The guys who came today fitting my carpets where fantastic they where freindly and qiuck they where so polite and i would recomand anyone to have your flooring done buy lazy carpets 100 percent

Personable visit from sales rep. Good price and fitted with out issue. Would use again.

Great service from the guys and gals from Lazy carpets again. This is the second time we have used Lazy carpets and won't be the last!! From initial contact with Linda, to the fitting by Ryan and his colleague. Clean, professional. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who is planning on carpeting thier home.

Andy and Lucas came yesterday to do some laminate flooring on my stairs and landing and they did an absolute fantastic job of it they was friendly professional people kept the area clean and tidy and we are extremely happy with the job they have done will definitely recommend them and will be getting them back to do some more flooring in the near future

Very stress-free process.
Karl visited my home to measure up and brought the carpet samples with him. An appointment with the fitter was also confirmed during this visit. Payment was simple, made through an online link.
The fitter arrived as arranged and completed the job to an excellent standard. The carpet is of great quality and looks superb.
My only gripe would be that the waste carpet was not removed, although it was bagged up.

Everyone was lovely and helpful from the start. Steph who came to measure and the carpet fitters themselves fast and efficient no issues.

Can't thank Rebecca enough for today I'm so excited to get my new combo stairs lovely lady xx

Brilliant from the start , the guy was lovely and did a brilliant job , excellent service

Andy and Lucas were hard working and reliable. They were great to get on with, and did an amazing job on our laminate flooring. Cant recommend them highly enough.

Karl came to measure up.
Went smoothly .
The 2 fitters that came a few days later were very helpful, helped me move a wardrobe and hoovered up after them
Excellent service .

Myself and partner recently bought our first home and it was pretty overwhelming booking and working with a number of trades people but genuinely, Steph, Gary & the team at Lazy Carpets were a breeze.

Steph came round, had a brew, measured the space, showed us samples and chatted through options and ways to save on cost. We were notified when the carpet was in stock and then Lazy Carpets were really flexible as we were waiting on our painters and decorators prior to getting the carpet fitted.

They made it feel like it was no hassle at all and we love the results, I'd very much recommend!

Ian came to measure up, he was efficient and very helpful. Ian quoted for two rooms, we ended up getting all the bedrooms done as the price was that great!
On the day of fitting, I was kept up to date with ETA. The guy came and worked solid for 5 or so hours. What a difference! The flooring felt great under my feet, we had laminate flooring throughout. It looks fantastic, and I still can't believe the price for three rooms, labour and underlay.

I will be using Lazy carpets again.
Great service, beautiful transformation. Thank you

The friendliness of the staff, their professionalism as well and competitive prices. As a returning customer I felt I could trust Lazy carpets as their previous customer service had proven so.

Had to edit review for a 2nd time unfortunately
Can feel two large screws under the lino
Unsure how two loose screws laid on the floor could have been missed :(

realised i can’t shut my bathroom door fully due to flooring.

Other than that, perfect

They are very professional & committed to the time given.
Their team who came & did our laminate flooring & carpet (Mathew & Craig & one third guy) were very polite & friendly. They did an excellent job & we are very happy. We would surely recommend them to our family & Friends. God Bless them.

I bought all new wood flooring for my entire flat from Lazy carpets and flooring. And right from the start. The service as been brilliant. And the quality of my new flooring is outstanding and I am over the moon with it all.
When they came out to measure up and choose what flooring i wanted. They talked me through a few different options so I made the right choice. Then once I bought my new flooring. I had to wait until all other work was completed before I could arrange for the flooring to be fitted.
I want to give a special mention to Andy and Lucas who are the flooring fitters. Because they have done a truly amazing job laying all the flooring throughout my flat. I honestly couldn't be anymore happier with the job they have done. They kept me updated with all the work they were doing. They truly are the best flooring fitters that I've seen. So if anyone is looking for a company to get your new flooring from. I would definitely highly recommend Lazy carpets and flooring. And especially Andy and Lucas who do a absolutely outstanding job at fitting the flooring. And they are really nice guys. Who work to the highest standards. I couldn't believe the finished outcome of my new flooring. It really does look amazing. So thank you Andy and Lucas and Lazy carpets and flooring.
