Great service from LPL throughout the whole process. Elliot was very helpful, professional and kept us updated. I would definitely recommend LPL.

Very poor service, could not speak directly to the conveyancer, only to the support team which was not helpful. Our conveyancer made lots of mistakes and we had to hire another solicitor who would check all the work LPL did to ensure they did not miss anything. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!! Even escalation to the senior team did not help. The team called me to discuss my concerns after this review and agreed there were issues and will be looking at the potential refund and now denying it in the reply. I will be raising this with Legal Ombudsman as due to LPL errors we nearly bought a property we cannot sell or mortgage! AVOID!

This is the second property sale I have used LPL for, they have been great on both occasions. I've had bad experiences with conveyancing solicitors before, that were a bit more 'old school' . LPL seems to be a bit more tech led, I like the email updates so you can see where items are up to. This time my solicitors were Tazmin Mistry & George Bokuchova, they were both very responsive and great to deal with. Manchester City Centre office is also handy to drop off signed documents. Will use them again and recommend to others.

I challenged to proceed, since no buyer questions. Tamzin miraculously produced immediate questions.

She obviosly held back questions, which delayed weeks.

Tasmin needs to be cheked. I have no
good comments for Tasmin.

LPL made the process of a remortgage including a transfer of equity as easy as it could be. They explained the process, clarified any of the unknown and were readily available to answer any questions. LPL ensured to keep me up to date on any progress and what i needed to do throughout - Making it all as simple as possible for me whilst they handled everything smoothly.

I was really impressed with the service throughout the sale and purchase of my property. Everything was handled very quickly and efficiently, and I was kept fully up to date at every stage. The Hula digital service was particularly useful, as it allowed me to easily track the progress of both my sale and purchase. Overall, a very speedy, helpful and professional service, and I would highly recommend them.

i've put in a formal complaint as feel the service was shocking TBH.

Throughout the buying process, my case handler Angela H was excellent in guiding & advising me as a solo first time buyer. She was readily available and always returned my emails/ answered calls. The online portal was really helpful in understanding where the case is currently at and also to access documentation instead of having to sift through emails.

Unfortunately my chain took 6 months to complete but it was out of our hands with issues being with the seller’s side. Angela was always on top of the situation, chasing and getting enquiries answered to make sure the purchase was on track.

The process can be more easier for the buyer, importantly first time buyer who has no idea how this whole process work, during the deadlock i was not taken in loop to explain what is needed, i had to hire legal advice just to know what is needed and why. For new property formal discharge was not required and it took 3 weeks just to sort that issue.
It took almost 2 weeks just to get the contract from the vendors.
My experience was not positive. I believe things needs imroving.

You are very easy to contact and your updates are mostly on point. You always get the job done, which we appreciate. However, the volume of information can sometimes feel overwhelming. It would help if you made it clearer which messages require an action from us and which are for information only.

Towards completion period, it was a great experience. However, LPL looks overwhelmed with load works that prevents assigned solicitors to reduce initial energy.
