I am very disappointed with the insulation the water drips down in between just like if there were no gutters at all

Way to expensive!!! Cannot handle water flow streaming down valley where two gables meet. Had to put up shields at every corner valley. They use 3rd party contractors who only want to move onto the next job. While debris in not collecting in the gutters I have debris collecting in those dams they put up at each valley. And now they are telling me I have to either clean the debris my self or pay them $125 to have it cleaned. Also not a good system if you have pine trees around your house. It looks like I have little hairs sticking out of my gutter. The saleman said oine needles would not be a problem. Some what true. They don't go in the gutter they just stick up out of the mesh screen.

I don’t have an issue with leafs but I do with pine needles. I was assured by the sales rep that pine needles would blow off with a breeze or any wind. FALSE! I am constantly having to clean the pine needles that accumulate on top of the mesh that cause the water to overflow the gutter. In addition I was advised that a 5” gutter was all I needed. FALSE AGAIN. I was recently told I need a 7” gutter because of my metal roof. The gutter guards are tilted inward and the pine needles gather at the lip of the gutter. There’s no way the needles could blow off, even with a 20 mph wind. I’m 76 and having to constantly clean the Gutter Guards is taxing on me. Handshake and verbal assurance is worthless. The experience setting it up!

I have been an installer for the buffalo New York office for three years. I finally smartened up and left there. The install manager Jeramy is the worse person I have ever worked for in all my years of working in this industry. I have watched and heard him cuss installers out like they are pieces of crap. Also I have listened to home owners that I show to install jobs for say how he has talked so bad to them and telling them that leaf filter really don’t need their job cause they are a billion dollar company. This guy should not be in the job that he is. He thinks he is GOD and doesn’t have to answer to anyone but everyone should answer to him. Well I would not get leaf filter installed from his office. Corporate should also fire him and find the right person to replace him. He thinks he is not replaceable. It is a shame how he operates and fires installers just because he doesn’t like them.

I can appreciate the reps work on commission so they want to make the sale. First quote was for $3,494. When I said I would have to think about, price went down to $2,969. I still wanted to think about and price dropped to $999 as they had material left over from another job and I would have to keep a sign on my lawn for a bit. Offer only valid right then and there so I said ok. They wanted to install the next day so I would revoke the Consumer Protection Act. I thought about it, the price difference from the initial to final made me nervous so i cancelled install. I am glad I did. Reading that there is a service call to come out (you will have at one point) and watching independent video reviews I see that their claims are not all true. My handwritten quote does say warrantied for one year, not lifetime.

I purchased LeafFilter in late summer 2023. This past summer, fall and winter, I noticed a leak from the 2nd floor rain gutter above my patio door. I called LeafFilter and they promptly returned my call. They listened to my issues. A young gentleman came to my house and assessed the situation. He said he would return the next and he did return with another young fellow. They replaced the gutters, which were improperly installed by a third party in 2023. They even came back and checked the gutter that had been leaking and sealed it for me. I was extremely pleased with their response and service.

Today was Aleah Dembicki’s first day in the job and she did great! She was thorough in describing the product. We weren’t ready to buy today, but we didn’t want her to walk away with nothing so we bit the bullet. Within an hour, someone was at our house installing. He was friendly, did a great job, and cleaned up extremely well which is important to us. He even did a little leaf blowing around the perimeter of our house.

The crew destroyed the caps to my French drain system and refused to replace them. The salesman took two of my phone calls and promised to return with a solution but never did. Oddly enough, the crew replaced one cap that they destroyed but none of the others as they said it wasn't in the contract as it was a verbal agreement with the salesman, Douglas Paul.

Do not use this company! They do not stand behind their work or accept responsibility for damage as a result of their contractors. Poor installation of getters damaged the underlayment around my home. Now I have to have the roof repaired and gutters replaced again. Very bad experience

Don’t be fooled by the LIFETIME TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY! While it is against the gutter itself, if debris or leaves get stopped and back up, good luck because you will get hit with a $125 service call charge. To get your situation rectified in the coming future.

So as they say Buyer beware! Or if you prefer Latin Caveat Emptor.

Had this installed 2023. Seemed great at first - then the "Leafless" system became clogged with leaves -and ice built up in the winter from no drainage.
I called the 877-549-6778 and spoke with a very rude Customer Service guy who talked fast and was on speaker phone - very hard to hear and talked over me. Now they want $125 to come and have a look. Not a Lifetime warranty at all. We spent a lot of money on this system with the premise of never having to clean the gutters.
I am requesting a proper resolution—please don't just say you “will share my feedback with your team, so you can learn from this experience” because that is not helping me with this issue. thank you

I notice that my gutter is clogged.
When I reported it to Leaf Filter customer service I was told there is a $125,00 service charge. What kind of life time guarantee is that? If you are considering using this company, read the fine print. They are very expensive and do not stand by their workmanship.

The two installers that did my filters were top notch. They were able to make adjustments onsite so that the leaf filers fit my roof perfectly. Very, very skilled craftsmen. I was in the construction business myself for over forty years and I know the difference between a hack and true, skilled craftsmen. The guys that did my installation were A+ EXCELLENT.

Received a interesting special and filled it out and all it stated was to schedule an appointment and someone will call right back. Nobody called and in the comments on scheduling I stated I had some questions.
Anyway I called up and they stated to me that "ALL" Home owners needed to be present during the estimate and I told them that is not possible one will but not two. I restated both of us have to be present and they said yes so I said thank you but please cancel because you will not be getting two owners due to our schedules...... Wow that was a shocker

The guys did a great job installing our gutters all in one day. The installation was smooth with no mess left behind.

We requested a quote for installing gutter guards for our house. We got an appointment for 7 PM. Someone named Steve showed up. He was friendly at first but later on, it became clear that he was using aggressive sales tactic. I reminded him multiple times that its a school night and that we have a 8 PM cut-off but he wouldnt stop pitching. He kept pushing us to make a deal when we said we needed time. Towards the end he became too aggresive and said things like why the hell did I call them if we were not ready to close. At that point, I kicked him out of the house but he kept taunting. This aggresive sales tactic is just not acceptable especially in my own house. Avoid at all costs.
