy. I will definitely be continuing to shop with this company

I absolutely adore Lavish Alice! I adore their dresses and have ordered quite a few and think the quality is just so good, even the way that they are packaged is excellent.

Also, when a delivery didn't arrive because of a problem with The Royal Mail, I contacted Lavish Alice and their customer care person Rachael was just fantastic! She responded straight away and dealt with my problem and a full refund was given as soon as she checked out what had happened to my order. I have no problem waiting for a refund, but what normally happens is that companies just ignore you and then it becomes a huge problem, but Lavish Alice always respond quickly, I can't recommend them enough and a special thank you to Rachael for all her help in Customer care.

I ordered a dress from Lavish Alice (I love the dresses from this place the quality is amazing) but sadly it was too small and I was outside the window for returning it. It’s an expensive dress and one message to customer service and they quickly replied agreeing to refund me once the dress was sent back. Service has always been great here and I would highly recommend for high quality, elegant outfits.

Amy was a great help when I contacted customer support. She was quick to respond and gave me the information I needed. Thank you.

Excellent and speedy response to my enquiry via email after I made my initial purchase. I had forgotten to redeem my discount on first order but Amy explained how as my item was on sale it wouldn't apply and put my mind to rest that i hadn't entered a payment subscription which I was concerned about as other online companys can be misleading.

I placed an order on the 24th of December, EXPRESS delivery mind you. Now the 24th of December is NOT a bank holiday and every order I placed on that day, especially because it was in the morning was received on the 27th.

I received confirmation on the 27th my order had been shipped, this was for a new years dress I would not be seeing as I went on holiday on the 28th for 2+ weeks, so my order was delivered and sat outside my house all that time.

When I returned from holiday I returned this dress and after a while I hadn’t received confirmation so I had to reach out, I was told I would have to wait 3-14 days for a refund, I am currently on day 10 and NOTHING.

What I find strange and annoying is I had to chase to see if they had received my order & I have NEVR had to wait 10+ days for a refund for a DRESS.

I understand that this time period around Xmas can be busy but I did not see any info regarding delays firstly and if you couldn’t fulfill all the orders, you shouldn’t have taken them, it’s literally greed at its finest, and now withholding refunds for over 10-14 days is the icing on the cake for me.

I have seen comments on here similar to mine, so it just confirms my experience is very much a consistent thing, it’s a shame because you guys have lovely items, but there’s nothing very “Lavish” about how you deal with customers YOU have wronged.

I love Lavish Alice clothing, have been using them for occasion dresses for years. The quality is amazing. Amy in customer service has been extremely helpful with my latest order. High recommend

Brilliant customer service from Amy. I missed the return date by a couple of days (was away on holiday and hadn't realised it was 14 days) and after contacting customer service, Amy advised me on this occasion I could still return for a full refund. It's rare these days for retailers to be so understanding and helpful - well done Lavish Alice!

False promises. Slow delivery
Paid an extra £7 for a dress next delivery. Never turned up on time. Obviously blaming courier even though i wasn’t given a tracking order. Not the first time had poor experience.. Terrible for an alleged premium brand where the dresses are expensive.

I am disabled and had a problem with one of my returns. I spoke to Amy at customer services and she was so kind and helpful. I will be ordering here again with such good customer service x
