Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations.
To ensure your appointment went ahead as scheduled, we arranged for a surveyor to travel from Warrington due to our local surveyor not being available, I believe we contacted you in advance to notify you of a slight delay.
We're also disappointed to hear your concerns regarding pricing. Our quotations are provided in full before any work is agreed.
We value all customer feedback and are always happy to discuss any concerns directly to find a resolution.
Highly recommend
Highly recommend. Carpet is excellent quality and the whole process was easy from start to finish. I made an appointment, they came out and measured, I chose my stair carpet, and was given a total price for everything including fitting, then contacted to arrange fitting date. Everything went perfectly and I would definitely use them again ð

Fantastic job
"I couldn't be happier with the fantastic job Andy and Lucas did fitting our laminate flooring! From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and extremely hard-working. Their attention to detail and precision cutting around tricky corners and doorways was top-tier. They kept everything clean and tidy throughout the job and left the space looking immaculate. The floor looks absolutely stunning! I would highly recommend Andy and Lucas to anyone looking for skilled, reliable tradesmen."

Colin came out to do a quote yesterday
Colin came out to do a quote yesterday. I was waiting in my car outside the property due to work currently being carried out. I saw Colin walk up to the door and got out my car as well. Colin then thought it acceptable to make comments about me to my contractor about not being present for the fitting. Didnât give a proper quote for the cost. I had to call the next day to obtain and all I got was a text with a picture saying âthis is all i can give youâ incredibly unprofessional from start to finish.
